용수공급 계획의 수립이나 수자원시설물 운영에서 주어진 목적의 달성여부를 판단하는 기준은 사회적 합의를 바탕으로 한 공개념으로 작용하기 때문에 기준 적용은 매우 신중하게 다루어져야 한다. 이런 기준들은 신규용수공급시설 설계나 기존시설의 경우 이행도를 평가하는 척도가 되며 경제성이나 대안을 결정하는데 이용된다. 또한 이런 기준들은 국가 수자원 정책의 지표가 될 뿐만 아니라 물 공급 서비스를 받는 사람들에게 최소 필요로 하는 물을 어느 수준으로 얼마를 어떻게 공급할 것인가를 약속하는 의미를 갖는다. 이를 위해 우선 검토하여야 할 사항은 용수공급신뢰도 조사를 위한 기본체계를 제공하고 현재 신뢰도가 어떻게 정의되었으며 물 공급관리지표에 맞추어 예상되는 물 수요의 증가를 언제 어떻게 맞출 것인가라는 측면에서 신규시설물을 계획하면서 공급신뢰도에 의한 계획공급량(목표공급량)을 정하였다. 물을 공급받는 수요자는 공급에 대한 신뢰도가 높은 상태를 원하며 자신이 원하는 물을 아무런 장애없이 지속적으로 공급될 수 있는 조건을 전제로 물 공급계약을 체결한다. 이와 같은 신뢰도가 늘 엄격히 지켜지는 것은 아니나 현대 사회에서도 수요와 공급관계에서 지켜져야 할 기준으로 인식되고 있다. 아울러 수자원 기술자들에게 는 최적으로 달성해야할 업무목표가 된다. 그러나 제한된 정보를 이용하여 용수공급의 신뢰도를 정하게 되며 설계치를 초과하는 수문사상의 불확실성 및 수리구조물의 불안정 등으로 물 공급의 위험도는 항시 발생할 수 있다. 또한 인구증가나 새로운 산업입지에 의한 물 수요의 증가는 기존 시설물의 용량을 초과하여 물 공급의 신뢰도를 악화시킬 수 있다. 가장 널리 이용되고 있는 공급신뢰도 개념은 목표한 용수공급량 혹은 수요량을 충족시키느냐 못하느냐의 정도를 발생빈도 확률로 나타내는 것이다. 그러나 신뢰도의 적용에 대한 기준은 국내뿐만 아니라 외국에서도 종종 논란거리가 되고 있다. 또한 한 국가 내에서나 수자원을 개발하는 기관 내에서도 동일 목적의 사업별로 적용기준이 천차만별이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 외 이수안전도에 대한 정의와 적용사례를 분석하고 각각의 기준이나 지표의 장단점을 비교 평가하고자한다. 아울러 도출된 문제점을 바탕으로 개선방향을 제시하고자 하며, 궁극적으로 국내의 이수안전도 기준설정에 대한 종합적 의견을 제시 하고자 한다.

A shipbroking is maritime service business, which is consist of market of freight, shipbuilding, sales & purchase and demolition for intermediation between customer and supplier. In this way, a shipbroking business has strong relationship with shipping industry and is also knowledge service business for creation additional value based on shipping, shipbuilding, financial and law etc. However, the research on the evaluation items and a method for shipbroking company were not carried out in previous research. In this paper, We defined evaluation items with three high level, six middle level and sixteen low level for evaluation of shipbroking service by expert's brainstorming and AHP(analytic hierarchy process) method. And also carried out survey to employees of shipbroking company as supplier and shipping company as customer. As a result of survey, result of service in high level, convenient of middle level and credibility of low level are evaluated highly, and also business credit rating, profit of customer, achievement of customer's object are considered to more important than others items. In case of comparison between group, a method of contact with client, problem-solving ability, good relationship with clients of international and domestic evaluated importantly in common.

