The application of the unmanned vehicles in various fields has been attracting attention, and the development of a service utilizing unmanned vehicles has been proceeding. As the service market using the unmanned vehicles rapidly increases, the demand for the development of software for performing the mission with unmanned vehicles is increasing. In particular, as the demand for unmanned vehicle utilization services for public missions such as fire detection, mail delivery, and facility management increases, the importance of developing mission software for unmanned vehicle is increasing. To develop common mission software, architecture design should be made so that unmanned vehicle service provider can easily develop software using reusable libraries or functions through analysis commonly required by various public institutions. In this paper, we discuss the research trends of mission software for public mission unmanned vehicles. In addition, the architecture design of developing formal mission software is proposed. Finally, we propose a data transfer architecture between mission software and data platform.

텔레매틱스(Telematics)는 자동차와 컴퓨터.이동통신 등 다수의 이종기술의 결합을 의미한다. 텔레매틱스는 또한 유, 무선통신망 등을 통해서 운전자가 정보를 교환하여 운전자 및 차량의 안전 및 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있는 장치 및 서비스를 통칭한다. 휴대용 개인 단말기와 달리 차량에 장착되는 텔레매틱스 단말기는 차량 정보 네트워크에 연결되어 주행 안전이 가장 우선 되어야 하고 부가적인 운전자 정보 서비스가 이루어 져야 한다. 이제까지 제안 또는 적용 되고 있는 기술을 중심으로 텔레매틱스 기술 동향을 요약하였다. 주행 중에 제공되는 서비스로서 텔레매틱스는 안전 관련 제도적 보완이 필요하고 특히 국가 차원의 공공 인프라 지원 정책이 뒷받침되어야만 하는 국가 정책 차원의 지원이 반드시 이루어 져야 한다.

This study aimed to develop an operating manual on the voluntary activity to the library services with disabled people in the public libraries. Various domestic and overseas manuals on the voluntary activity to the library services with disabled people were analyzed. From the survey and expert interviews, five types of most frequently asked library services with disabled people, face-to-face reading, word input services, services to off-library users, mobility aids services and assistance of engineering devices were extraced. Five specific areas on the voluntary activity were chosen in terms of activity area, barrier type, specific activity field, activity purpose and checklist. Finally, contents of the operating manual was applied to the area of face-to-face reading.

This study aims to investigate current status and problems of bookmobile services in Korea, especially focusing on human resources, vehicles, and collections. To do this, a questionnaire that contained questions on basic information, human resources, vehicles, collections and information and communication technologies was developed on the basis of 8 standards and guidelines related to bookmobile services and 77 bookmobiles belonging to public libraries and Saemaul bookmobiles were surveyed. As a result, many parts of human resources, vehicles, and collections of bookmobiles in Korea were inadequate to standards and guidelines related to bookmobile services. At the end of this study, some suggestions are made for improving bookmobile services in Korea. First, the human resources, vehicles, and collections of bookmobiles need to be innovated. Second, national policies for bookmobile services need to be reinforced. Third, perspectives on bookmobile need to be modified from economic approach to information welfare approach.

최근 소형 무인비행장치(UAV; unmaned aerial vehicle)인 드론을 이용한 신산업 육성 및 지원에 관한 관심도가 높아지고 있다. 국외에서는 이미 드론을 이용한 농업관리와 물류배송, 공공부문 모니터링 등 다양한 산업 분야의 드론 이용을 적극 장려하고 있다. 드론 이용에 관한 관심도가 높아짐에 따라 국내외적으로 드론 응용 관련 기술 개발과 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있지만, 국내에서는 환경모니터링과 시설물 점검 등 일부 제한적으로 활용되고 있다. 국내에서는 2024년까지 드론 응용서비스로 확장되는 산업 변화에 대응, DNA(Data, Network, AI) 기술을 접목한 새로운 개방형 플랫폼 구축을 목표로 기술개발 및 산업 육성을 촉진하고 있다. 이러한 국내 기술 개발 방향에 맞추어 드론과 첨단기술을 이용한 하천조사와 관련해 드론을 연계한 하천관리 플랫폼 개발의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 드론 기반 하천조사 및 모니터링 수행을 위한 하천관리 운영플랫폼 개발을 목표로 국내외 요소기술을 분석하고 기술수준을 조사했다. 특히, 드론 기반 하천관리에 필요한 임무를 영역별로 분리해 요소기술 기반의 플랫폼 서비스를 정의하고 하천관리 부문 개방형 플랫폼 구축을 위한 시스템 구성 및 운영에 필요한 요소기술을 선정했다. 최종적으로 선정된 플랫폼 서비스와 요소기술을 기초로 시스템 적용방안을 검토하고 하천관리 운영플랫폼 구축을 위한 시스템 아키텍처를 정의 및 설계했다.

