This study explored the effectiveness of virtual reality education interventions for nursing students in adult nursing practicum. This systematic review extracted intervention methods, research topics, outcome variables, and evidence synthesis of effectiveness. Seven studies were extracted from the databases of PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, and RISS. This study showed effects on knowledge, performance, attitude, critical thinking, self-efficacy, information assessment ability, problem-solving ability, self-confidence, and efficiency of nursing students. Therefore, virtual reality educational intervention contribute to enhance the competencies in adult nursing practicum.

연구목적: 고혈압환자의 효과적인 자가관리 간호중재를 개발하는데 필요한 기초자료로 혈압자가측정(self-monitoring of blood pressure)에 대한 특성, 장점, 범위 및 제한점을 파악한다. 연구방법: 1996년부터 2005년까지 PubMed에 수록된 고혈압환자의 자가관리 방법중 혈압자가측정방법이 포함된 외국의 연구를 중심으로 체계적인 고찰을 실시하였다. 전체 69개 자가관리방법을 적용한 논문 중에서 혈압자가측정이나 가정에서의 혈압측정(home monitoring)에 대한 45개 논문을 선정하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 전반적으로 혈압자가측정 방법은 고혈압환자의 혈압조절을 향상시키는 효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 환자가 혈압을 자가측정한 방법에서 평균 혈압, 수축기 혈압, 맥압이 유의하게 감소한 것으로 보고되었다. 장기적 프로그램에서 혈압조절율이 향상되거나, 이완기혈압의 감소효과도 보고되었다. 혈압자가측정의 기준치는 연구마다 일치하지는 않았지만 135/85mmHg 수준이 정상혈압의 상한수준으로 제시되었다. 일부 연구에서는 가정 내 혈압측정이 24시간혈압측정을 대체하는 방법으로 추천되었다. 보다 정확한 혈압자가측정을 위해서 신뢰성 있는 혈압측정기구의 사용과 정확한 측정방법이 환자들에게 교육될 필요가 있다. 결론: 혈압자가측정은 고혈압환자의 혈압조절에 유용한 방법으로 고찰되었다. 또한 고혈압의 진단, 혈압치료와 고혈압 약물복용 행위를 향상시키는 교육적 효과도 긍정적으로 나타났다. 따라서 고혈압환자를 위한 효과적인 자기조절프로그램에 혈압자가측정법을 포함하는 것이 추천되며, 추후 한국에서 시도된 관련 연구에 관한 문헌고찰의 비교연구가 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to review meditation programs for stress relief of Korean nurses. Whittmore and Knafl's integrative review methods were used. The search yielded 97 articles, 7 of which met the criteria and were included in the review. One of the selected studies was a randomized controlled quasi-experimental design and six were a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design. Meditation programs varied from 5 to 8 sessions. All of the meditation programs measured the effect on stress as various meditation programs. However, there was one study confirming the degree of stress management maintenance after the end of the meditation program. Although there are contents to strengthen the practice and will of nurses, it was confirmed that it was difficult to evaluate sincerity. Therefore, a highly accessible program for nurses in various clinical situations and strategies to strengthen participants' practice and will needs to be included in the meditation program content.

본 연구에서는 연구테마의 창출과정을 하나의 연구프로세스로 보아 이를 업무체계화하고자 한다. 따라서 연구테마의 사업화 성공률을 극대화하기 위해서는 R&D활동의 객체적 관점에서의 창조활동과 정을 시스템적 관점에서 다루어야만 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 관점에서 접근한 기존연구들에 대해 고찰한 후, 이 연구가 안고있는 문제점을 도출함과 아울러, 이에 근거하여 연구테마의 효과적인 창출을 위한 모형구축의 새로운 설계방향을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 생산전략 가운데 제조전략을 중심으로, 주로 전략의 내용연구 문헌을 고찰하고, 생산전략 연구의 새로운 방향을 제시하였다. 생산전략 연구를 재검토 하기에 앞서, 먼저 경쟁전략을 개관하여 전략연구에서 생산전략이 가지는 의미와, 전략연구의 축적된 내용이 어떻게 생산전략에 활용될 수 있는가를 살펴보았다. 생산전략에 대해서는 그 정의, 경쟁차원, 전략적 의사결정 영역, "본원적 생산전략" 및 성과변수에 대한 그간의 연구를 정리, 재검토하였다. 그리고 이러한 문헌의 고찰을 통해 생산 전략 연구의 문제점과 향후 방향을 제시하였다.방향을 제시하였다.

