공기분리용 고분자 기체분리막

  • 기체분리용 고분자분리막은 1977 미국 Monsanto 사의 Prism 분리기가 성공적으로 상업화된 이래 분리막의 수요가 점차 확장되어 가고 있다. 기체 분리공정은 크게 저온 분리법 (Cryogenic process), PSA (pressure swing adsorption) 그리고 분리막법 등이 있다. 저온 분리법과 PSA법의 공정에 대한 설계 및 운전기술 등이 잘 발달되어 있으며 현재 널리 사용되고 있는 보편화된 기술인 반면, 분리막 기술은 상대적으로 새로운 기술이며 성공적으로 상업화된지 약 15년이 되었다. 분리막을 이용한 기체분리법은 다른 공정에 비하여 에너지소비가 적고 설비투자도 적게 필요한 장점이 있다. 특히 적은 양의 기체를 생산하는 데 경제적이며 장비가 가볍고 좁은 공간에서도 사용할 수 있다.

Commercial Cluster Characteristics in Residential District Focusing on Garosu Street (주거지내 상업화 발생영역에서 군집형성현상과 영향요인 연구 - 가로수길을 대상으로 -)

  • This paper analysis spatial correlation applying commercial activating factor and categories clusters among have homogeneity in garosu street which are rising commercial issue in residential district. Based on this research we can draw several implications. Firstly, Garosu street are forming unique space around fassion feature like clothes and food and Beverage stores are supporting main functions. secondly, in terms of utilization of semi-public space in individual buildings, main Street are using display goods and put product.Also restaurants and cafes are using public space as terrace seats. These results mean principal road emphasizes displaying and passing but inner road emphasizes taking a break and staying. Third, repetitive action between high rising vacancy and new building cause negative effects city decline and lossing identity. So residents and merchants should cooperate and make communities for sustainable district.

  • Recognizing the potential and importance of biotechnology in boosting South Korea in an environment of competitive neoliberal globalization, South Korea has actively promoted the development and commercialization of biotechnology and legislated related laws. This should not, however, be read as yet another instance of the neo-liberal 'marketization' of economic activities and the demise of nation-states. The development of biotechnology in South Korea - and its commercialization - is closely intertwined with the practice of the Korean developmental state, and this practice has led to the production of new state spaces: biotechnology clusters. This paper examines what the roles of the state in developing and nurturing biotechnology clusters are.

Hf 도핑에 따른 산화아연 기반의 박막 트랜지스터의 특성 평가

  • 최근 산화물 반도체 기반의 박막 트랜지스터에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며 이는 공간 점유와 시각적 제약을 해소하려는 시장의 요구에 의해 주도되고 있다. 특히, 2004년 Hosono 그룹에서 비정질 InGaZnO (IGZO) 박막을 이용한 TFT소자 제작을 발표하고 우수한 특성을 확인한 후 산화물 TFT 소자기술에 대한 전 세계적인 연구개발의 계기가 마련되었다. 그러나 다성분계 화합물로 이루어진 산화물 반도체의 경우 복잡한 성분 조합과 조절이 어렵고, 장비의 제약으로 인해 상업화에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 이성분계 물질인 산화아연의 경우 아직까지 상업화 이점이 남아있으며, 우수한 전기적 성질과 광학적 장점이 있기에 그 가능성은 더욱 커지고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 산화아연계 박막 트랜지스터의 경우 바이어스에 의해 동작전압이 이동하는 DC신뢰성의 문제점이 남아 있고, 이를 해결하기 위해 안정적인 절연막 또는 보호막을 도입하려는 연구가 많이 시도되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 산화아연기반의 박막 트랜지스터에 Hf이온을 도핑하여 DC 신뢰성을 향상시키는 연구를 진행하였다. Bottom gate 형식의 HfZnO TFT를 제작하였고 전이 특성을 살펴본 결과 Hf의 함량이 늘어날수록 이동도는 감소하는 경향이 나타났다. 또한 Hf의 미량 도핑에도 불구하고 산소결핍에 의한 결함 생성을 억제하여 DC신뢰성이 상당히 향상되었으며, 이는 특히 산화물 반도체와 절연막 사이의 결함을 억제하여 생긴 결과로 생각된다.

  • This study investigates how Korean Land Spatialization Group (KLSG) has controlled and managed its own R&D effectively and what particular elements have made it practical. Korean Land Spatialization Program (KLSP) has produced large amounts of practical outcomes for the intelligent land by collaborative 5 core research projects. The well-harmonized cooperations between proving ground, practical business model, and services oriented integration and others have driven the KLSG to an succeedable management. The active role for practicality is prominent with its usefulness and competitiveness. KLSP is financially and administratively supported from Ministry of Land Transport and Maritime Affairs of Korea (MLTM). By investigating relationships between 5 core research projects involved in the R&D projects of KLSG, it has been found out that R&D projects of KLSG bring forth practicality and commercialization. The results of this study presents strategies of KLSP in conducting research for practicality and commercialization of GIS technology and integrated geospatial information.

