일반적으로 보급되는 주택 내에서 장애인들은 불편하고 위험한 요소를 감수하며 살아가고 있는 것이 현실이다. 본 연구는 장애인 거주자의 생활방식에 따른 공간요소별 주택개조공사의 내용 및 빈도를 중심으로 문제점을 찾고 각 항목별로 전문가 설문조사를 통해 도출한 중요도와의 상관관계를 분석함으로써 공간별 장애물을 제시하여 주택개조에 필요한 기초자료를 제공함을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 지체장애인, 뇌병변장애인, 시각장애인을 대상으로 휠체어사용, 좌식생활, 단독보행, 클러치사용, 와상생활, 보조인동반보행 등 6개 생활방식으로 구분하여 주택 내 공간별 개조 공사의 빈도를 분석하였고, 공간적으로는 접근로, 현관, 복도, 거실, 침실의 5개 공간으로 한정하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 공사빈도율과 중요도가 높게 나타난 항목은 거주자의 선호도 뿐만 아니라 전문가의 중요도도 높은 것이므로 해당 항목들을 중심으로 우선적으로 주택개조를 고려하여야 할 것이다.

Kitchen space is one of the most dangerous places for the elderly. Modification of kitchen space for improving safety and independence for older residents is very important factor for aging -in-place. The purpose of this study wes to identify the current situation and modification of kitchen space by elderly-headed household. The sample included 108 respondents over the age 65 who consisted of elderly-couple or single person household with homeownership in Seoul. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. Based on the findings of the study, the present incidence and recognition of future need in kitchen modification were identified. Changes in kitchen space made tended to be nonstructural or relatively inexpensive items. In conclusion, this study suggests several ideas for improving current physical problems of kitchen space to support daily living of older residents.

The purpose of this study is to clarify topography interpretation and the space remodeling characteristic of the city by the feng shui thought. the result of the study is as follow. 1. remodeling of the city in the Phoenix thought to be involved in the background wants to overcome the difficult situation in the desire to confirm the implications could be. 2. Six cities have confirmed that the restructuring of urban space by the idea that Phoenix, paulownia, a common landscape elements such as bamboo forests, buildings and places, the egg of the phoenix in relation to landscape, such as Phoenix said that the building area as appropriate to the characteristics of their elements.

우리나라는 고령화 사회로 급속하게 진입함에 따라 휠체어 사용 교통약자는 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 그러나, 휠체어를 사용하는 교통약자가 고속버스를 이용하는 것은 거의 불가능하다. 따라서, 휠체어 사용자의 이동권 확보를 위한 고속버스의 개발이 필요하다. 이러한 휠체어 사용자를 위한 버스는 측면부에 휠체어 승객이 자유롭게 이동할 수 있는 전용 출입구, 휠체어 승객을 차실로 안전하게 이동시킬 수 있는 리프트 및 공간 활용성을 고려하여 휠체어 사용자가 탑승하지 않는 경우 일반 좌석으로 사용할 수 있는 가변 좌석의 개발이 필수적이다. 고속버스용 휠체어 전용 출입구의 개발은 기존 고속버스 차량에 대한 설계 변경, 개조 및 프레임 보강을 필요로 한다. 본 연구에서는 휠체어 사용자를 위한 승강구 시스템 개조부 설계와 유한 요소 모델을 이용한 구조 건전성을 평가하였다. 구조 해석을 통해 비틀림 강성 및 고유 모드 해석이 수행되었으며, 개조부 프레임에 대한 민감도 평가를 수행하고 개조부에 대한 최적화를 통해 경량화를 수행하였다. 휠체어 출입구 개조부에 대한 본 연구결과는 차량 개조 및 복지산업에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study is focused on the residential spaces that the elderly wish to renovate and their willingness to improve residential environment as they grow old. The analysis shows, first, the most inconvenient places as they grow old are the stairs, following by the toilet and the bath. Second, the place that the elderly most wish to renovate is the floor, upgrading floors with non-slippery materials. And they wish to remove the height differences on the floor to protect them from tripping over, upgrade the floor plan for their convenience and renovate the storage and working spaces at the kitchen and dining areas. The more the government supports the costs of the residential renovation service, the more the elderly are willing to use the renovation service. The factors influencing their willingness to residential renovation are health, residential environment, experience to accidents and their allowances. The elderly who experienced accidents inside their residence are more willing to renovate their house. Even though the elderly wish to renovate their houses, it's not carried out due to the financial difficulties and the lack of information. Thus, the government should share the useful information about residential renovation for the safety of the elderly and find a way to raise money to cover the costs of the renovation.
