This study examines changes in commercial space in Seoul from 1999 to 2016 by investigating operating periods of commercial businesses. This study finds that the characteristics of spatial changes in commercial districts are classified by the following two major points. First, the traditional CBD and Yeongdeung-po commercial districts show that both ages (survival duration) of operating commercial businesses and operating periods of market-exit businesses have changed to become longer than the average values of the two business types in Seoul. In contrast, the Gangnam and the Mapo commercial districts show that the operating periods of survived and closed commercial businesses have changed to become shorter over time. The difference suggests that survival-exit relations of businesses are closely related to the characteristics of each commercial district. In addition, this study shows that each commercial district has experienced dynamic changes in the intensity of commercial activities and the hierarchy of commercial space. Finally, this study indicates that public policies for commercial space should consider survival-exit dynamics of commercial activities in commercial districts.

욕실이라는 특수한 공간은 경제발전과 사회기반시설의 확충, 주거형태의 변화에 따른 생활양식의 변화에 따라 발전해왔다. 즉, 욕실은 그 자체가 별도로 존재하는 공간이라기 보다는 주거공간, 생활공간의 일부로써 발전해왔고, 따라서 이와함께 다루어야만 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 근미래의 욕실 디자인 트렌드를 예측하기 위해서 정치/경제, 사회/문화, 기술환경, 주거환경 등의 추세를 살펴보고, 이에 따른 욕실환경의 변화를 정리하였다. 그 결과, 근미래의 욕실 디자인 트렌드는 (1)주거공간에 완전히 편입된 밝고 건조한 실내휴식공간으로의 변화, (2)기술의 발전이 적극적으로 반영되어 부가기능이 설치된 편리한 공간, (3)건강을 위한 환경친화적 소재와 기능, (4)절제된 직선 위주의 미니멀한 디자인과 고급화, (5)다양성이 반영된 개성적 공간으로의 연출 등을 예측하게 되었다. 트렌드 예측은, 사회/문화 및 정치경제 현상을 폭넓게 반영하고 비교적 긴주기를 가지는 확실성만을 바탕으로한 결과를 내놓게 되므로 너무나 당연한 이야기들의 반복이 될수도 있을 것이라 사료된다. 그러나 이 트렌드 예측이 향후 새로운 욕실환경과 그에 적합한 욕실기기를 제안하는데 도움이 되는 기초연구가 활용할 수 있었으면 한다.

This paper aims to propose a policy for linking and utilizing spatial data for resilient spatial planning against disaster due to climate change by analyzing the current status of spatial data in the fields of urban planning, environmental planning and disaster prevention. To do so, spatial planning guidelines and the current status of utilizing spatial data in each field were identified by conducting a literature review and phone/face-to-face interviews with professionals and representatives of relevant institutions. As a result, the lists of spatial data were drawn up which can be utilized or linked with each other for developing an official spatial plan at a local government level. On the basis of these results, policy plans were proposed to link and utilize spatial data among urban planning, environmental planning and disaster prevention fields for climate change adaptation spatial planning.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅은 공간의 형상화, 공간변화 인식 고도화 및 증강현실 등의 기술을 통하여 가상의 공간에서 수행한 결과가 실시간으로 현실 세계에 반영되며 또한 현실 세계의 변화는 실시간으로 가상공간에 반영되는 제3공간을 만든다. 한편 관제시스템은 센서를 통하여 현장을 파악하고 제어할 수 있는 시스템으로서 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅이 제공하는 제3공간에 가장 근접한 시스템이지만 시스템의 폐쇄성 및 강결합도에 의해 사용자의 접근이 힘들며 협업, 복합관제, 하부인프라의 공유 등이 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 웹서비스, SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) 및 BPMS(Business Process Management System)에 기반을 둔 유비쿼터스 관제모델을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 황해 아산만 중앙천퇴(Surface Sediment)에서 최근 대규모 방조제 건설과 연안 준설로 인해 야기된 해저지형변화에 대한 연구이다. 이러한 해저지형변화는 해도상의 수심정보를 왜곡시킴으로써 국제항을 출입하는 대형선박의 안전항해에 위험요소로 작용할 수 있어, 안전한 항해수로 확보 및 해양사고 저감 대책 마련이 시급하다. 이러한 맥락에서 근본적인 중앙천퇴 지형변화의 원인, 해저지형변화의 양상을 파악하는 것이 이 연구의 일차적인 목적이다. 더 나아가 장 단기 해저지형변화 예측을 통해, 궁극적으로 항해 위험요소 저감 대책 및 정책 마련 시 과학적인 핵심기반기술을 제공하는 것이다. 결국 GIS 기반의 해저지형 공간 분석을 토대로 기존의 미시적인 데이터에 의거한 퇴적환경 연구결과를 객관화하고 정량적인 근거를 제시하는 도구로 활용할 것이다.