  • In this paper, we developed a new MSRDS(Microsoft Robotics Developer Studio) simulator for a quadruped pet robot with synchronization of virtual and real robots. By using this simulator, it is possible to reduce time and cost for gait and motion design and it will help for commercialization of service pet robots. In the research point of view, the simulator can be used to examine the model differences between the virtual and the real robots. Since this simulator implements the coordinated control of the virtual and real robots, it can be used as an internet game using two remote pet robots.

The Social and Economic Impact of the Urban Regeneration Project in Jeonju Hanok Village Area (전주 한옥마을의 도시재생사업이 지역변화에 미친 영향)

  • Recently, urban regeneration is being actively promoted in Korea and among those Jeonju Hanok Village is the major project which is the most consistently promoted. For this, visitors of Jeonju Hanok Village are skyrocketing. However, due to this condition, various problems are occurring, especially about commercialization. In this regard, this study is to suggest management of the Jeonju Hanok Village and new orientation in the policy, by analyzing physical, economic, and social status due to urban regeneration for Jeonju Hanok Village which has lost its identity and been commercialized. For this, the study analyzed changes in land usage and real transaction price, SNS data. Firstly, in the physical analysis, the study realized that there is commercialization going around the main streets of Jeonju Hanok Village. Due to the rapid commercialization, living spaces for locals are replaced to commercial spaces for tourists, and the emigration of locals is caused by economic/environmental damages with the degradation of housing environments. Secondly, in the economic analysis, there was no gap in real transactions among streets in 2010 but has shown a valid gap in 2016. The traffic of tourists is heavy and the real transaction prices of streets that are adjacent to major tourist sights rose the most. Rising real transaction prices are a positive phenomenon in the aspect of the city regeneration but it is concerned that they can be perceived as investment subjects. Thirdly, in the social analysis, tourists are using commercial aspects more than historical or cultural sites, and have lots of interest on those. However, because there are also lots of opinions about the commercialization of Hanok Village, we think the plans which can establish the identity of Hanok Village should be prepared. The study has its meaning on analyzing reality based on the land usage, real transaction, SNS data and suggesting political implications.

A study on the Effectivness of Hand-made Paraffin Thyroid Phantom (Paraffin을 이용한 Thyroid Phantom제작에 따른 유용성에 관한 연구)

  • Phantoms are very necessary for quality assurance of radio nuclides imaging systems to maintain standards and to ensure reproducibility of test. General quality assurance and instrument quality control are essential in every hospital. The human tissue equivalent materials are aluminum, areryl, water and epoxy..etc. It is very important to select optimum equivalant materials for a phantoms in QC. Especially, paraffin is very similar with human soft tissue in X or Gamma-ray physical characteristics and easy to buy with economically. We made a paraffin thyroid phantom and compare with thyroid areryl phantom, also used commercially in practice. Two small size cold spots(3 and 6 mm diameter) and a hot spot(3 mm diameter) embeded in paraffin phantom. And imaged with $^{99m}TcO_4$ by camera for analysis about spatial resolution and noise at the hot and cold spots. We got some results as below : 1. No difference in counting rate and noise between both arcryl and paraffin thyroid phantoms. 2. The best spatial resolution can be seen 6 cm distance between pinhole collimator and thyroid phantoms(arcryl and paraffin). 3. More optimal spatial resolution could acquired in paraffin thyroid phantom. Paraffin is very similar with human soft tissue in atomic number, density and relative absorbtion function, and can be shaped easily what we wanted. So we can recommendation paraffin as quality assurance phantom because its usefulness, economical benefit and purchasability.

Robust Face Recognition based on Gabor Feature Vector illumination PCA Model (가버 특징 벡터 조명 PCA 모델 기반 강인한 얼굴 인식)

  • Reliable face recognition under various illumination environments is essential for successful commercialization. Feature-based face recognition relies on a good choice of feature vectors. Gabor feature vectors are known to be more robust to variations of pose and illumination than any other feature vectors so that they are popularly adopted for face recognition. However, they are not completely independent of illuminations. In this paper, we propose an illumination-robust face recognition method based on the Gabor feature vector illumination PCA model. We first construct the Gabor feature vector illumination PCA model where Gator feature vector space is rendered to be decomposed into two orthogonal illumination subspace and face identity subspace. Since the Gabor feature vectors obtained by projection into the face identity subspace are separated from illumination, the face recognition utilizing them becomes more robust to illumination. Through experiments, it is shown that the proposed face recognition based on Gabor feature vector illumination PCA model performs more reliably under various illumination and Pose environments.

  • W These days, Ubiquitous is coming a more popular tool in mass communications and in advanced countries ubiquitous computing is commercialized. In Korea, we have studied the business models of the ubiquitous computing generation as well. Ubiquitous computing is the environment in which humans and computers coexist and properly work together. I would like to present a service infrastructure for a more efficient context-awareness than computing home networking system in this monograph. In the mean time, they have focused the context-awareness system on identifying users in the designated space and recognition. But I would like to focus on the middleware system structure for more efficient recognition.
