Unexpected massive disasters have occurred around the world, causing enormous socio-economic damage. The military has long been enacting laws, organizing organizations and establishing systems for crisis and disaster management, but it did not consider the situation when military essential functions were suspended due to unpredictable and massive disasters. With the September 11 terrorist attacks, the U.S. military has developed COOP strategy aimed at continuing military essential functions in all crisis, and is contributed to national continuity by ensuring uninterrupted national security functions. Korean military has established a crisis and disaster management system, but focuses on managing and controlling disasters and crisis situations. Korean military needs a system to guarantee military essential functions even in national crisis beyond its management capabilities. In this study, We compared and reviewed the U.S. administration and military COOP guidelines and directives, ISO22301 international standards., and developed planning guidelines suitable for the Korean military situation by responding to detailed items based on ISO22301. In particular, the U.S. military(DoD, Army, Navy, Air Force) COOP guidelines were drawn and incorporated into the guidelines(such as protection and succession of command authority, the fulfillment of essential functions and operational security, etc.). The planning guidelines are expected to be used as reference materials for the introduction of COOP systems in the military and the establishment of plans in the future.

This research represents comparison and validation of static aerodynamic results in different wind tunnel organizations and EFD-CFD results. KAFA conducted wind tunnel tests with Standard Dynamics Model(SDM) which is based on the NRC model, the same configuration of KARI; and then compared and analyzed similarities and differences of the data from KARI and NRC results for verifying the accuracy of wind tunnel tests. Also, We compared the result of CFD with that of wind tunnel tests and examined strakes effect in static characteristics which are attached on the forward fuselage of SDM for investigating the cause of some discrepancies. From this analysis, there are some discrepancies in Cm tendency between EFD-CFD and it did not show the big difference of aerodynamic characteristics by strake effects. Thus, we need to research additionally for analyzing the different cause of some discrepancies such as vortex structures by the rear strut or intake of SDM and regenerating grid resolution of CFD.

In this study, the validity of the forest therapy process, in which forest activities using forest therapy factors lead to immunity promotion and health promotion, was analyzed theoretically and qualitatively to refine and systemize the forest therapy concept. Research and analysis data were collected from the websites of institutions related to forest therapy; 33 theses and 33 original research articles from 2000 to March 2020 were searched for forest therapy key words, as well as the prize winning work of the 2016 forest therapy experience essay. A word cloud was generated by frequency of nouns and adjectives and from the key words in the web pages, theses, articles, and the forest therapy experience essay. Through interpretation of word frequency, the systemic flow of forest therapy was defined. The results suggest that the source of forest therapy's power was a positive experience of the forest and an improved attitude toward nature as well as forest therapeutic factors. The therapeutic effect is maximized through the forest healing program, leading to physical and mental resilience and resistance; consequently, health and immunity are promoted. From this study, forest therapy is proposed as "a health promotion activity for the psychological, physical, and spiritual resilience of the subjects through various environmental factors of the forest, positive experiences, and attitudes toward the forest."

Mobile apps frequently request permission to access sensitive data for user convenience. However, while using mobile applications, sensitive and personal data has been leaked even if users do not allow it. To deal with this problem, Google App Store has required developers to disclose how the mobile app handles user data in a privacy policy. However, users are not certain that the privacy policy describes all the app's behavior. They have no choice but to rely on the privacy policy to confirm how the app uses data. This study designed a system that checks the reliability of privacy policies by analyzing the privacy policy texts and mobile apps. First, the system extracts and analyzes the privacy policy texts to check which personal data the privacy policy discloses that the mobile apps can collect. After analyzing which data apps can access using android static analysis, we compare both results to analyze the reliability of privacy policies. For the experiment, we collected the APK files and metadata of about 13K android apps registered in the Google Play Store and preprocessed the apps by four conditions. According to the comparison between privacy policies and mobile app behavior, many apps can access more personal data than disclosed in the privacy policy.

This overview study of mass culture is based on an academic point of view and based thereon an investigation of mass culture from a psychological standpoint follows. This study reviewed previous studies of mass culture that have been done so far divided into Producer-oriented, Text Decoding-oriented, and Recipient Theory, according to subjects of the study. The studies were also reviewed from the viewpoints of industry, consumer science, education, and developmental psychology. Further, it was discussed how trends and limitations in research were covered according to each viewpoint on mass culture. Based on the analysis, this study aims to promote overall psychological interest in studies of mass culture; to present the necessity of analysis and measurement of emotional experience on mass culture; to increase the roles of industrial and consumer science approaches in terms of planning and culture; to change the viewpoint of developmental psychology that accepts youth culture positively; and, to present interdisciplinary studies related to mass culture. Mass culture has already penetrated deeply into real life but there are few analyses and interpretations of mass culture in terms of psychology. This study is meaningful from the aspect that discussion of mass culture has been placed in a position that recognizes the entity of and interest in mass culture. Through this study, I hope that the scope of interest in psychology will expand and that approaches to mass culture will become more diversified.
