공급사슬구성에서 협력적 에이전트를 위한 시맨틱 웹 설계 (A Design of the Semantic Web for Collaborative Agents in Supply Chain Formation)

  • The formation of a supply chain should be approached with distributive viewpoint considering the dynamic nature of ordering environments. The purpose of this paper is to design a semantic web to support agent negotiation forming supply chains. With the view of a supply chain as composed of competitive agents which represent each member of supply chains with a local goal, a supply chain is formed through negotiation of price, due date choosing partners to contract. In the development of a negotiation method, we employ ontology and rules which are the basic techniques of the semantic web for supporting automated negotiations. Especially, a framework for a negotiation process is suggested and domain, processes and rules ontology are designed interrelatedly. With this modeling, a possibility of the semantic web based agent negotiation is suggested.

  • 최근 국제물류관리는 세계화기업의 초국가적 글로벌 경영활동과 고객욕구의 다양화로 인해 기업경영에 있어 중요한 요인으로 대두되고 있다. 특히 물류관리에 있어서 항만은 주요 지역거점 물류체계의 구축과 국제물류관리의 집중화 및 통합화로 인해 공급사슬체인 상에서의 기능 및 역할의 변화가 요구되어 지고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서, 본 연구는 지속적인 국제물류환경 변화와 해운환경 변화로 인해 새로이 요구되는 중심항만의 기능과 역할을 분석하고, 항만경영환경 변화에 성공적으로 대처하고 있는 싱가폴항만의 대응전략을 연구·분석하고자 한다. 또한 부산항과 싱가폴항의 비교분석을 토대로 부산항이 21세기 항만경영환경변화에 대한 대응전략을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 많은 기업들은 그들의 생산과 배송 기능을 분리하여 각각의 최적화를 꾀하고 있는데, 이러한 접근방법에 의해 이룰 수 있는 절약은 제한적일 수밖에 없다. 최근의 공급사슬경영(SEM)에서는 이들 두 기능의 관련 비용을 총체적 관점에서 잘 조절하면서 동시에 통합 분석하는 것이 더 중요하다고 인식되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 일간지의 생산-배송계획 문제를 다룬다. 일간지는 재고로 유지될 수 없으며 고객이 정한 시간보다 늦게 배송되면 큰 손실을 야기하는 일종의 단일기간 재고품목이다. 저자들은 일간지 생산-배송의 통합 계획을 위한 혼성유전알고리듬 해법을 개발하고 예제를 이용하여 Hurter and Buer의 순차적 분리계획 해법과 성능을 비교한다. 계산실험 결과, 개발된 해법의 성능은 효과적인 것으로 나타난다.

  • Supply chain is the link that moves products between suppliers, manufactures, wholesalers, distribution, retailers and ended consumers. Supply chain management(SCM) is a way to supervise the flow of products, materials and information as they move along the supply chain. In the recent years, Most of the companies are in a hurry the introduction of SCM to obtain international competitiveness. The goal of SCM is to optimize the supply chain, which can not only reduce inventories, but may also create a higher profit margin for finished goods by giving customers exactly what they want. There are four major decision areas (location, production, inventory, transportation) in supply chain management, and there are both strategic and operational elements in each of these decision areas. This paper is concerned with the integrated production planning problem including not only the production cost but also the transportation cost in supply chains, and an efficient algorithm using genetic algorithm and quickest path method is presented to solve the problem.

정보의 품질 수준과 고객 수요가 공급 사슬의 수행도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Information Quality Level and Customer Demand on Performance Measures in a Supply Chain)

  • This paper studies the effect of information quality level and customer demand on performance measures in a supply chain. The information quality level compares 2 types, the information levels of a customer demand and a lead time. The customer demand process follows a general auto-correlated AR(1) process without seasonality. In the AR(1) process, ${\sigma}$ indicates the degree of demand fluctuation and ${\rho}$ means the trend of customer demand. ANOVA tests using a 5% significance level are performed in SPSS to examine significant performance changes among various cases.

