본 연구는 발주기관과 사내 공급자의 재해경감활동관리체계 연계성 강화에 대하여 연구하고자 한다. 기업재난관리표준에 정하고 있는 공급자 전략에 대한 요구사항을 파악하고, 발주기관과 공급자의 적용사례를 검토 분석하여 재해경감활동관리체계의 연계성 강화를 위한 절차를 도출한다. 기업재난관리표준의 요구사항인 공급자 전략에 대하여 명확히 정의하고, 연계성 강화를 위해서 발주기관과 공급자가 적용하는 절차와 그 절차에 의하여 산출된 결과물을 공유하는 표준화된 절차가 필요하다는 시사점에 대한 해결방안을 연구하였다. 공급자의 재해경감활동관리체계 수립 절차중 중요한 절차의 연계성 강화를 위한 개선안을 제안하였으며, 제안된 내용과 절차를 기업재난관리표준과 관련 규범에 반영할 것을 제시한다

산업디자인은 기술시스템의 하부구조이다. 여기서 기술시스템은 현대 산업사회를 구성하는 다양한 과학기술체계를 뜻한다. 이 현대 기술시스템은 에너지 개발과 공급체계, 교통 및 운송유통체계, 주거 및 공장체계, 식량공급체계, 통신방송체계, 금융체계 그리고 여가 및 오락체계 등으로 구성되며 이들 시스템 역시 자체의 하부구조를 갖게된다.(중략)

The aim of this study is to consider the physical distribution system of assembly supplied from $1^{st}$ supplier and module corporation to automobile assembly plant through analysis of existing literatures and interview survey. The major findings of this study are as follows. Parts supply of automobile are to bind together with many regional parts supplier than using multi frequency and small delivery of JIT. Regional physical distribution center of joint parts and integrated physical distribution information center is to be installed in neighboring region of automobile assembly plant in order to reduce the transport cost by designating and activating multiple physical distribution and transport companies in each automobile assembly plant and turning into effective high volume shipping system.

국내/외 제조업체 또는 유통업체가 경쟁력 있는 제품의 생산/판매를 위해 최적의 부품 및 제품을 최단 시간내, 최저 가격으로 조달하기 위한 Global sourcing체계 구축과 그에 따른 재고부담을 회피하면서 제품을 소비자에게 신속히 전달하려는 공급선관리 (Supply Chain Management : SCM)의 의지가 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라 제조업체나 유통업체가 자체 재고 및 관리부담을 감소시키기 위해 JIT(Just In Time)체계의 업무형태를 도입하고 있고 부품 및 제품을 공급하는 공급자에게 제조업체의 재고를 관리하게 하는 형태인 이른바 공급자 재고관리(Supplier Managed Inventory： SMI)가 공급업체에게 요구되고 있다. 또한 최근 국내 제조업의 생산기반이 급속히 해외이전 됨에 따라 해리 생산거점과 국내본사, 주문자에 이르는 전 과정에 걸친 물류 및 정보전달 체계를 확보해야 하는 상황에서 공급업체는 주문업체로부터 주문한 내용의 진행상황과 자동적인 재고의 판단 및 보충에 이르는 전 과정의 프로세스 관리 및 관련 정보제공을 요구 받고있다. 이와 같은 환경에 대응하기 위해 본 발표에는 공급자 재고관리의 정의 및 Global business 환경에서 EDI를 통한 System의 구축방안 및 고려사항을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 인터넷상의 전자상거래를 지원하는 새로운 형태의 공급망 관리 체계를 제안하였다. 기존의 재고관리 프로그램이나 전사적 자원 관리 체계(ERP)를 중심으로 하는 공급망 관리 체계는 인터넷 기반의 전자상거래의 가장 중요한 요구사항중의 하나인 소량다품종의 상거래 특성에 대해 효율적인 지원이 불가능하다. 따라서, 본 고에서는 전자상거래 공급망 관리 체계를 구축하기 위한 새로운 아키텍춰인 분산형 트랜잭션 워크플로우 아키텍춰를 설계하였으며, 이를 Instance-Active 공급망 관리 아키텍춰라고 정의하였다.

