In this study, factors influencing the parking policy compliance (i.e. levying a garage option on car buyers) were identified, and then, were applied to the theory of planned behavior. To find out the influence of factors and their path, the study built a parking policy compliance model using structural equation modeling. The independent variables such as attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control had positive effects on the parameter describing the efforts to secure his garage, but the parameter impact on the dependent variable was not significant. In the end, the independent variables affected the dependent variable was not significant. The perceived behavioral control utilizing regulations had positive effects on the parking policy compliance behavior, but past behavior such as street parking and prowling to find a free parking space had a negative effect on parking policy compliance behavior.

At present, electronic commerce is relatively small, but it may crease on a large scale in the near future, the increasing use of electronic commerce over Internet raises question about issues in cyberspace, For that reason this study I identified several problems which currently represent an obstacle for the wider use of electronic commerce mechanisms over Internet and contemplated the international movements and Korea's response of electronic commerce on major issues, Eventually, in order to cope with Internet Round and ensure the stable growth of Electronic Commerce in Korea, the government needs to construct a predictable standards and Commercial environment, suitable to the both the situations of Electronic Commerce, for business conduct on the Internet.

한국 사회에서 동영상 컨텐츠와 UCC는 새로운 문화 현상으로 그리고 새로운 광고 도구로써 많은 기대를 받고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한국의 대표 동영상 컨텐츠 사이트인 아프리카 사용자들을 대상으로 하여, 사용 활동을 기준으로 사용자 유형을 구분하고, 각 유형별 주요 이용 특성을 탐색하고자 하였다. 동영상 이용 활동 및 동영상 컨텐츠 커뮤니티 활동에 있어서의 사회적 자본 특성 문항, 총 96문항을 도구로 하여, 총 39명의 동영상 컨텐츠 이용자 활동을 분석하였다. 분석결과 동영상 컨텐츠 이용자 행동은 '깍쟁이', '시청자', '휴머니스트'의 세가지 유형으로 구분되었다. 또한 이 세 유형은 사이버 공동체에서의 사회적 자본 특성으로 언급되는 유대감, 신뢰, 규범, 교환 및 호혜성, 혜택 등 다섯가지 사회적 자본 특성에서 서로 다른 특성을 보이는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 동영상 컨텐츠 사이트를 단순히 동영상 컨텐츠를 교환하거나 소비하는 공간이 아닌 새로운 사이버 공동체의 장으로 활용할 수 있는 단서를 제공했다는데 그 의의가 있다.

사이버 경제활동을 규율하는 법 규범은 현실세계에서의 경우보다 많은 한계점올 안고 있다. 본 연구는 사이버 경제활동에 적용되는 법제의 효과적인 정착을 위해 라이프 사이클 단축 및 생산성이라는 두 가지 문제의 측면에서 그 배경 및 문제점들을 거시적으로 검토 분석한 것이다. 이로써 한국경제시스템이 사이버 환경에 원활하게 적응할 수 있도록 일익을 주는 데에 연구목적을 둔다. 논의의 결과 각 경제주체들이 사이버 경제활동을 수행함에 있어서 신뢰성 제고 및 안전성 확보의 여부가 향후 사이버 경제활동을 견고히 할 법제 마련에 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 특히 법률이란 시대적 흐름이나 기술발전에 뒤떨어지는 것이 일반적 현실임을 고려하여, 상이한 법률환경을 가진 사이버 공간에 적합한 법제를 마련 정착함으로써 이익극대화를 도모해 나가야 할 것이다.

최근 1인 가상커뮤니티가 성숙화 단계에 들어서면서, 이에 대한 많은 연구들이 이루어지고 있다. 특히, 사이버 커뮤니티는 일반 사용자에게 고립감을 벗어나 사회적 관계(social network)를 맺을 수 있는 기능을 포괄적으로 확장시키고, 이용자들에게는 공동의 관심사와 관계 형성의 공간을 제공한다는 점에서 기존 오프라인 커뮤니티와 같은 역할을 한다고 할 수 있다. 더욱이 '카페' 나 '클럽' 중심의 키뮤니티에서 개인형 커뮤니티 추세로 급변하고 있는 최근에는 블로그 사용자가 급증함에 따라 다양한 초점에서 많은 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근 새로운 미디어로 각광받고 있는 개인형 커뮤니티인 블로그 사용자를 새로운 정보기술의 사용자로 파악하여 기술수용모형(TAM)을 기본모형으로 하여 선행연구로부터 도출된 개인특성 변수들에 대하여 실증분석 한다. 본 연구의 학문적 시사점은 기술수용모델이 블로그 사용 환경에서도 적용 가능한지를 검증한 것이고, 기술수용모델 이외의 요소인 주관적 규범, 인지된 즐거움 그리고 자기 유능감이 블로그 서비스 사용에 미치는 영향력을 알아본 점에서 의의가 있다.