With the recent increase in the introduction of micro-electric vehicles in Korea, interest in micro-electric vehicle user satisfaction is increasing to revitalize related markets. In this paper, a basic study was conducted on the development of public services using micro-electric vehicle based on the constituent factors of user satisfaction. The survey includes: ① 'Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for selecting the priority factors of user satisfaction of micro-electric vehicles', ② 'A survey of micro-electric vehicles image' to collect data in advance for providing users' preferences and transportation services for micro-electric vehicles, ③ In order to investigate the user satisfaction level of users who actually operated micro-electric vehicles, the order of 'user satisfaction survey of micro-electric vehicle drivers' was conducted. In the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis, it was found that users regarded as important in the order of 'user utilization data', 'vehicle movement data', and 'charging service data'. In the micro-electric vehicle image survey, users perceived micro-electric vehicles more positively in terms of "safety", 'durability', 'Ride comfort', 'design', 'MOOE (Maintenance and other operating expense)', and 'environment-friendly' when comparing micro-electric vehicles with electric motorcycles. In the survey on the user satisfaction of micro-electric vehicle drivers, the use of micro-electric vehicle did not directly affect work performance efficiency, and there was an experience of being disadvantaged on the road due to the size of the micro-electric vehicle, and driving in a cluster of micro-electric vehicle for outdoor advertisements. The city's public relations effect was great, but it was concerned about safety. In the future, based on the results of this study, we plan to build a user satisfaction structural equation model, preemptively discover feedback R&D for micro-electric vehicle utilization services in the public field, and actively seek to discover new public mobility support services.

30여 년 전에 연구망으로서 개발이 시작된 인터넷은 현재 사회의 공공 인프라로서의 역할로 기능이 확장되면서 이동성, QoS 지원, 보안성 등을 고려한 점진적 개선이 이루어져 왔다. 그러나, 이러한 점진적 개선 방법의 한계성 때문에 현재의 인터넷 구조가 향후 $20{\sim}30$년 후의 미래사회의 인프라로서도 적합할 것인가에 대한 의구심이 생기기 시작하였다. 이에 따라, 기존 인터넷과의 호환성을 고려하지 않고, 처음부터 현재 및 미래서비스의 요구사항에 기반하여 네트워크를 새로 설계하고자 하는 "미래인터넷" 연구가 시작되었다. 미래인터넷에 대한 연구는 아직 초기단계로서, 거시적 목표를 위해 다양한 네트워크 아키텍처들이 제시되고 있는데, 본 고에서는 미래인터넷의 등장 배경과 지향점, 각국의 연구 현황을 살펴보고, 미래인터넷 아키텍처에 대한 연구자들의 다양한 아이디어를 주요 이슈별로 소개하고자 한다.

Recently, analysis techniques to extract new meanings using big data analysis and various services using these analysis techniques have been developed. Among them, the transport is one of the most important areas that can be utilized about big data. However, the existing traffic route guidance system can not recommend the optimal traffic route because they use only the traffic information when the user search the route. In this paper, we propose a realtime optimal traffic route guidance system using big data analysis. The proposed system considers the realtime traffic information and results of big data analysis using historical traffic data. And, the proposed system show the warning message to the user when the user need to change the traffic route.

