최근 세계경제의 중장기적 불황과 성장률의 하락을 경험하고 있는 가운데, 새로운 상품이나 서비스를 탄생시키고 생산방식의 변화와 혁신을 통해 경제적 효율성을 높이는 창업에의 관심이 날로 높아지고 있다. 이러한 분위기에서 중소기업 및 소상공인의 창업은 한 국가경제에 미치는 영향이 매우 크다는 것을 모두 공감하고 있으며, 이러한 중소기업 및 소상공인들이 생계형 창업을 넘어 기업의 성과를 높일 수 있도록 하기 위한 다양한 노력들이 지속되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 창업가들의 경험적 특성과 사업성과간의 상관관계를 조사하여 중소기업들의 성과에 미치는 영향변수를 분석 하는데 있다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 창업자의 개인적인 특성 중 사업성공에 필요한 경험적 특성을 중점적으로 고려하여 연구를 진행하였다. 창업자가 사업성공을 위해 가져야 할 특성에는 창업자의 배경적 특성(학력, 창업관련 강좌 수강, 가족이나 지인의 주변창업, 창업자의 과거 창업경험 등) 창업자의 심리적 특성(성취욕구, 위험감수성향, 모호함에 대한 인내력), 창업자의 관리적 역량(창업자의 관리적 능력, 기업가적 능력, 기술적-기능적 능력) 창업자의 전략적 성향(제품-서비스 혁신 차별화 전략 성향, 마케팅 차별화 전략 성향, 비용 우위 전략 성향)이 있다. 이러한 다양한 변수들 중 창업가의 배경적 특성에 속하고 있는 개인의 경험적 특성이 사업성과에 미치는 영향을 중점적으로 연구를 진행하였다.

현재 4차 산업혁명이 사회에 던지는 화두는 다양하다. 첫째, 소프트웨어 중심 사회이다. 빅 데이터, 인공지능 기술 등이 다양한 분야와 결합하고 그 중심에는 소프트웨어가 있다. 앞으로 소프트웨어 교육이 필수적이고 강화되어야 할 이유다. 둘째, 생산과 소비가 결합된다는 것이다. 즉, 더 이상 소비자가 수동적인 소비자로만 남지 않으며, 획일화된 제품과 서비스에 흥미를 느끼지 않고, 소비자가 직접 자신이 구매할 제품 생산과 판매에 관여하는 '프로슈머(prosumer)' 필요한 물건을 직접 만드는 D.I.Y.(Do It Yourself), 3D 프린팅 등이 새로운 소비 방식을 대표한다[3]. 이에 메이커 운동이 떠오르고 있고, 메이커에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 우리나라는 2015 개정 교육과정을 통해 소프트웨어 교육을 강화했다. 초등학교에서는 5~6학년 실과 교과의 정보 관련 단원이 ICT활용 중심에서 소프트웨어 기초 소양 내용 중심으로 개편되었다[1]. 아직 교육과정이 시행되기 전이지만 선도학교나 연구학교를 통해 진행된 소프트웨어 교육을 보면 기능을 익히는 프로그래밍 교육이 주류를 이루고 있고, 이래서는 다양하고 창의적인 결과물을 도출할 수 없다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 디자인 사고를 도입할 수 있다. 디자인 사고는 인간을 관찰하고 공감하여 소비자를 이해한 뒤, 다양한 대안을 찾는 확산적 사고와 주어진 상황에 최선의 방법을 찾는 수렴적 사고의 반복을 통하여 혁신적 결과물을 도출하는 창의적 문제 해결 방법 중 하나이다[5]. 따라서 본 연구에서는 초등학생들의 소프트웨어 교육을 위한 디자인 사고 기반 메이커 교육 프로그램을 개발하고자 한다.

Amid growing social interest in child abuse, and announced the seriousness of child abuse crimes and aroused public interest in related issues. Based on true stories and characters, both films created unique narratives about child abuse cases, but drew on the traditional representation and discursive construction of child abuse news articles. By setting the stepmother as the perpetrator and the father as the neglecter, the gender role of women as primary caregiver was reconfirmed and the stereotypical image of the 'evil stepmother' in popular narratives was exploited. The cinematic reenactment of the evil stepmother not only highlighted the normative family discourse, but also reinforced the maternal myth by emphasizing the binary opposition between the evil stepmother and the lost birth mother.

