As different news is reported every day in our daily life, the amount of data generated around us is enormous. Some of this data is personal, but there are some things that are common to everyone, such as weather and traffic information. This paper is a study on information transmission using public data to use information effectively and quickly, and investigated open API based on public data and API technology. Based on this, we explain a method of transmitting information using an open API that can be easily used in daily life, and propose a method to transmit information using various open APIs by applying this. If public data is used using the suggested method, it is possible to transmit information more easily and accurately, so it is possible to apply it to various fields.

Big data, an important element of the 4th industrial revolution, is actively opening public data in public institutions and local governments. In the public data portal, everyone can conveniently search for data and check related data, but only those in ICT-related fields are using public data. Although data held by public institutions is open to citizens, it is difficult for anyone to easily utilize public data to develop applications. In this paper, data provided in open API format from public data portals has XML and JSON formats. In this study, we are a method of modularizing public data in XML format into a part that can be easily developed by linking it to a GUI interface. Based on the necessary public data, we propose a way to easily develop mobile programs and promote the use of public data.

모바일 디바이스가 확산 된 이후 대다수 사용자는 PC의 웹브라우저 보다는 모바일 웹브라우저를 이용하고 있다. 모바일 환경에서 매시업은 최근 몇 년 동안 상당한 관심을 받고 있으며, 정부 3.0이 주도되면서 공공데이터의 공개가 활성화되고 민간기업도 API를 공개 하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 모바일환경에서 공공데이터와 공개API를 이용한 매시업 활용방안을 연구 및 분석한다.

With the popularization of open government data, Library-related open government data is also open and utilized to the public. The purpose of this paper is to diagnose the quality of library-related open government data and propose improvement measures to enhance the quality based on the diagnosis result. As a result of diagnosing the completeness of the data, a number of blanks are identified in the bibliographic elements essential for identifying and searching a book. As a result of diagnosing the accuracy of the data, the bibliographic elements that are not compliant with the data schema have been identified. Based on the result of data quality diagnosis, this study suggested improving the data collection procedure, establishing data set schema, providing details on data collection and data processing, and publishing raw data.

Recently bleak outside the city to find a peace of mind to education for children living in nature while enjoying the leisure life As more families there is growing interest in managing a farm on weekends grow crops by the weekend. However, due to the need for a weekend farm has a lot of information in order to receive pre-sale of farm experience and meets the conditions demanding application process simply weekend to participate in the farm program there is a difficulty. In this paper, in order to solve these problems and to develop a farm Sale and learning system using a public API to the smart phone applications. The system basically provides information and tips on growing farm so that you can easily get pre-sale and manage weekend farm Bulletin boards, albums, providing a play culture that can improve the learning ability of children with certain management functions to increase the degree of interest and participation in weekend farm.

전 세계적으로 공공데이터를 민간에 개방하고자 하는 노력으로 오픈데이터(Open Data) 정책을 도입하고 있다. 최근 보건의료에서는 삶의 방식과 환경의 변화로 인해 다양한 질병에 노출될 가능성이 증가하면서 예방과 진료를 목적으로 의료기관을 이용하려는 고객의 수 또한 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 이 논문에서는 공공데이터 심사평가원에서 제공하는 보건의료 공공데이터를 활용하여 의료기관 정보에 대한 대용량 데이터를 활용하여 앱을 개발하였다. 개발된 내용은 심사평가원의 의료기관별 정보와 구글 맵 Open API를 통해 병원 위치를 지도를 통해 제공하며, 추가적으로 각 병원별 진료과목, 시설 정보 등의 상세정보를 제공한다.

본 연구에서는 자연재해 발생 시 신속하고 효율적인 재난 대응 의사결정을 지원하기 위하여 재난 재해 정보와 시설물 정보, 공간정보 등이 융합된 통합 인벤토리를 구축하고자 한다. 재난대응 의사결정 지원을 위하여 시설물의 중요도, 위험도, 피해액 산정에 필요한 원천 데이터를 공공데이터포털(data.go.kr)에서 제공하는 공공데이터를 활용하였다. 공공데이터포털의 데이터셋은 파일데이터와 오픈 API, 표준데이터와 국가중점데이터를 제공하고 있다. 파일데이터는 22,306건, 오픈 API는 2,505건, 표준데이터는 58건의 정보를 제공하고 있으며, 국민, 기업 등 수요 중심으로 개방의 효과성과 시급성 등이 높은 41개 분야의 국가중점데이터를 제공하고 있다. 또한 공공데이터를 활용하여 개발된 국내외 다양한 사례와 가공데이터를 공공데이터 활용사례를 통하여 공유하고 있다. 인벤토리 구축을 위하여 국가중점데이터와 데이터카테고리의 국토관리, 재난안전, 산업고용, 공공행정 등 다양한 공공데이터를 검토하여, SOC 시설물과 건축물의 정보를 수집하여 시설물의 중요도와 위험도, 피해액 평가 등 필요 목적에 맞게 최적화 하여 구축하였다. 또한 구축된 다양한 정보와 시설물 평가 모듈간의 원활한 데이터 수급을 위한 연계 모듈과 관리 모듈을 개발하여 구축된 데이터 정보를 표준화하여 유지 관리 할 수 있도록 인벤토리를 구축하였다. 이러한 재난대응 의사결정 지원 통합 인벤토리는 재난대응 의사결정을 신속하고도 효율적으로 가능하게 함으로써 방재업무 지원 및 대국민 서비스를 가능하게 할 것으로 판단된다.

We have proposed an ontology-based translation mashup system for foreigner to enjoy Korean cultural information without any language barrier(linguistic problem). In order to utilize public information, we use a mobile public information open API of Seoul metropolitan city. Google AJAX language API is used for translations of public information. We apply an ontology to minimize errors caused by the translations. For ontology modeling, we analyze the public information domain and define classes, relations and properties of cultural vocabulary ontology. We generate ontology instances for titles, places and sponsors which are the most frequently occurring translation errors. We compare the accuracy of translations through our experiment. Through the experimental results using the proposed ontology-based translation mashup system, we verify the validity of the system.

스마트폰의 대중화로 현재 앱스토어에는 다양한 어플리케이션들이 나오고 있다. 이와 같이 급속하게 발전하는 시대임에도 불구하고 모바일디바이스에서 웹페이지 또는 어플리케이션 으로 확인 할 수 있는 표준정보의 부재가 심각하다. 본 논문에서는 확인하기도 힘들고 활용하기도 어려운 기술표준 관련 정보를 공공안내그림표지 OpenAPI를 활용하여 보다 쉽게 이용 가능한 iOS 기반 스마트폰 어플리케이션을 설계 및 구현한다.

코로나 19 로 대면이 아닌 비대면이 일상이 되며 공공기관과 기업들이 사용자에게 보내는 메시지의 양이 증가하였다. 이에 따라 공공기관을 사칭하는 메신저피싱이 증가하였다. 본 논문에서는 OpenAPI 데이터를 활용한 메신저 위험 url 감지 시스템의 설계를 제시한다. 메신저피싱으로 인한 금전 피해 및 개인정보 탈취를 예방하기 위해 메시지의 포함된 피싱 url 과 기관, 기업의 사전 안전 인증을 통한 안전 url 을 구분한다. 이를 통해 사용자에게 안전하고 쾌적한 인터넷을 제공한다. 향후, 제안하는 시스템의 현실적인 검증과 성능 평가가 필요하다.
