The purpose of the study is to come up with counter plans to the spatial change caused by an aging society. To achieve the purpose of this study, research methods are conducted in the literature survey and the census data are compared. This study focuses on an aging society, the current status of space and related problems, based on political economic spatial concepts, and then presents five countermeasures as follows. First, the planning considering the aging populations. Second, increase in total fertility rate and increase population absorption. Third, increased economic vitality of the elderly due to increased participation in the production of senior citizens. Forth, establishment and implementation of regional development plan for the elderly. Fifth, needs to transform the spatial policies of the aged to prepare a large gap in space. The result of this paper proposes the need to change the living space policies and planning to avoid mismatching between them, reducing the aging speed simultaneously. The study is expected to contribute to the establishment of a space plan for areas where the aging population is rapidly increasing.

This study chiefly aims to find out the efficient ways of designing community facility convertible to refuge in case of emergency. In order to reach this goal, this study analyzed (1) definition of terminologies regarding disaster and refuge space, (2)present situation of regarding acts and standards, (3)function and spatial specialties of existing community facilities. Besides, in order to clarify the efficient design methods of 'function-convertible-type' community facility, this study executes archival research on (1)spatial requirements, (2)methods of designing futuristic community facility. When making design directives of community facilities, it is important to consider (1)vertical integration of rescue related function, (2)spatial division and architectural installation concerning privacy, (3)proper layout of locker room, shower room, toilet, etc. (4)appropriate size of unit space. It is desirable to execute the refuge function with minimum psychological anxiety in case of disaster through design guideline for 'function-convertible-type' community facility.

경제적인 풍요가 어느정도 이루어지면서 깨끗한 도시환경속에서 삶을 누리고자 하는 욕구도 증가되었다. 이를 반영하듯이 최근들어 환경에 대한 시민들의 관심이 어느때 보다 더욱 커져만 가고 있다. 이와 더불어 도시계획적 흐름도 물적계획에서 비물적계획인 인간중심 위주의 가치관으로 전환되고 있으며, 공원녹지체계의 정립, 도시경관관리방안, 자전거도로의 도입, 보행자도로의 계획과 설계, 대중교통의 활성화 등 많은 환경친화적 프로젝트들이 수행되어져 왔다. 본 연구에서도 기존의 주요 보행자공간으로 다루어져 온 보도공간에 대하여 조사연구하였으며, 도심의 외곽에 위치하고는 있지만 대구시의 남북을 관통하는 주요간선도로변에 접해 있고 보행량에 비해 보도가 지나치게 넓어 비효율적인 토지이용을 보이는 보도공간을 대상으로 하였다. 특히 도심의 외곽지 보도에 관한 연구는 통행량이 많은 도심지의 상업지나 주택지의 보도에 밀려 상대적으로 소홀히 다루어져 왔다. 이 가운데 대표성과 보편성을 가지는 곳으로 선정하여 연구를 수행한 결과 기존의 단순목적 보도공간을 4개의 공간 즉 보행자공간, 자전거도로공간, 차단 및 가로시설공간, 녹지 및 편익공간으로 재구성하였다. 이는 적은 비용과 노력으로 보행의 순기능인 쾌적성과 안전성을 보다 강화시켜나갈 수 있었다. 매연과 소음이 없고 도시민의 건강성를 확보한다는 이유로 여러 선진국에서는 수 년전부터 각광을 받고 있는 것이 보행교통과 자전거교통의 개념인 녹색교통이다. 이러한 녹색교통은 공해감소의 편익도 있지만 무엇보다 매력적인 도시환경의 창출과 인간중심적이라는 가치관에 그 의의가 있겠다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the present conditions of the pilotis spaces of the public apartment housing and to suggest the future planning means of the spaces. At the present time, most of the pilotis space has been constructed in wall-bearing method. However, post and beam method(or Rahmen) will be used due to the municipal public-housing policy. Observation of seven(7) different locations and twenty-eight(28) blocks, and interview with the residents were employed to gather the data. Regarding functional relevance, six types of the space were selected, and planning suggestions for each type were followed. Among others, the conclusions include: the pilotis space should be planned as an interior for the future, as well as it should be open enough to secure the view from the surroundings.

앞으로는 전투기와 마찬가지로 한 나라가 독자적으로 신형 전차를 개발할 수 있을 것이라고는 생각하지 않는다. 아마 신형 전차를 한 나라가 독자적으로 만든 예는 Leclerc가 마지막일 것이다. 그러나 베를린 장벽의 붕괴 이후 간격은 전차의 판매에 영향을 미치고 있으며 최근까지 야심에 찬 계획을 가졌던 많은 국가들이 계획을 수정하거나 성능개량으로 전환하고 있다. 현세대 전차 구성품의 방향은 모듈(modular)화로써 보다 높은 성능을 제공하면서 점유 공간은 줄이는 효과를 가져오고 있다.