지난 2017년 1월 17일, 우리나라는 재난 및 안전관리기본법의 자연재난에 우주물체의 추락 충돌로 인한 재난을 포함시켰다. 이는 '14 진주운석 추락 등 잇따른 우주재난에 대한 국제적 관심고조 및 이에 대한 대비의 필요성 제기 등이 바탕이 된 것으로, 우주재난에 대한 국가적 관리의 필요성이 현안에 반영된 결과이다. 한편, 기존정책의 범위가 축소되거나 확장되는 등 변화가 발생할 때 해당 정책이 효과적으로 집행되기 위해서는 정책의 실질적 집행 효과를 경험하는 대상이 되는 정책적 고객이 정책의 변경내용을 인지하고 해당 정책에 대하여 공감하는 것이 중요하다. 우주재난의 경우 재난 및 안전관리기본법에 기존에 포함되어있던 기타 자연재난과 비교할 때, 그 위험도나 피해정도 등이 대중에게 어떠한 평가를 받고 있으며, 특히 기타 자연재난과 비교할 때 같은 맥락으로 이해되고 있는지를 파악하여 향후 세부 정책에 반영할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 "우리나라 국민의 우주위험인식 수준과 국가 재난정책"의 후속연구로서 2016년 9월 발생한 경주지진 전 후 자연재난에 대한 국민의 인식에 변화가 있는지를 분석하여 이를 토대로 우주재난에 대한 국민의 인식을 설명하고 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 글로벌 경제의 중장기적 불황과 성장률 하락에 기인하여, 대내외적으로 불투명한 환경하에서 생존하고 발전하기 위한 새로운 대안으로 새로운 상품이나 서비스를 탄생 시키고 생산방식의 변화와 업무 혁신을 통해 조직의 지속가능성을 높이는 조직구조에 대한 관심이 날로 높아지고 있다. 이런 분위기에서 중소벤처기업의 성장은 국가경제에 미치는 영향이 매우 지대하다는 것을 모두 공감 하고 있으며, 이러한 중소벤처기업이 기업 성과를 높이고 그러한 성과를 지속할 수 있도록 구성원들의 기술혁신역량을 높이기 위한 다양한 노력들이 지속되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 중소벤처 기업의 기술혁신 역량이 지식경영의 성과와 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고 기업의 전략적 활동을 조직화하여 가치창출에 사용될 자원 및 조직 능력을 외부 네트워크로부터 획득하게 하는 네트워크 역량이 어떤 역할을 수행하는지에 대해 분석 하는데 있다. 즉, 중소벤처기업의 기술 혁신역량이 네트워크 역량을 매개변수로 하여 지식경영 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기술혁신역량이 중소벤처기업의 네트워크 역량을 매개로 삼아, 기술혁신역량이 지식경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 검증하고자 한다. 기술혁신역량을 기반으로 한 경제활동의 불확실성이 높아진 환경 하에서 새로운 변화에 신속히 대응하며, 장기적 경기 침체 극복은 물론이고 거시적 경제 성장과 발전을 이끌어 조직의 지속적 성장과 생존뿐 아니라, 국가의 신성장 동력이 될 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 그리고 조직 내의 가장 중요한 지식경영 성과를 종속변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

In this study, we analyze the relationship between long-term care workers' emotional labor, professional quality of life, and service quality. The subjects of this study were 211 long-term care workers working in long-term care facilities. Self-administered questionnaires were used. In the research model, emotional labor(surface behavior, internal behavior) was verified using independent variables, with professional quality of life (compassion satisfaction, compassion fatigue) as the parameters and service quality as the dependent variables. The results of this study are as follows. First, the fit of the model was good. Second, the direct effects of emotional labor on service quality were not significant. However, there was a positive correlation between internal behavior and service quality, and a negative correlation between surface behavior and service quality. Third, professional quality of life(empathy satisfaction) was the most influential variable in terms of service quality. The results of this study demonstrate the necessity to payclinical and academic attention to long-term care workers' emotional labor and quality of life.