This study aims to determine the association structure of the behavioral relationship variables, such as trust, commitment, cooperation, communication and coercive power, in the relationship between the buyers and suppliers of industrial parts. It also investigates the impact of the use of IT technologies on the relationships quality. Data was collected from 216 part suppliers of machinery, electronics and automobiles located in Incheon. Data supported all of the proposed hypotheses. First, it was confirmed that parts suppliers' trust in buyers leads to the commitment into relationships with buyers. Second, cooperation and communication showed a positive influence on parts suppliers' trust in buyers, and coercive power gave a negative influence on trust. Third, the use of IT technologies like Internet and E-Mail between parts suppliers and buyers was verified to have generally a positive influence on the quality of relationships. At the same time, cooperation and communication were confirmed to have a positive influence on each other, and cooperation and coercive power as well as communication and coercive power were confirmed to have negative influence on each other. This study is a pioneering attempt to examine the relationships between suppliers and buyers of industrial parts, and the influence IT technologies on the relationship quality. Also, the findings will be practically much helpful to find how to reinforce the relationships between parts suppliers and buyers.

As the interest in the business-to-business(B2B) electronic commerce is increasing, many companies are participating in the B2B e-Marketplaces. The e-Marketplace is defined as the virtual market that many players take part in to transact. The e-Marketplace has an influenced on the manner in which organizational buyers and sellers interact. As a result, it is important to develop an understanding of the behaviors of firms that use these electronic marketplaces. The purpose of this study is to develop a comprehensive model for trust and commitment of B2B e-Marketplace and empirically to examine their structural relationships. Drawing from trust and commitment theory in the interorganizational relationship and B2B electronic commerce context, this study identifies network externality, interactivity, justice, quality of information sharing, institutional assurance as the determinants of trust and commitment of e-Marketplace. The proposed model hypothesized that (1) trust is a function of network externality, interactivity, justice, quality of information sharing, institutional assurance, (2) attitudinal and behavioral commitment is a function of trust, (3) behavioral commitment is a function of attitudinal commitment. The proposed model is tested using organizational-level survey data from 187 buying organizations that conduct business in MRO e-Marketplaces. The data were tested by reliability test, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and covariance structure analysis. The results indicate that (1) trust is influenced by network externality, interactivity, justice, institutional assurance, (2) attitudinal commitment and behavioral commitment is influenced by trust (3) behavioral commitment is influenced by attitudinal commitment. Also, the empirical results confirmed that trust play a strong, central role in determinging e-Marketplace commitment. The key theoretical contribution of this research is that it begins to extend interorganizational information system literature in areas such as B2B Internet e-Marketplace. Managerially, this study contributes tn the understanding of the role of B2B e-Markeplace providers in Internet situation. And Limitations of this study and guidelines for future researches are also discussed.

전력수요의 증가에 대하여 전력을 공급하는 발전기의 대용량화, 고전압화 소형경량화 됨에 따라 발전기 고장 예방을 위한 진단이 더욱더 중요시되고 있다. 이들 발전기의 전기적 고장의 대부분은 고정자 및 회전자 권선에서 발생하며 이의 고장을 복구하는데 장시간이 요구되므로, 발전기의 예측진단에 따른 정비와 더불어 고장을 미연에 발견하고 불시정지에 따른 파급을 막기 위해서는 상시감시가 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 소용량 동기발전기를 이용하여 발전기 회전자권선의 단락 고장진단을 위한 공극에서의 자속패턴을 상용 전자장해석 전문프로그램을 이용하여 수치적으로 계산하여 도출하였으며, 또한 실제 회전자 권선 단락 실험을 통하여 실제 공극에서의 자속패턴과 전자장 해석결과와 비교를 하여 전자장 해석결과의 신뢰성을 확보 하였다.