대용량 고차원의 생물학 데이터가 매우 빠른 속도로 생산되는 현재, 단순히 고전적인 알고리즘들로는 풀 수 없는 문제들을 맞이하게 되었다. 이러한 문제들의 경우 시스템 생물학의 관점으로 다양한 생물 데이터의 융합을 통하여 접근할 경우 효율적으로 Computational Infeasibility(계산 불가능)를 해결함은 물론 그 해석 및 새로운 정보 획득에 매우 유리하다. 인간 DNA의 고차원 SNP 정보들의 군집화 및 질병 발현 패턴 분석은 그 조합의 수가 입력 데이터의 차원수에 따라 지수적(Exponentially)으로 증가하지만 PPI(단백질 상호작용) 네트워크 정보에 결합하여 필요한 중요부위를 선택적으로 이용할 경우 효율적으로 필요 SNP들의 선택 및 이로 인한 공간 축소가 가능하다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial structure of director Im Kwon-taek's film , which was released in 1997. The space of the film contains the character and characteristics of the characters, and allows us to understand the contemporary reality and external circumstances surrounding the characters. For this purpose, this study used Michel Foucault's concept of heterotopia. The concept of heterotopia defines the character of the era and provides implications for how capital, power, institutions and norms surrounding our lives are being visualized through space. Based on this understanding, this study first dealt with the theoretical considerations of Michel Foucault's concept of heterotopia and its meaning. And through this, we investigated the possibility that the space of the film can be defined as a heterotopia. Through the analysis of the film's dialogue, scenes, and editing, the space of the film was divided into a heterotopia of deviation, a heterotopia of resistance impossibility, and a heterotopia of boundaries. The meaning of the film obtained through this analysis is as follows. The woman in the film is passively represented and floating on the border of heterotopia. And the film represent history and memory at the same time, and presents a heterotopia as the arena of competition.

This study aims at exploring the restoration of local community based on apartment residential space through the questionnaire survey of residents and community movement organizers. Apartment residential space has a serious limit to the restoration of local community due to the physical feature of closing compartment. But, at the same time, it has many communal elements as well. The survey shows that residential community movements are developing beyond compensatory community movement, although it is yet to be an ideal type of local community in a nonnative sense. Generally, apartment women's associations, together with the representative commission of residents, play a key role in residential community movements. Particularly, community movement activities have a positive effect on improving the neighborhood relationship. Residents themselves think so as well. This study implies the value and possibility of apartment residential movement as an alternative strategy against contemporary urban problems.

The aim of this study was to verify differences in autonomic responses that are affected by the configurations of one-room type units using an electrocardiogram (ECG). Accordingly, 43 one-room units that were collected randomly were classified into ten different types of floor plan configurations mainly according to the location of the bathroom and kitchen. An ECG was subsequently measured for each plan type and the average ratio of the LF/HF (Power in low frequency range/Power in high frequency range) was calculated to measure the comfort level of each space. The results revealed a significant statistical difference between the average LF/HF ratio between the plan types (p < 0.05) and provided compelling evidence suggesting that the configuration of the plan may affect the quality of one-room space. This approach appears to be effective in counteracting stress that may exacerbate psychological disorders in single person households.

The theory of creative city can be seen as one that reflects a relationship between recent change of economic environment and socio-spatial reconstruction in the so-called 'cultural turn' to deindustrialization. This paper considers approaching methods to knowledge-based economy or cultural economy as a context of development of theory of creative city, and suggests types of conceptualization of creative city. Then it reviews creative perspectives which can be found in recent domestic and oversea research trends on creative city, especially relating its nature with neoliberalism. Finally this paper discusses critically the concept of creative class as a social constitution of creativity or creative economy, and that of creative city as its spatial constitution. The concept of creative class can be criticized in terms of ambiguity of the concept of class, class-biased and economy-privileged idea, market valorization of culture, individualization against community, normalization of flexible labor market, and uncertainty of economic success of creative city. The concept of creative city can be criticized in terms of limitation of interests to city, ignorance of national and global dimensions, decontextual normative vision, legitimation of neoliberal city, lack of proof of causality between creative class and economic success, polarization of within and between cities.
