의료 당국은 가능한 최상의 서비스를 보장하기 위해 코로나19와 같은 전염병 기간뿐만 아니라 일상적인 운영에서도 의료 공급망 프로세스를 효과적으로 관리해야 한다. 제품 리콜, 제품 공급 부족 모니터링, 만료 및 위조는 방지되어야 하는 중요한 의료 공급망 운영 중 일부이다. 본 논문에서는 블록체인과 분산형 스토리지 시스템을 사용한 위조 의약품 유통 방지 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 솔루션은 투명성을 높이고, 이해 관계자간의 커뮤니케이션을 개선하며, 제품 조달 일정을 단축하는 동시에 중요한 격차와 결함을 제거한다.

The fast changes of global financial environment in recent years increase the risk of trade settlement. This means are required to minimize risk of non payment and to maximize secure payment. Open Account trade accounts for 90% of global trade flows. The O/A system means that the goods, along with all the necessary documents, are shipped and delivered before payment is due, usually within a time frame from 30 to 90 days. Meanwhile, Korean small and medium-sized export enterprises are compelled to globalize their activities owing to limitation and competitiveness of domestic marketplace. To keep face with the global trade settlement system and to support globalization of small and medium-sized export firms, the BPO together with Supply Chain Finance will be solutions. The introduction of the BPO system will allow banks to broaden O/A offerings to their client base and due to secure safety, sellers could ship the goods without delay according to orders and buyers could settle promptly by payment undertaking of correspondent banks. Therefore, it is more effective for companies which have sustainable customers and stable transaction. This study take a look at the trend of the global payment systems and suggested limitation of existed payment in order to derive improvement measures of electronic payment for small and medium-sized export enterprises.

글로벌 시장환경체제에서 유통구조가 복잡해짐에 따라 제조사에서 유통업체 및 소비자까지 아우르는 전체 공급망에서 제품에 대한 이력추적관리는 투명한 유통구조를 형성시킬 뿐만 아니라 더 나아가 소비자들의 안전에 지대한 영향을 미친다. 세계보건기구(WHO)에 따르면 선진국에서 부정 전문의약품의 유통비중은 전체 의약품의 1% 정도이며 이를 미국에 적용할 경우(2006년 기준), 미국에서 유통된 34억 개 전문의약품 중 3,400만 개의 전문의약품이 가짜일 가능성이 있는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 이로 인해 미국 캘리포니아주에서는 유통망의 투명성과 소비자의 안전을 보고하기 위하여 2D 바코드나 RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)를 통해 의약품 제조에서 약국까지의 유통과정 계보를 추적할 수 있도록 제약기업에 2015년부터 제품에 시리얼번호를 부착한 이력장치(serialized e-pedigree)를 시행할 예정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 외적으로 물류/유통과정에서 제품의 위 변조를 예방하기 위한 e-pedigree에 현황 및 동태를 파악하고 국내 e-pedigree에 대한 방향성을 고찰하는데 그 목적이 있다.

전국에 천연가스를 공급하기 위해 지하에 매설된 가스배관은 파괴 또는 파손 발생시 경제적, 인적인 면에서 대형 재해를 일으킬 뿐만 아니라 에너지의 안정한 공급이 위협받게 되어 산업적인 면에서도 큰 손실을 유발하게 된다. 가스배관에 대하여 적합한 파괴안전성 평가를 수행하고, 불가피한 손상이 발생할 경우 사용적합성평가(Fitness For Service)를 통해 대처방안을 수립할 경우, 에너지 공급의 안정화 및 경제적, 사회적 손실의 방지를 이루며 안전하고 효율적인 배관망 운용을 할 수 있다. (중략)

기존의 전력망에 정보기술(IT)을 융합하여 전력 공급자와 소비자가 양방향 통신을 통하여 생산과 소비 효율을 최적화할 수 있는 스마트 그리드가 개발되고 있다. 그러나 전력망에 IT 기술이 융합되면서 정보통신 인프라에서 발생하고 있는 보안 문제가 전력망에서도 그대로 재현되고 있다. 스마트 그리드와 같은 제어 시스템 보안 기술은 기존의 IT 보안 기술과는 특성상 여러 가지 차이점이 존재한다. 따라서 전력 인프라에 대한 사이버 공격을 방지하고 대응하기 위하여 보안 기술이 개발단계 초기부터 고려될 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 국가 주요 정보하부구조를 구성하게 될 스마트 그리드의 취약성, 특성, 보안 필요성과 요구사항 및 네트워크 설계 원칙 등에 대한 분석 결과를 제시한다.

