골판지포장 물류지 2010. 3 4월호에서 "최근 골판지포장업계 경영환경과 대책"을 주제로 골판지 포장산업에서의 원료부족 원인분석과 그에 따른 문제를 해결하기 위해 긴급한 제언을 하였다. 최근 들어 원자재의 부족현상은 갈수록 심화되어 가고 있고 이로 인해 겪고 있는 중소기업의 고통을 분담하자는 차원에서 대기업 등 원사업자에게 원자재가 인상에 따른 납품단가 인상을 요구하였으나 거래단절, 장기계약 등으로 일부대기업자들은 인상을 거부하면서 대-중소기업간 갈등이 고조되고 있다. 이런 취지에서 작금의 현실을 뒤돌아보고 납품단가 인상을 촉구할 수밖에 없는 경영환경을 요약분석하고 그에 대한 대책방을 알아보고자 한다.

농수산물유통공사는 농산물센터 등 10개 업체를 대상으로 수출농산물의 골판지상자 및 파렛트 등에 대하여 포장개선시범사업을 시행, 올 11월말까지 시행기간을 만료하고, 12월 5일까지 수출업체로부터 사업추진 결과보고 및 증빙서류를 제출받아 각 업체별로 포장개선시범사업비를 정산할 예정에 있다. 아울러 골판지포장조합의 품질검사 및 사후관리를 통해 수출농산물포장에 대한 품질강화를 통한 국내 수출 농산물의 상품성 제고를 지원하고 있다.

Weight loss of cucumber packed with corrugated paperboard box after 7 days storage at 20oC was 4.9%, and those of 20LD, 40LD film and EPS box were 0.8, 0.7, and 0.8%. Total ascorbic acid content of EPS was 15% higher than that of control. Hardness of EPS was also similar trend. Chlorophil content of cucumber packed with EPS box was 21% higher than that of control. Decay of control was 1-2 pieces per box, but the others was not found. Overall appearence of LD, EPS was better than that of control.

This study was measured weight loss, total ascorbic acid, titratable acidity, and soluble solids content and overall appearances to investigate the effect of FC(corrugated fiberboard box laminated with functional MA film)box, LDPE film, CE(functional MA film)pouches and double wall corrugated fiberboard box during storage at $20^{\circ}C$. Weight loss of tomato packed with control, LDPE, CE and FC box at $25^{\circ}C$ after 7 days were 5.3%, 1.5%, 1.3%, and 1.5%, respectively. Weight loss of control was 3.8% higher than that of FC box. Total ascorbic acid content(TAA) of tomato after 7. days, control was 6.89 mg%, LDPE was 8.62 and CE was 8.53mg%, FC was 8.42mg%. TAA of LDPE, CE and FC was higher than that of control. Titratable acidity of tomato packed with LDPE, FC and CE was higher than that of control. Overall appearances of tomato packed with LDPE, CE and FC was better than that of control. Functional MA film laminated in corrugated paperboard box(FC) showed to be able to used as a packaging box of tomato.