항만은 해륙교통의 요충지로서 그리고 국토의 균형적인 발전과 지역진흥의 기반으로서 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있지만 노후항만시설 및 쇠퇴공간에 대한 유지 및 보수가 효과적으로 이루어지지 않아 기능의 상실은 물론 재해와 우범화의 대상이 될 수 있다. 특히, 항만의 활성화를 위해 중요한 부분인 항만고유의 기능인 생산 및 물류의 지원과 아울러 소득수준 향상에 따른 풍부한 생활공간으로의 환경 친화적인 정비와 항만재개발이 필요하며, 미래지향적 종합항만공간으로의 기능전환이 이루어지고 있다. 국내 최초로 대규모 항만재개발이 추진되고 있는 부산북항재개발 사업에서도 항만도시의 경쟁력을 위해 국가차원에서의 경관계획을 반영하고 있으며, 해양도시 이미지 개선 및 가치향상을 위한 노력의 일환으로 고유의 자연, 역사, 문화적 자원과 함께 각종시설, 건축물, 상징물, 생태 녹지의 상황과 특성에 맞는 경관조성에 노력을 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산북항재개발 사업에 대한 경관색채계획 사례분석을 통해 경관조성방안에 대해 향후발전방향에 대한 기초자료로 활용 할 수 있으리라 판단된다.

우리나라 1인 가구는 대부분 다인가구로의 전환 이전에 잠시 거치는 거주형태로 인식되어 불안정한 상황이다. 그러나 오늘날 만혼, 비혼 등 결혼에 대한 인식 변화와 고령화 등의 영향으로 가족의 형태가 변화하고 있으며 이에 따라 거주형태도 다인가족 중심에서 1인 또는 2인 등 소단위로 분화되면서 다양해지고 있다. 하지만 다인 가구에 중심으로 형성된 기존의 주거시장에서는 이러한 급속도의 변화를 수용할 수 없어 여전히 소형 주거는 많은 불편함을 감수해야만 하는 열악한 실정이다. 본 연구는 현 사회현상에 주목하고 1인 가구를 위한 주거 계획 시 실내환경 측면에서 고려해야 할 사항들을 도출하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 선행연구들을 바탕으로 1인가구의 생활유형과 실내공간에서의 요구 사항들을 파악하기 위한 설문을 구성하였으며 실제 1인가구를 대상으로 설문조사 하였다. 결과, 현재 1인가구들이 거주하는 소형주거에서는 식사공간, 수납공간 등이 미비하여 공간 만족도가 매우 낮게 나타나는 등 무계획적 원룸형태 공급으로 인한 문제점을 확인 할 수 있었다. 따라서 단순히 숙식을 위한 물리적 공간 공급이 아니라 다양한 라이프스타일을 반영한 계획적 평면개발이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 또한 공간이라는 하드웨어와 1인 주거 간의 커뮤니티 활성화, 고령사회를 반영하여 다양한 연령대 1인 주거를 위한 사회화 프로그램 개발 등 소프트웨어 적 고려도 함께 이루어져야 할 것이다. 본 연구 결과는 물리적, 심리적 전환기에 있는 우리나라 주택시장의 새로운 요구에 대응할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용되어지길 기대한다.

This study aims to seek adequate and optimized method of applying high quality three-dimensional spatial data created via high-resolution digital aerial photograph image and aerial LiDAR data onto three-dimensional planning of environmentally friendly, ecological restoration of rivers in accordance with irrigation and flood control objectives of urban rivers. Through three-dimensional modeling of before and after the restoration, the research also offers basic information regarding restorations of rivers. Also the transition from the conventional two-dimensional planning into three-dimensional planning environment using smart spatial information acquire accuracy of river analysis, analyze possible civil complaints and suggest solutions to potential problems.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to propose a direction planning integrated waterfront cultural city in terms of urban economic revitalization through regeneration of former industrial harborfront and the creation of cultural living spaces based on regional history in order to pursue urban activities. Method: Analyzing planning waterfront and historical cultural space based on MM21's development policy and strategy under the growth process and development of Yokohama. Results: MM21 is the core public project out of the six major projects promoted by Yokohama, which is on the brink of satellite cities for the expansion of Tokyo with a goal of qualitative transformation of former harbor. It is planned to be developed as a creative cultural waterfront city for an integrated urban development. Conclusion: Planning waterfront cultural city, which takes advantage of the former harbor city derived through MM21 analysis, provides the cityscape towards the sea and the port via the viewing point and opens the waterfront open to the port and the sea Space and Esplanade landscape development, preservation of historic buildings and cultural assets, recycling as cultural art space, waterfront space planning that cooperates with public culture art and pedestrian network.

국가지리 정보체계 (NGiS: National Geographic information Systems) 기본계획 하에서 국가수치기본도가 완성되었음에도 불구하고 교통부문에 GIS의 활용이 미흡하다. 그 이유는 기존 교통관련 S/W가 교통GIS DB를 받아들일 수 없기 때문이다. 이러한 시점에서 본 연구에서는 NGIS에 기초한 교통GIS DB의 이용활성화의 일환으로 교통GIS DB와 기존 교통계획S/W와 상호 Interface할 수 있는 전환 모듈을 개발하였다. 구체적으로는 기존 GIS S/W를 활용하여 교통GIS DB와 기존 교통계획 S/W인 TRANPLAN간의 연계모듈을 개발하였다. 최종적으로는 개발한 연계모듈을 서울시 강남구, 서초구와 경기도 과천시, 용인시에 걸친 일대를 시범지역으로 적용해보았다.
