IIn this paper, we developed e-Leaning system based on open source software. We selected the Moodle that after compared the open source learning management systems. Moodle is APM(Apache, PHP, MySQL) based learning management system(LMS) support SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Model), a software package designed to help educators create quality online courses. One of the main advantages of Moodle over other systems is a strong grounding in social constructionist pedagogy. Also we integrated Moodle and legacy systems such as streaming service, webhard service, and short message service. Therefore this research showed that open source based e-Learning system include learning management system is stable and possible.

이 논문은 공개 소프트웨어 기반의 로봇 학습시스템을 구축하기 위해 필요한 교육용 로봇, 학습관리시스템, 로봇콘텐츠 저작도구, 로봇 에이전트의 기능을 정의하고 있다. 특히 공개SW 학습관리시스템의 기능을 비교분석하여 로봇과 연계할 시스템을 제안하고 있다. 공개SW 학습관리 시스템은 지니(GeNIE)와 무들을, 화상강의 시스템은 DimDim을 추천하고, 로봇 콘텐츠 저작도구는 OPRoS기반의 로봇 콘텐츠 시뮬레이터와 연계되는 형태를 권한다.

In this paper, we developed a VoWLAN(Voice over WLAN) system based on an open source software. The system aims to provide VoIP service over wireless LAN with an IP-PBX server. The features of system presented in this paper are as follows. First, the initial cost for the development is reduced since the system is developed based on open source software. Second, the system provides various additional services such as Voice Mail, Conference Call, and Interactive Voice Response with a software IP-PBX server. Third, the VoWLAN terminal provides high-level user applications with minimal system resources using lightweight open software solutions. Finally, it is highly scalable since it is based on the open source software.

This study aims to implement the electronic record management systems that can preserve and utilize local festival records and archives. To accomplish the goal, this study used open source software for Namwon chunhyang festival as a case. This paper revealed the fact that there is no constructive system for preserving local festival records. To solve this problem, this study implemented electonic records management system based on Open Source Softwares, which are called AtoM(Access to Memory) and OMEKA. Also, both OSSs were compared and evaluated according to Characteristics of Local festival records. As a result, ERMS for Festival based on AtoM was appropriate comparatively.

오픈소스 소프트웨어란 소스 코드를 공개한 상태로 공급되는 소프트웨어를 말한다. 오픈소스 소프트웨어의 개발 방법은 오픈소스 소프트웨어 프로젝트에 관심이 있는 개발자의 자발적인 참여로 이루어진다. 오픈소스 소프트웨어 개발 방식은 대부분 소프트웨어개발 방법론적인 측면이 적용되지 않기 때문에 일반적인 소프트웨어에 비해서 신뢰성이 떨어진다는 평가를 받는 원인이 되고 있다. 또한 일반 소프트웨어 개발과 비교해서 분산된 개발자들의 소스 공유 및 의견 교환과 합의 도출 방법이 필요하기 때문에 오픈소스 소프트웨어 개발에 일반적인 소프트웨어 개발 방법론을 적용할 수가 없다. 따라서 일반적인 소프트웨어 개발 방법과 프로젝트 관리 기법에서 공개 소프트웨어 개발을 위해 필요한 부분들을 도출하여 오픈소스 소프트웨어 개발에 적용할 수 있도록 커스터마이징한 오픈소스 소프트웨어를 위한 소프트웨어 개발 모델을 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 분포형 강우-유출 모형인 GRM(Grid based Rainfall-runoff Model)의 확장성과 편의성 향상을 위한 소프트웨어 개발에 대해서 기술하였다. 본 연구에서는 크게 3가지를 수행하였다. 첫 번째는 기존의 GRM은 HyGIS, MapWindow GIS 등과 같은 GIS 소프트웨어 및 Microsoft MDB와 코드 수준에서 통합된 형태로 개발되었으며, 이러한 특성은 GRM을 이용한 다양한 응용시스템 개발시 제약 조건으로 작용하였다. 본 연구에서는 GRM 모형을 GIS 및 데이터베스와 코드 수준에서 분리하여 GRMCore.dll을 개발하였다. GRMCore.dll은 콘솔 모드 및 GUI에서 유출해석을 실행할 수 있는 소프트웨어와 실시간 유출해석시스템 등과 같이 유출 해석을 위한 다양한 응용 소프트웨어 개발에 공통적으로 활용될 수 있다. 두 번째는 최근 들어 세계적으로 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 오픈소스 GIS 인 QGIS의 plugin으로 GRM 모형의 GUI(QGIS-GRM)를 개발하였으며, GRM 모형의 입력자료 구축을 위해 TauDEM을 이용해서 Drainage Tool을 개발하였다. Drainage Tool에서는 격자별 흐름방향, 하천망, 유역 등과 같은 수문학적 공간정보를 DEM을 이용하여 구축할 수 있다. 세 번째는 개발된 소프트웨어를 오픈소스로 공개하였다. 공개 대상은 GRM 모형, QGIS-GRM, Drainage Tool 등이며, 각 소프트웨어에 대한 매뉴얼을 포함하고 있다. 소스코드의 공개는 세계적으로 널리 이용되고 있는 오픈소스 플랫폼인 Github(https://github.com/floodmodel/)를 이용하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 기존에는 특정 소프트웨어에 코드 수준에서 의존적이던 GRM 모형의 독립성을 향상시켰으며, 이를 통해 다양한 응용 소프트웨어 개발에 대한 적용성을 높일 수 있었다. 또한 QGIS 기반의 GUI 개발, 모형 입력자료 구축 도구의 개발, 개발된 소프트웨어의 오픈소스화 등을 통해서 사용자들이 좀 더 쉽게 GRM 모형을 활용할 수 있게 하였다.