본 연구의 목표는 감성적 제품이나 환경을 체계적으로 개발하고 평가하는 과정에서 요구되는 DB를 개발하는 것으로서, 산업체에서의 활용도가 높고 공공성이 큰 데이터를 중심으로 지표를 수집하여 보급체계를 확립하는 것이다. 이번 연구에서는 2 단계 감성공학기반기술 연구 결과인 충 35 개 보고서 전자 파일을 입수하여 감성지표화 작업을 수행하였다. Web 상으로 지원 가능한 감성공학 지표(정보물)를 도출 하였으며, 감성공학 문헌, Handbook, Data compendium, 사전 등을 중심으로 지표를 분류하여 체계화하였다. 연구보고서로부터 도출 된 초기 지표로는 감성지표 185 개, 개발 제품/시스템 소개물 94 개, 웹으로 지원 가능한 감성공학 관련 정보물 35 개가 있다. 이를 기초로 활용 가능한 지표를 엄선하였다. 감성 제품 개발에 필요한 감성지표를 쉽고, 편리하고, 정확하게 검색하고, 감성공학 연구 결과들을 체계적으로 정리하기 위해 지표의 표현 방법, 용어, 기술 수준 등을 표준화하였다. 초기 도출된 감성지표 리스트 중 활용가치가 높은 결과물을 중심으로 감성지표를 정리하였으며, 현재 262개 지표에 대해서 연구책임자의 검증을 거쳐 지표화 작업을 완료하였다. 이들 결과는 인터넷을 통하여 서비스를 실시할 예정이며, 앞으로 제품설계, 환경응용 기술로서 감성공학적 제품설계를 위한 guideline으로 사용될 것으로 기대된다. 또한 이들 지표를 보급하기 위한 목적으로 개발한 감성공학 데이터베이스 시스템은 감성공학 자료의 보급체계로 활용되어 기업간의 정보교환 및 커뮤니케이션 유도를 통한 기업체간의 기술 및 관리 유기체계 구축에 활용될 것으로 기대된다.하도록 한다. 이는 기초과학 수준이 높은 북방권 국가들의 과학자들이 주로 활용되고 있다는 점에서도 잘 알 수 있으며 우리의 과학기술 약점을 보완하는 원천으로써 외국인 연구 인력이 대안이 되고 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구에서는 한국 연구 조직에서 일하는 외국인 연구자들의 동기 및 성과에 영향을 미치는 많은 요인들을 확인할 수 있었다. 상관관계, 분산분석, 회귀분석 등을 통해 활용 성과에 미치는 영향 요인들을 도출하였다. 설문 분석을 통하여 동기 및 성과 사이에는 강한 상관관계가 존재하는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며 이는 전통적인 동기 이론들과 부합한다. 대부분의 변수가 동기 및 성과에 동시에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었으며 그중에서도 조직 협력 문화, 외국인 연구자의 의사소통 및 협력성, 외국인 연구자의 연구 능력 관련 변수들 및 연구 프로젝트의 기술수명주기, 외국인 연구자의 기존 기술지식의 흡수 등이 가장 중요한 변수로 나타났다. 이는 우리가 주로 중국 및 러시아 과학자들을 활용하여 상업화하는 외국인 연구인력 활용 패턴과도 일치하는 결과이다. 즉 우호적인 조직문화를 가지고 있는 연구 조직에서, 이미 과학기술 지식을 많이 가지고 있고 연구 능력도 높은 외국인 과학기술자를, 한국에서 기술이 태동 또는 성장하고 있는 연구 분야에서 활용하는 것이 가장 성과가 좋다는 사실을 확인시켜 주고 있다. 국내에서 최초로 수행된 본 연구는 외국인 연구 인력의 활용 성과가 매우 높으며, 우리의 과학기술혁신시스템을 보완하는 유효한 수단으로써 외국인 연구 인력이 중요한 대안이 될 수 있음을 발견하였다. 외국인 연구 인력을 잘 활용하기 위하여 문제점 및 개선방안을 활용 환경, 연구 인력

The whole world enters the ageing era and 'lifelong education' is issued where the elderly can learn knowledge and techniques caused by era-change. Museum is a cultural public-facility and taking roles to provide education with spatial composition of contents and articles at exhibition. Therefore, museum can be a learning space for the elderly, performance of learning, environmental support to museum is required considering their physical characteristics. This study aims to develop a environmental design checklist at museum and to provide a frame for environmental plans to support the elderly for smooth watching of exhibition and education at museum. The environmental design checklist at museum was drawn for the spaces for entry, exhibition, public-service, educational activity and movement at museum, based on physical characteristics of the elderly or the criteria of 'sense (eye-sight, hearing and feeling by tough)' / 'exercise (skeleton, movement, physical strength and muscular strength). The environmental design checklist at museum for the elderly was composed newly by combining existing related acts, manuals, and preceded studies. For future studies, actual survey items at site and questionnaires for the elderly watchers were drawn.