Academic research of the social service delivery system is very limited. This paper checked on the status of research on current social service delivery system in order to explore new research and policy directions. Analysis study consisted of 79 pieces and the framework was divided into dimensional analysis, content analysis and analytical standards. Research on the papers of social service delivery systems showed from the initial stage of the policy discussion to the phase of the individual services. Summarizing the study is as follows. First, This studies confirmed that at this time the quality studies on social service delivery system is needed. Second, this indicates that right now, the government budget of social services and the data relating to social service agencies will be opened to the public for the expansion of social services studies. Third, to expand social services delivery systems research, it showed that social services demand forecasting research such as budget allocation, population characteristics, equality of public service and local information is needed. Finally, since the quality of service is reduced by the oversupply, the discussion of the entry regulations of social service providers is required.

With the advent of the digital economy, the business eco-system has been changing from the competition system across individual companies to that of supply chains. Under the rapidly changing business environment, it becomes true that the competitive power of the steel maker depends on the shipbuilding company, an important customer of the steel maker. Accordingly, e-partnering between a steel maker and shipbuilding companies becomes important. Schemes of developing e-partnering are presented as follows: implementation of the inter-communication system, day/sequence order and supply, improvement of infrastructure such as transport, quay etc.

우리 나라는 3차년도에 걸쳐 전자해도 및 수치해도를 구축하였고, 1999년도까지 우리 나라 전역에 대하여 전자해도 및 수치해도의 구축이 완료될 예정이다. 따라서, 지금까지는 데이터를 구축하는 단계였다면 이제는 데이터를 어떻게 효율적으로 관리하고, 원활하게 공급할 것인가를 고민해야한다. 현재까지 사용되어 오던 기존의 종이해도와는 전혀 다른 형태의 새로운 생산품인 전자해도는 근본적으로는 선박의 안전항해와 해난사고 예방에 초점을 두어 개발되었으나 해양정보의 공간정보화라는 측면에서 해양환경 보호 그리고 효과적인 해양행정 관리 둥 해양관련 분야에서 다양한 활용이 예상된다. 따라서 기존의 종이해도와 전혀 다른 데이터베이스 형태의 전자해도 데이터를 공급하는데 있어 기술적으로나 경제적으로 거대한 시장에 적합하고 데이터를 공급하고 사용하는 동안 그리고 전자해도 데이터를 이용한 또 다른 상품을 제작할 때 상업적 측면에서나 안전성 측면에서 데이터의 정확성과 안전성을 확보할 수 있는 공급 체계를 채택하여 이 데이터의 수요자들이 보다 좋은 품질의 공간정보와 다양한 공간정보 상품을 서비스 받을 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 디지털화된 저작물인 전자해도의 유통체계를 확립하는데 있어 국내 저작권법과 컴퓨터프로그램보호법을 기준으로 데이터의 유통에 대한 국제 상거래 관념을 비교 분석하고 외국의 전자해도 유통 사례를 비교 분석함으로써 우리 나라에 적합한 전자해도 공급체계를 제안하고자 한다.

새정부 들어 주택의 안정적 공급을 위한 대책을 내놓고 있으나, 주택 수요 공급과 관련된 통계 및 정보의 종합적 관리 체계 미흡으로 주택수급상황을 파악하여 주택수급에 대처하는 주택하위 시장별 대응정보가 미비한 실정이다. 이에 따라 수급상황을 분석 및 제공하기 위한 정보시스템을 구축 "주택 수요"가 있는 곳에 "주택을 공급"하는 정책지원체계가 요구되고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 행정생활권, 광역교통망, 주택사업위치, 공공 민간 사업지구 등의 GIS정보 기반에 주택 수요 공급 통계 및 정보를 분석하여 정책지원 및 대국민 서비스를 하는 정보체계인 주택수급지도(Housing Demand and Supply Mapping Model)의 구축방안을 제시하였다. 연구에서는 주택수급에 필요한 수요현황 및 예측 등 "주택수요정보"에 기초하여 주택건설, 공급, 재고 등의 "주택공급정보"를 분석하여 주택수급지도에 대한 기본설계 방안을 도출하였다. 향후 주택수급지도를 활용하여 주택수급상황을 한눈에 파악하고, 주택수요를 고려한 수요자별 맞춤형 주택공급정책을 수립할 수 있도록 지원함으로써, 지역별, 주택 규모별, 주택유형별, 인구계층별 주택수급 예측에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