최근 세계경제의 중장기적 불황과 성장률의 하락을 경험하고 있는 가운데, 새로운 상품이나 서비스를 탄생시키고 생산방식의 변화와 혁신을 통해 조직의 지속가능성을 높이는 조직구조에 대한 관심이 날로 높아지고 있다. 이러한 분위기에서 중소벤처기업의 성장은 국가경제에 미치는 영향이 매우 크다는 것을 모두 공감하고 있으며, 이러한 중소벤처기업이 기업의 성과를 높이고 그러한 성과를 지속할 수 있도록 구성원들의 학습역량을 높이기 위한 다양한 노력들이 지속되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 벤처기업 CEO의 기업가정신과 리더십이 학습민첩성과 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고 탐험과 활용을 하는 양손잡이 조직구조가 매개역할을 하는지에 대해 분석 하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 벤처기업 CEO의 기업가정신과 리더십이 조직구성원의 학습민첩성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 양손잡이 조직구조의 매개효과를 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 CEO의 기업가정신과 리더십이 벤처기업의 양손잡이 구조를 증진하고, 증진된 양손잡이 구조가 학습민첩성에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고자 한다. 불확실한 환경 하에서 조직의 지속적인 성장과 생존을 위해 새로운 변화에 빠르게 대응할 수 있는, 그리고 조직 내의 핵심 역량으로 요구되고 있는 학습민첩성(Learning Agility)을 종속변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

The main aim of this paper is to show why justice is based on convention, not nature, in David Hume. Most philosopher, since Aristotle, have considered justice in relation to distribution. This understanding of justice continues up to modern times, and is handled especially in relation to ownership or private property in modern times. In modern times, private property is regarded as an absolute right that should not be violated in any case. Hume identifies this private property with justice. The absolute inviolability of private property is equivalent to never violate to justice. Hume is concerned with the question of where this justice originate. In other words, Hume is not concerned with the Kantian justification of justice, but rather with the psychological discussion of the genesis process of the idea of justice. Hume's answer is that "social utility" is its origin. Public societies are necessary conditions for human being. In other words, if public societies do not exist, humans can not exist. How then can a public society, which is a prerequisite for human being, exist or can be maintained? According to Hume, it is maintained by means of justice. So where is the ground for justice? Hume argues that the basis of justice is not nature, but human conventions. Man accepts justice tacitly and by doing so man can maintains his being. This is a rough insight of Hume. Hume uses a wide variety of concepts to carry out his argument. In this paper, we focus on how the idea of justice in human mind, based on these various concepts presented by Hume, is formed.

The 2002 World Cup cheering in front of Seoul City Hall and Seoul Plaza design competition provided an opportunity for the discussion of a variety of discourses regarding our plaza culture. The Gwanghwamun Plaza constructed in 2009 also generated discussions for questions on the function of our plaza as a symbolic, humanistic and utilized place. The questions on whether we have created a plaza culture or what should be done for the design of our plaza are still being explored. The reason is that our plazas were constructed without social consensus regarding identity of our plaza while we are influenced by western plaza ideas. The principle of our plaza culture and shape is not yet discussed and determined. The emergence of discussion sparked by the Gwanghwamun Plaza and the Seoul Plaza can be seen as a positive phenomenon. If we can continue to build creative discourse, we will be able to establish our plaza cultures soon. In this context, the Ansan Gwangduk-ro theme plaza design can be a significant material to be discussed. The design competition for the plaza was held in 2009 and it is followed by the construction of the plaza in late 2010. Considering cultural and spatial issues on our plaza in mind, the project will be explained and the identity of the contemporary design will also be explored.

The purpose of this empirical study is to examine and explore the relationships between three variables; shipping companies' service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Special features of this study could be summarized as following. First, this is empirical study based on market research according to the definition of 'customer' as freight forwarders and actual exporter/importer together contrary to previous studies. Second, to evaluate shipping companies' service quality, 5 components of SERVPERF model was used. Third, to test correlations between 3 variables; service quality, customer satisfactions and customer loyalty, statistical analysis was used with tools of SPSSWIN ver 15.0 and AMOS ver 7.0. For effective study, many thesis have been obtained through literature survey. However, major results were compiled from directly structured questionnaire, which were collected from Korean import/ export companies and freight forwarders.