  • The past researches focused on the supply chain network that consists of factories, distribution centers and retailers for single product type. This research is required because the factory for single product type is advanced to reconfigurable type in order to produce various products, according to customers' various purchase forms and time. This research is also required because in the past researches, the material flows from factories to distribution centers and from distribution centers to retailers, but recently, there are material flows between distribution centers. The supply chain network in this research consists of reconfigurable manufacturing system, multi-layered distribution centers, and retailers. A simulator is developed to analyze the material flow on the supply chain network. The developed simulator is web-based designed by using Java Server Page and MS-SQL, so as to maximize the convenience for users.

공급사슬환경하에서 차량의 도착시각 시간창 결정을 위한 모델 (A Model for Determining Time Windows for Vehicles of Suppliers in a Supply Chain)

  • It is discussed how to determine time windows for pickups and deliveries, which have been assumed to be given in all most of previous studies on traveling salesman problems with time window, vehicle routing problems with time window, vehicle scheduling and dispatching problems, and so on. First, time windows are classified into four models (DR, DA, AR, and AA) by customers‘ polices. For each model, it is shown how a time window is related to various cost terms of suppliers and customers. Under the assumption of collaborative supplier-customer relationship, an integrated cost model for both supplier and customer is constructed for determining boundaries of time windows. The cost models in this paper consists of cost terms that depend on waiting time, early arrival time, late arrival time, and rejection of receipt. A numerical example is provided and results of the sensitivity analysis for some parameters are also provided to help intuitive understanding about the characteristics of the suggested models.

영화공급사슬 내 성과정보와 입소문 효과의 동적상호작용에 대한 연구 (Dynamic Interaction of Performance Information and Word-of-Mouth in Film Industry)

  • When studying the film industry, researchers have seldom addressed the dynamic interaction between marketing information and word of mouth in the motion picture industry mainly because of the limitation of traditional research methodologies. This study explores integration and competition among important variables influencing on audience's choice on movie selection, particularly by using a new method of agent-based modeling including competitive environment. Decision process of moviegoer composed of transition probability based on multinomial logit model, considering marketing and box-office information, critique, and word of mouth from other moviegoers. After validating the fitness of market share among released movies, this study conducted a set of simulation experiments considering several variables such as market size, change of weight between variables, and movie performance under competition. Propositions are derived from the simulation results is also suggested for future research.

섬유(纖維).의류업체(衣類業體)의 SCM(Supply Chain Management)에 관한 실태연구(實態硏究) (An Empirical Study on SCM (Supply Chain Management) of Textile Apparel Firms)

  • In a global market environment with information technology, the textile and apparel industry tries to survive by having competitive power embedded in Supply Chain Management to improve the interrelation among different stages of industries such as fiber, textile, apparel manufacturing, and retailing. The purpose of this empirical study was to investigate performance on Supply Chain Management of textile firms such as 4 textile export firms and 10 collaborate firms which were adopted SCM system. For research methodology, we developed questionnaires based upon interview and literature review. The results of this study were as follows: There were neutral responses or somewhat dissatisfactions on SCM application from CEOs, CMOs, site workers, and collaborators, but over half of respondents indicated 21-40% improvement of affairs. Standard documents and information sharing of SCM system were salient effects. SCM system with standard documents improved receipts/payments and inventory management most.

  • 본 연구는 가격 및 수요 불확실성하의 강건한 (robust) 생산 및 수송 전략을 수립함으로써 수요 및 가격 불확실성이 존재하는 TFT-LCD 제조업 공급사슬망의 의사결정 문제를 해결하고자 한다. 품질로 구분되는 제품들의 생산, 재고 및 물류에 관한 의사결정을 조정하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 생산용량 제약, 해상/항공 수송 리드타임 및 용량 제약 등의 현실적인 제약조건들 이외에 시나리오 모델을 이용하여 수요 및 가격 불확실성을 함께 반영하는 확률적 혼합정수선형계획법모형들을 개발한다. 또한 이들 모형들의 효율적 솔루션을 위해 제안한 휴리스틱 알고리즘의 성능을 평가하도록 한다.
