경쟁도입을 통한 전력산업의 효율성 향상을 위해 개설된 변동비반영 발전경쟁시장이 도입되어 원자력을 포함한 6개 발전회사로 분리되어 서로 경쟁하게 되었다. 그러나 구조개편 당시 한전과의 장기전력수급계약(Power Purchase Agreement)에 따라 전력을 공급하던 민간 발전사의 경우, 기존의 계약을 시장외적인 거래로 인정하여 현재까지 일부 유지하고 있는 상황이다. 이러한 PPA는 독점적인 전력산업환경에서 민간자본을 통한 발전설비확보를 위해 개발된 제도이나 전력경쟁시장 환경하에서 PPA의 존재는 경쟁전력시장에 시장외적인 영향을 미쳐서 결국 전력시장의 효율을 저하시키는 요소로 작용하게 된다. 현재 전력시장에서 이러한 PPA를 시장 밖 요소로 처리할 경우 시장가격에 일부 영향을 줄 수 있다. 그러나 장외시장행위가 전력시장에 미치는 영향을 고려할 경우 처리방안은 여러 가지로 나눌 수 있다. 이러한 여러 가지 방법은 보다 전력시장 및 전력산업에 대한 경쟁환경 조성 및 이를 통한 효율성 확보를 목표로 하고 있다.

The min-cut problem that decides the maximum flow in a complex network flows from source(s) to sink(t) is known as a hard problem. The augmenting path algorithm divides into single path and decides the bottleneck point(edge), but the min-cut section to be decide additionally. This paper suggests O(n) time complexity heuristic greedy algorithm for the number of vertices n that applies free agent system in a pro-sports field. The free agent method assumes $N_G(S),N_G(T)$vertices among $v{\in}V{\backslash}\{s,t\}$to free agent players, and this players transfer into the team that suggest more annual income. As a result of various networks, this algorithm can be finds all of min-cut sections and min-cut value for whole cases.

This study analyzed the effect of related party transactions on the corporate value of Korean firms using panel data regression analysis. We tested the efficient transaction hypothesis and conflict of interests hypothesis which concern related party transactions. Five types of related party transactions were considered, including long term supply contracts, assets and business transfers, affiliate loans, equity investment, and credit offerings. If related party transactions were conducted for the purpose of enhancing corporate efficiency, results would have a positive effect on firm value. If related party transactions were conducted for the purpose of private profits of the controlling shareholders, the results would show a negative effect on firm value. Results were as follows. Firstly, it is confirmed that affiliate loans, equity investment, and credit offerings had negative effects on firm value. This implies that these types of related party transactions used by controlling shareholders for the purpose of their private profit, which supports the conflict of interests hypothesis. Secondly, it was found that long term supply contracts and assets and business transfers had no effect on firm value.

This study relates to the effect from enforcement of regulations in 2014 against controlling shareholder expropriation in Korean corporations. The relationship change between related party transactions (RPTs) and the corporate values of listed Korean corporations is analyzed for the five-year period before and after enforcement of the regulations (2009-2013 and 2014-2018). Three types of RPTs regarding long-term supply contracts, loans, and credit were adopted for analysis. Following are the results of a regression analysis with panel data that consist of 6,534 firm-year observations. First shown is that the enforcement of regulations affects the relationship between RPTs and corporate value. Specifically, for all corporations, the result implies that the purpose of expropriation is weakened, and the efficiency and transparency of transactions in corporations are enhanced due to enforcement of the regulations. Secondly, the extent to which the regulations exert influence on designated and non-designated corporations differs. Regulation enforcement seems to be more influential on non-designated corporations than on designated ones for the efficiency and transparency of transactions in the long-term contract type of RPT.

This study presents supplier buyer models representing the interactions between supplier and buyer under a long-term replenishment contract in a supply chain system. We established the models according to the economic power of each party. Analysis based on Stackelberg game theoretic approach is tried for each model. We develop methods for each agent to follow to complete a contract for the best interest of each participant.

반도체, 컴퓨터, 통신기기 분야에서 최첨단 기술제품의 생산 공급을 통해 그동안 국내 전자산업을 선도해 온 금성반도체(대표 : 구자두)는, 지난해 6월 세계 3번째로 반주문형 초대규모 집적회로(VLSI)인 CMOS게이트 어레이를 개발하여 미국 엘에스아이 로직(LISLOGIC)사와 1억 5천만불의 수출계약을 체결함으로써 국내 최초로 주문형 반도체의 수출시대를 연데이어, 4월 10일 여의도 중심부 신한 빌딩 4층에 100여평 규모의 게이트 어레이 디자인 센터를 개관하여 특수한 반도체를 주문하는 고객이 동 제품의 회로 설계과정에 직접참여할 수 있도록 함으로써 수주활동을 본격화 하는 일대 전기를 마련하였다.

미국의 ADL(Advance Distributed Learning)에서 제안한 스콤(SCORM; Sharable Content Object Reference Model)은 2000년 미국 국방부에서 발주한 6억달러에 이르는 e-러닝(e-Learning) 구축 입찰 계약에서 가이드라인으로 쓰여졌다. 용역 입찰 제안서에 스콤을 기초로 해 e-러닝 시스템을 구축하겠다는 내용이 명시돼야만 입찰에 참여할 수 있었던 것이다. 현재 제안된 e- 러닝 기술표준안들에 대한 국제인증 여부와 관계없이 e-러닝 실수요자 및 공급자의 움직임에 따라 이러한 추세는 향후 더욱 확대될 전망이다. 이 글에서는 실질적인 국제 표준으로 가장 근접해 있는 스콤의 내용 및 기술적 특징에 대해 설명하고자 한다.

최근의 정보통신 기술의 급격한 발달과 인터넷 사용의 폭발적인 증가, 기업의 인트라넷/익스트라넷의 도입으로 인터넷 환경에서의 비즈니스 응용 프로그램의 개발이 다양해지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기업에서 조달 업무의 투명성과 신속성 및 인터넷을 통한 수요 기관 및 공급 업체간의 글로벌화를 이룰 수 있는 비즈니스 응용 프로그램으로 웹 환경에서의 전자 입찰 시스템의 설계 및 구현을 다룬다. 본 논문에서 설계 및 구현된 전자 입찰 시스템은 구매, 입찰 및 조달 프로세스로 구성되어 있으며 전자 입찰 시스템에서 입찰 가격이나 계약의 보안 및 인증을 위해 PKI 기반의 전자 서명 방식을 사용한다.