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is the overall process (component procurement, production planning, delivery, inventory control, etc.). It is the process from the supplier to the consumer until the raw material becomes the finished product. Basically, traditional supply chain management is primarily aimed at cost reduction and efficiency. However, considering only cost reduction and efficiency, it is not easy apply the center of 4th industry to Smart Factory. In this study, I propose a form of supply chain management network. It can be satisfy the security by using block chain and automatic control of each element by adding the internet of things.

1950년대 동란을 거쳐 1960년대 초반부터 시작된 경제개발계획에 의해 급격한 경제성장으로 인해 산업 인구의 대도시 집중화에 의하여 전기의 공급력 부족 현상은 지속되었다. 따라서, 이때부터 성장한 경제배전계통은 수적으로도 많고 광범위하게 산재되어 있어 인력에 의해서는 더 이상 효과적인 관리가 어렵게 되었고, 사회가 고도 정보화로 진전되면서 수용가는 한층 더 높은 공급 신뢰도와 고품질의 전력공급을 요구하고 있다. 이러한 변화에 따라 전력공급자는 전력계통에 대한 감시와 제어를 통하여 항시 안정적이고 신뢰성있는 운용을 하여야한다. 이에 따라 배전계통에 설치된 배전설비를 컴퓨터와 통신수단을 이용하여 원격지에서 감시 제어할 수 있는 배전자동화 시스템에 대한 연구가 오래 전부터 이루어져 왔으며 효과적으로 양질의 전력을 공급하고자 배전자동화 시스템(DAS)이 도입되었다. 본 연구에서는 능동적인 감시 및 제어기능을 제공하는 객체지향형 능동데이터베이스 알고리즘을 사용하여 배전계통 제어에 적용하였고 기존의 인터넷 통신망을 통한 감시 및 제어가 가능하게 하였으며 이러한 효과에 의해 배전계통이 여러개의 다른 전력회사로 분할될 경우 각기 존재하는 다른 시스템에 대하여 인터넷을 통한 연계가 가능하도록 하여 통합적인 데이터베이스를 구축하는데 용이하게 하였다.

Success in internet shopping is determined in partly by whether consumers trust sellers and products. This paper describes an integrated model for investigating the three main antecedent influence on consumer trust and the effect of trust on re-purchasing. The model was estimated with data from 247 consumers in internet shopping. The results revealed that price competitiveness, product difference, after services, and qualities of web-design were related with consumer trust. Also, the effect of trust on re-purchasing was observed.

Electrical door system is one of the most essential items for the successful commercial operation of the railway vehicles. Nowadays, reliability values of electrical door system have a tendency to be included in technical requirements for design and manufacturing of rolling stocks. Manufacturer shall meet the reliability target values of electrical door system which is proposed by railway operator in procurement contract book. Railway operator shall approve the supplier's the reliability target values based on maintenance operation data. Railway operators are in the transition stage from the framework of maintenance interval based on time to the framework of maintenance interval based on distance. In this study, failure rates of the electrical door system currently used in railway vehicles are collected from maintenance field data. Failure rates are analyzed by using Minitab. Several kinds of plan for improving reliability are also suggested. It is necessary to keep studying on reliability prediction methodology, applying it in the field and implementing on improvement of reliability through feedback as well. Further, it will be useful for determining new maintenance policies or changing maintenance intervals for existing railway vehicles.

기존의 원자력 발전기술이 안고 있는 대부분의 고유한 문제점인 핵안전성, 핵확산방지 및 핵폐기물 관리 문제는 물론 더 나아가 국내의 핵원료자원의 공급안정과 원자력에 대한 국민적 신뢰성 회복을 비롯하여 원자력의 평화적 이용확대를 위해 필수적으로 고려해야할 사항들을 반영한 새로운 개념의 250 MW$_{th}$ 실증로급 AMBIDEXTER(Advanced Molten-salt Break-even Inherently-safe Dual-missioning EXperimetal and TEst Reactor) 원자력 에너지 시스템을 현재 개념 설계 중에 있다.(중략)
