GIS에서 공간분석은 최종 사용자의 의사결정을 돕는 중요한 수단을 제공한다. 다라서, 분석을 위해 사용되는 질의 모델은 질의 자체의 구문구성이나 질의를 이용하는 최종 사용자와의 상호작용적인 측면에 있어서 사용자관점을 지원할 수 있어야 한다. 질의 모델의 구문구조에 있어서 기존의 설계방법은 속성 데이터 베이스 검색을 위한 속성연산을 위주로 하여 공간연산을 위한 연산자들을 기존의 구문구조에 추가하는 형태의 접근방식을 취하였다. 그러나 속성검색을 위해 정의된 구문구조를 확장하여 공간연산을 처리한 방식은 공간연산이 가지는 특성을 고려했을 때 질의의 구문구조가 비일관적이고 부자연스럽다는 문제점들이 많은 연구들에서 제기되었다. 본 논문에서는 공간 질의가 공간분석을 위한 방법론이라는 기본 개념에 기초하여 공간연산을 자연스럽게 처리할 수 있는 질의모델의 구문구조 설계에 대한 방법론을 제안하였다.

The emergency lighting plan for underground space should be done with consideration of characteristics of the space. In terms of utilizing the Depthmap program from the Space Syntax theory, it is possible to analyze space quantitatively. Integration and intelligibility are major induces of this theory and we can use them as emergency lighting design parameters. For this study, human behaviors and survivor's evacuation routes in fire emergencies are analyzed through literature review. Based on those results, this study suggests the methodology of emergency lighting plan in underground space.

최근 전 세계적인 기후변화로 인한 풍수해 증가 추세와 금년 잦은 지진발생으로 인해 재난에 대한 관심이 증가하였다. 그러나 대부분의 재난대비는 도시지역에 기초하고 있기 때문에 농촌마을의 재난대비책을 마련하는 것 이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 농촌지역의 공간구조분석을 통하여 농촌지역 특성을 도출하였고, 농촌지역 특성에 따른 자연재해현황을 조사하여 공간구문론 분석을 통한 농촌마을 재난대비 공간정비 가이드라인을 개발하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the urban spatial network of Busan in a time-series manner to examine the planning role of centeral area change and spatial management. The analysis method used the ASA(Angular Segment Analysis) technique of the space syntax theory, and the analysis period was divided into three periods from 1937 to 2022, when the Busan urban planning was established. As the result, the center area formed in Nampo-dong and Gwangbok-dong were differentiated and moved to Seomyeon, and then the process of redifferentiated into Yeonsan was confirmed in Seomyeon. It is also room for the center area to move to the western region in the future, and it was possible to identify the center area formed by the policy-set and amenity elements. In addition, we examined the system of urban spatial structure through the intelligibility analysis of space syntax theory, and found that the qualitative interpretation of existing studies and the interpretation from the perspective of space syntax theory were consistent with each other. Through this, it was possible to confirm that the role of the plan for space management.

The spatial structure analysis using the existing space syntax has a weakness only to apply the road factor. Hence, it is necessary to perform a new spatial structure analysis considering the regional characteristics factor as well as the road factor. The purpose of this study is to propose a modified spatial structure analysis which adopts road and regional characteristics factors using the existing space syntax and GIS and then to apply it to the spatial structure analysis of the urbanized areas in Hapdeok town. For the new analysis, the experts' survey has been conducted to derive the spatial structure factors of the area and their relative weights. Specifically, it drew the road factor as well as the regional characteristics factors such as road, district, land value, and building density. This study shows that the existing spatial structure analysis considering only the road factor does not reflect the actual spatial structure but the modified spatial structure analysis considering the road factor and the regional characteristics factors more accurately analyzes the spatial structure of Hapdeok town. Hapdeok is not an area where road networks were developed along main development axis and its centrality was changed, but an area where road networks were developed by effectiveness and equity and its centrality was changed by downtown decline. The towns like Hapdeok is more suitable for applying the modified spatial structure analysis method considering the regional characteristics factors. Further research is required for selecting characteristics factors and appropriate parameters in the modified spatial structure analysis. Further case studies await in other cities for conducting its verification.