제조업체에서의 재고관리 시스템은 그 적용 목적과 상황에 따라 다양한 형태가 있다. 그러나, 완제품 생산에 필요한 원자재 및 부품의 안정된 공급을 위하여 수요 예측과 경제성, 신뢰성, 운용성이 우수한 시스템 기술이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 효율적인 재고관리를 위하여 신경망을 이용한 지능적인 예측 재고관리 시스템을 설계하고, 신경망의 학습알고리즘을 적용하여 제품생산에 요구되는 자재들의 재고를 예측하고 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다.

The u-SCM to persue unification of the whole Supply Chain through ubiquitous computing and technical interface is raised its head for enterprise to secure endless competitive advantage and grow up constantly. This can be especially a matter of primary concern for business process elevation on various industry. The other side, The Traceability Service propelled both nationally and internationally is propelled specific industry to offer visibility and traceability of each manufacture on supply chain related to induce RFID, but standard Traceability Service Architecture isn't decided yet. This paper propose Model of Product Traceability Service which is based on EPCglobal Network to be the whole world standard architecture for the sake of efficient and perfect manufacture management on entire supply chain based on RFID.

The army of republic of korea have been continued to transform their logistics support system structure for better efficient logistics support system in preparation for the future environment. Logistics system has supply network structure which is connected by various units and supply network structure received attention as a factor of success of supply network. Many researchers have continuously researched inventory management, transportation or economy factors for supply network, but such a study on the one in military supply network structure analysis is still slower than the study of analysis of other factors until now. In this study, we identify military supply network structure influence factor by application of social network analysis method which is used broadly and analyze co-relationships between supply network structure influence factor and valued APL(average path length) as a criteria of efficiency of military supply network. By this study it has value of military supply network influence factor identification for the better military supply network fabrication.

기존의 전력망에 정보기술을 융합하여 전력 공급자와 소비지가 양방향 통신을 통하여 에너지 생산과 소비 효율을 최적화 할 수 있는 지능형 전력망이 개발되고 있다. 특히 우리나라는 이 기술의 세계 선도국가로 지정되어 스마트 그리드 구축을 위한 로드맵을 수립할 예정으로 있다. 그러나 전력망이 통신망에 융합되면서 정보통신 인프라에서 발생하고 있는 보안 문제가 전력망에서도 그대로 재현되고 있다. 따라서 전력 인프라에 대한 사이버 공격을 방지하고 대응하기 위하여 정보보호 기술이 개발단계 초기부터 고려될 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 그리드와 같은 국가적인 주요 인프라를 보호하기 위한 정보보호 기술의 필요성과 요구사항 등에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.

RFID를 활용하여 기업 공급망의 효율성을 향상하고자 하는 기업들이 늘고 있지만, 이들이 적용할 만한 가이드라인이 부재한 실정이다. 이에 대하여 본 연구에서는 물류/유통산업의 RFID 기반 u-Business 전략계획 방법론을 제시하였다. 본 방법론은 기존의 정보화 전략계획 방법론의 기본 절차를 따라 '도입전략 수립-현행체계 분석-목표체계 수립-통합 이행계획 수립'의 단계(Phase)를 기반으로 하여, 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경의 적용을 위해 기술도입 타당성 분석, 공급망 분석, 목표기업 벤치마킹, Pilot테스트, u-Business 전략계획 평가에 관하여 특화되었다. 제시된 방법론은 기존의 정보화 전략계획 방법론과의 비교를 통하여 타당성을 검증하였다.