우리나라 주거양식의 근대화는 단순히 전통한옥에서 현대의 주택, 아파트로의 교체가 아니라 일련의 연속적인 변화과정 속에서 시대를 살아온 사람들의 생활양식과 문화를 담고 있다고 볼 수 있다. '주택이란 삶을 담는 그릇'이라는 표현에서 볼 수 있듯이 주택이란 거주자의 가치관을 포함한 주생활양식과의 대응 속에서 주거환경의 질적 향상이 이루어질 수 있다. 따라서 주거양식의 변화에 관한 연구 또한 이러한 삶과 문화에 대응하는 방향으로 이루어져야 바람직할 것이다. 이상의 배경 하에 과거 전통주택에서부터 근대화 이후의 여러 주택유형에 이르기까지 다양한 유형을 포함한 우리 나라 주택이 가지는 공간구조의 변천을 시대적으로 조망하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여, 전통사회의 양반주택, 도시형한옥, 표준주택, 일반단독주택, 작가주택, 아파트에 이르는 다양한 주택유형을 포함하여 총 104개의 주택평면을 대상으로 공간구조의 변화에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 다양한 주택유형들이 보여주는 공간구조와 그 통시적 변화를 객관적이고 계량적인 방법론을 이용하여 관찰하고자 공간구문론의 분석방법을 이용하여 주택형식에 따른 기능적 형상학을 뛰어넘는 사회학적 형태학의 관점에서 우리나라 주거의 변천과정을 고찰하고자 한다. 상기한 바와 같이 개개의 주택형식에 대한 고려보다는 시대적 상황과 배경을 설명해주는데 용이한 대상을 중심으로 전반적인 변화의 양상과 그러한 변화에 내재한 사회적 동인과 배경을 파악하고 이해하고자 하였다.

기후변화는 다양한 분야에서 다양한 형태로 영향을 미치고 있으며, 이에 대응하기 위해서는 그 영향을 평가하여 적절한 적응전략을 마련하는 것이 필요하다. 특히, 도시내에서 녹지의 확충과 수목식재는 많은 환경적 기능을 수행하면서 그 요구가 증대되고 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 기후변화에 따른 도시녹지 취약성 평가를 위한 평가지표를 마련하고, 이 평가지표를 바탕으로 GIS기반 공간정보를 형태, 규모면에서 통일한 후 공간 및 시공간모형기반의 평가과정을 통해 평가하였다.

공간 주파수 대역 변화로 대표되는 이심률(eccentricity)에 따른 시각 정보처리의 특성 변화는 많은 시각연구에서 보고된 바 있다. 그러나, 연구된 시자극들의 단순성에 의하여 이 특성의 인공시각 기술개발에의 활용에는 어려운 부분이 많았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 실생활에서 쉽게 접하는 얼굴영상을 이용하여 이심률에 따른 공간 주파수 대역 변화를 정량화 하였다. 이 결과는 최근 관심이 고조되고 있는 생물 시각체계의 인공시각 기술개발의 다양한 방면에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Climate change has influenced on various sectors including ecosystem, water resource, natural hazards and health and so on. Thus, it is essential to more accurately assess climate change impact and prepare adaptation strategy. However, it is difficult to assess for climate change impact on various sectors with integrated form due to various data format by sectors. In this study, we prepared criteria and indicators for assessing climate change impact and integrated GIS based data which in correspond to indicators based on spatio-temporal information using GIS. Finally we suggest a guideline to assess vulnerability of each sectors to climate change based on integrated spatio-temporal information.