우리나라의 경우 시계열적인 토지 이용의 변화특성에 대한 경향 및 유형의 분석과 예측에 관련한 연구는 그 중요성에도 불구하고 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 서울시 강남구의 구축한 시계열 데이터를 바탕으로 가로체계와 토지이용 자료를 사용하여 강남구 공간구조의 시계열 공간구조변화의 패턴분석을 목적으로 한다. 또한 토지이용 변화과정을 함께 비교분석한다. 강남구는 70년대 초부터 개발로 인해 많이 변화해온 지역이다. 이를 고려하여 60,70,80,90년의 시계열별 공간구문론을 도입하여 축선도(Axial map)를 통해 정량적 분석을 한다. 향후 도로의 접근성 측면에서의 토지이용변화 예측모델 방법론과 연계가 이루어진다면 공간변화를 효과적으로 추정할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

The study empirically delves into the longitudinal transition of the urban core of Naju City in Korea. For the purpose, the ASA (Angular Segment Analysis) technique of Space Syntax has been adopted to investigate the cadastral maps on the GIS platform for the five chosen years since 1920. In particular, the global integration map as well as box plot statistics have been used to capture the time-series consequences. The findings indicate that the old downtown is no more a monocentric city core and the center of the City has far moved eastward near the new Gwangju-Jeonam Innovation City especially during the period between 2000 and 2020.

우리나라 주거양식의 근대화는 단순히 전통한옥에서 현대의 주택, 아파트로의 교체가 아니라 일련의 연속적인 변화과정 속에서 시대를 살아온 사람들의 생활양식과 문화를 담고 있다고 볼 수 있다. '주택이란 삶을 담는 그릇'이라는 표현에서 볼 수 있듯이 주택이란 거주자의 가치관을 포함한 주생활양식과의 대응 속에서 주거환경의 질적 향상이 이루어질 수 있다. 따라서 주거양식의 변화에 관한 연구 또한 이러한 삶과 문화에 대응하는 방향으로 이루어져야 바람직할 것이다. 이상의 배경 하에 과거 전통주택에서부터 근대화 이후의 여러 주택유형에 이르기까지 다양한 유형을 포함한 우리 나라 주택이 가지는 공간구조의 변천을 시대적으로 조망하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여, 전통사회의 양반주택, 도시형한옥, 표준주택, 일반단독주택, 작가주택, 아파트에 이르는 다양한 주택유형을 포함하여 총 104개의 주택평면을 대상으로 공간구조의 변화에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 다양한 주택유형들이 보여주는 공간구조와 그 통시적 변화를 객관적이고 계량적인 방법론을 이용하여 관찰하고자 공간구문론의 분석방법을 이용하여 주택형식에 따른 기능적 형상학을 뛰어넘는 사회학적 형태학의 관점에서 우리나라 주거의 변천과정을 고찰하고자 한다. 상기한 바와 같이 개개의 주택형식에 대한 고려보다는 시대적 상황과 배경을 설명해주는데 용이한 대상을 중심으로 전반적인 변화의 양상과 그러한 변화에 내재한 사회적 동인과 배경을 파악하고 이해하고자 하였다.

Due to the decline of a rural community, traditional periodic markets regarded as a center of an agricultural village have been gradually downsized. While researchers have made a counterproposal to revitalize the traditional periodic markets, there has limit in examining how space structure of the traditional periodic markets affect visitors. Thus this study aims to analyze space structure and visitor circulation using a space syntax, a quantitative analysis focusing on PyeongChang Daehwa market. The finding revealed high degree of unification and clearness which means overall space structure was efficient for visitors to recognize and move across the space. However, there is required to build strategies encouraging consumption. The result of analyzing visitor circulation showed the degree of unification is the highest in visitor circulation where center of the market or main facilities is located. In sum, in order to revitalize deserted traditional periodic markets, rural communities need to work out strategies to encourage consumption and expand both information desk and convenience facilities.

The aim of this study is to specifically understand the characteristics of the crime by empirical analysis for the determining factors that affect determining the crime through the space syntax in Busan. In this study, poisson regression and negative binomial regression were used for accurate analysis. 8 variables that were significant of the total 13 variables. The summary if this study based on the results is as follow. Statistically significant variables are female ratio, over 65 population ratio, administration are and commercial area ratio in characteristics. And the more CCTVs a region has, the lower crime rate it shows. As a results of examing whether space syntax variables can predict crime occurrence places. Space with low connectivity come to be a crime causal factor because they have few other related spaces and thereby have low possibility of sudden appearance of interrupters, which results in low surveillance levels of foot passengers. It will provide the basic data that can contribute to urban planning and implementation of crime prevention aspects.