In this paper we developed e-Leaning system based on open source software. We selected the Moodle that after compared the open source learning management systems. Moodle is LAMP(Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) based course management system (CMS), a software package designed to help educators create quality online courses. One of the main advantages of Moodle over other systems is a strong grounding in social constructionist pedagogy. Also we integrated Moodle and legacy systems such as streaming service, webhard service, and short message service. The system operated during one semester at college using blended learning model. We had obtained showed that the students had almost all scored quite highly as preferred learning environment through COLLES(Constructivist On-Line Learning Environment Survey) and ATTLS(Attitudes to Thinking and Learning Survey). Therefore this research showed that open source based e-Loaming system is stable and possible.

종이 문서가 사라지고 있다. 전자문서가 종이문서를 대신하고 있지 때문이다. 그러나 각기 다른 프로그램으로 제작된 전자문서는 그 프로그램을 사용할 때만 의미가 있을 뿐이다. 오랫동안 사람들은 상대방에게 문서를 전송하거나, 공유하기 위해서 같은 프로그램을 요구해야만 했다. 이런 비효율성을 극복하기 위해서 어도비사는 90년대 초반 PDF라는 문서통합표준을 내놓고, 소스를 공개했다. 프로그램의 소스를 공개한다는 것은, 이를 이용해 다양한 프로그램의 개발이 가능하도록 한다는 뜻이다. 그렇게 어도비사가 공개한 소스를 바탕으로 2000년대부터 국내 소프트웨어들도 PDF 솔루션 개발에 나서기 시작했고, 이제는 해외에 수출할 정도로 국산 소프트웨어들도 경쟁력과 품질 면에서 인정받고 있다.

7차 교육과정은 응용소프트웨어를 얼마나 잘 다루는지와 같은 컴퓨터를 도구적 활용을 중점으로 구성되었다. 컴퓨터 과학의 기본원리를 적용하여 문제해결능력을 신장시키고 이를 구현하기 이한 체계적인 교육의 필요성이 제기되어 2007년 개정 교육과정에서 문제해결방법과 절차라는 대영역이 포함되었다. 정보과목 문제해결방법과 절차 영역에서 다양한 문제를 이해 분석하여 알고리즘을 설계하고 구현하는데 있어 원활한 교수학습을 위한 다양한 방법과 도구들에 대한 연구가 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 창의적 문제해결 향상에 효과적인 프로그래밍 언어들은 상용소프트웨어들의 비용부담과 언어적 문법, 에러발생에 대한 해결에 비중이 높아 학습자가 겪는 인지적 부담을 감소 할 수 있는 EPl(Educational Programming Language)인 Scratch 프로그래밍으로 창의적 문제해결력 향상을 위한 교수학습 모형을 개발하였다.