The objectives of this study is to Systematic literature review of internationalization of SMEs. Due to the economic characteristics of Korea, which depends on economic growth by exports, internationalization has become an essential management activity, not an option for SMEs. As a result, more than 400 studies related to the overseas expansion and internationalization of SMEs have been published in the past 20 years, focusing on major academic journals (such as KCI). Accordingly, the research trends used as advance research in internationalization research were analyzed of SMEs. Research targets were defined as the internationalization of SMEs and searched through 'RISS' (Research Information Sharing Service) as 'internationalization', 'global ', 'export', 'overseas expansion' and 'theory'. The analysis was carried out using a Systematic literature review. It was selected as the 76 studies and According to international research subjects and characteristics, the four areas of internationalization motive, process, outcomes, and support were analyzed. The results of the study confirmed that the most active research is focused on internationalization outcomes. This study could provide a support and the parties concerned in the ecosystem of SMEs in Korea with implications for the SMEs overseas market.

XML이 인터넷상에서 비즈니스 데이터 교환과 저장의 표준으로 자리 잡아감에 파라 많은 데이터베이스 연구자들이 XML과 관계형 보델 간의 스키마 변환 방법에 관한 연구를 수행하게 되었다. 지금까지 두 모델간의 변환 방법이 국내외에서 발표되고 있으나 이들 연구들에 대한 비교 및 고찰에 대한 체계적인 연구가 부족하였다. 본 논문에서는 XML과 관계형 모델간의 스키마 변환 방법에 관한 국내외 연구들을 분류 정리하여 비교 고찰함으로서 향후 XML 스키마와 관계형 데이터베이스간의 데이터교환 및 저장에 관한 연구의 사전(事前) 연구가 되도록 하였다.

동맥에 대한 기계 역학적인 연구역사는 30년에 이르고 있다. 그 연구 성과로 말미암아 동맥의 물성 파악, 동맥의 인조화, 동맥의 의학적인 시술에 대한 공학적인 평가 분석 및 제안, 동맥의 생리학적인 현상에 대한 이해 보강, 병리 현상의 공학적인 분석 및 예고, 공학적인 현상과 조직학적인 현상에 대한 연관성 파악 및 응용등, 많은 공헌을 하고 있다. 동맥에 대한 공학적인 연구학문을 동맥역학(Arterial Mechanics)이라 한다. 동맥역학의 궁극적 분석겨로가는 동맥에 대한 물성과 혈압으로 인한 변형율과 응력에 관한 것이다. 동맥의 물성 파악은 혈류와 Mass Transport의 효과로 인한 동맥의 질병양태에 대한 해석을 돕고 있다. 또한 동맥의 병리현상과 생리현상을 이해하는 데에 변형율과 응력 분포도가 중요한 요소로 역할을 하고 있다. 동맥의 연구 방법론적 고찰의 내용은 실험이나 데이터 분석방법이 비슷하기 때문에 동맥 외의 인체의 soft tissue(피부, 심장, 근육, 눈등)에 대한 연구고찰이라고도 할 수 있다. 본 논문은 현재까지 진행된 주요한 연구를 고찰하고 동맥 역학에 대한 관심과 인식을 고취시키는 데에 그 목적이 있다.

In this paper, we study to two research direction about information security in ubiquitous computing environment. First, researches on context-aware access control using user's context or environment conditions based on role-based control. Second, researches on model for access control about context information in ubiquitous computing utilizing role base access control model. Two research directions are the one of the most important point technology in that embody ubiquitous environment in the actual world.

본 번역문은 일본 방위청 기술연구본부 기술개발관 및 연구소장을 역임하고 현재 일본 동해대학교수로 재직중인 Takashi Kunimoto(국본 ) 박사가 항공기와 유도무리분야를 중심으로 한 연구개발에 관하여 고찰한 것을 옮긴 것이다. 본 내용은 연구개발의 의의와 중요성, 연구개발에 있어서의 중요사항, 연구개발의 대상항목 및 실시요령, 개발에 있어서 고려해야 할 사항의 순서로 언급되어 있는 데 무기체계의 연구개발에 대한 전바적인 개념을 정립하는데 도움이 될 것으로 생각하여 옮겼다.
