The aim of this study is to consider the physical distribution system of assembly supplied from $1^{st}$ supplier and module corporation to automobile assembly plant through analysis of existing literatures and interview survey. The major findings of this study are as follows. Parts supply of automobile are to bind together with many regional parts supplier than using multi frequency and small delivery of JIT. Regional physical distribution center of joint parts and integrated physical distribution information center is to be installed in neighboring region of automobile assembly plant in order to reduce the transport cost by designating and activating multiple physical distribution and transport companies in each automobile assembly plant and turning into effective high volume shipping system.

The globalization of the economy has strengthened competition in all industries. Facing an intensely competitive environment, the firm's choice of location is one of the most important strategies in enhancing its competitiveness. This paper aims to examine the locational changes and the spatial restructuring of suppliers firm with regard to modularization and customer diversification which result from the process of assembler's restructuring after the financial crisis. Some experimental findings which have been identified throughout this study can be summarized as follows: First, a number of suppliers has been located in the southern Seoul metropolitan area and northern Chungcheong area. And Hyundai's suppliers has been enlarged in the Seoul metropolitan area and Kia's in the Southeastern area. Second, suppliers who transact with several assemblers(network trade) tend to be more dispersed, but dedicated(exclusive) suppliers are more concentrated on assembly plants. Also it was confirmed that 'JIS(Just In Sequence)' system which is more detailed than 'JIT(Just In Time)'system has been used. Third, it was Prominent that suppliers are internalizing in order to reach economies of scale compare to assemblers are externalizing.

최근 자동차 제조업체들은 치열한 국제경쟁시대에 생존하기 위하여 원가 절감 및 개발기간 단축, 품질 향상을 위하여 모듈화라는 새로운 자동차 생산 방식을 적용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 자동차 모듈화 부품의 한 종류인 Front End Module (FEM)을 대상으로 생산시스템 계획단계에서 대상 부품의 직서열 공급시스템 적용 가능성을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 기법을 적용하여 입증하고, 직서열 공급시스템 운영방안을 제시하여 물류비용을 절감하고자 한다. 연구 대상인 완성차업체의 의장라인과 모듈 업체의 조립라인 및 모듈 공급시스템을 모델링하여, FEM 공급시스템을 운영 방안별로 시뮬레이션을 통하여 직서열 공급시스템의 적용 가능성을 입증하고, 운반 차량의 적정 소요 대수 및 FEM 운반용 캐리어 대수를 제시한다.

Small and medium-sized firms are increasingly dependent on the knowledge and expertise of the supply chain as a whole to innovate and improve supply chain performance. This research examines the capabilities that enable firms to collaborate successfully, and aims to identify the determinants of SCM performance of the suppliers participating in supply chains managed by Global Korean companies. This study proposes the technology support, the collaboration with tier two companies, incentives and information sharing as major research variables, and collected the survey responses from 58 domestics suppliers. The statistical results indicate that the incentives, technology support and the collaboration with tier two firms influence the level of co-work with the firm leading supply chain, and that information sharing has some impact on SCM performance of the suppliers. But on the contrary to our expectation, the co-work with the firm leading supply chain has only moderate impact on SCM performance with p value just over 5%. We conclude this paper with some suggestions for future research.

기업은 날이 갈수록 심화되는 경쟁 환경에 대비하기 위해 많은 공급업체들과의 협력관계를 점차 강화해나가고 있다. 정보기술이 발전함에 따라 기업들은 SCM (Supply Chain Management)을 도입하여 이를 실현해나가고 있는 추세이다. 이에 따라, 공급사슬상의 관련 기업간의 상호작용과 정보공유에 기반한 공급사슬 통합이 추진되고 있으며, 정교한 관리를 위해 프로세스 간의 통합을 통해 하나의 글로벌 프로세스로서 SCM을 관리할 필요가 대두되고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 프로세스를 하나의 객체로서 관리하는 BPM (Business Process Management)을 활용하여 SCM을 체계적으로 관리할 필요가 있다. 그러나, 지금까지의 BPM은 비즈니스 프로세스의 자동화 및 통제 등에 주력해왔기 때문에, 전체 프로세스 관점에서 이를 효율적으로 실행하는 기능을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 따라서, BPM을 통해 SCM 프로세스를 단순히 자동화하여 실행한다면, 각 참여 업체들이 글로벌 프로세스의 관점에서 효율적으로 업무를 수행하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는, 각 공급업체들이 전체 프로세스 관점에서 효율적으로 업무를 수행하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법을 통해 각 업체들은 전체 프로세스 내 관련 경로의 긴급도 및 관련 업무의 우선처리순위 정보를 제공 받을 수 있다. 따라서, 관련 정보를 토대로 각자의 업무를 수행하기만 하면, 글로벌 SCM 프로세스의 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다.

This paper presents an analysis of construction project management from supply chain management perspective to gain insight from all constituents and to identify areas of improvement. In order to suggest opportunities for improvement, interviews with the members of a typical urban office building project in US were held. Based on that, a qualitative analysis of construction projects is presented. Focusing on electrical and mechanical sub-systems, this study illustrates the roles of subcontractors, suppliers, distributors, and manufacturing representatives as well as the complexity that a general contractor fares in managing its supply chain. The author$^{\circ}\phi$s recommendations are focused on process restructuring and automation, which include some quantifiable performance measures, incentives, and their alignment with each other

학교급식이 확대실시 됨에 따라 학교급식으로 인한 식중독 발생은 증가하는 추세이다. 그 원인으로는 급식교 시설ㆍ설비의 미비, 구매 관리 체계의 미흡, 공급업체의 불량 식재료 납품 등이 지적되고 있으며, 특히 공급업체의 식재료 생산 및 유통 단계의 미흡한 위생 체계가 불량 식재료 납품의 주요 원인으로 지적되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 급식 재료 구매관리를 HACCP시스템의 한 단계로 인식시켜 바람직한 식재료 구매 관리 체계를 모색하여 학교급식 식중독 발생 zero화를 이루는데 기여하고자, 전라북도 직영급식 초등학교 영양사를 대상으로 설문조사 하였다.(중략)
