  • K-EMS(한국형에너지관리시스템)용 상정고장해석(Contingency Analysis) 프로그램에 대해 설명한다. 상정고장해석 프로그램은 가상의 고장에 따른 계통의 상태변화 판정 기능과 심각한 상정고장 목록을 선별하는 기능, 그리고 선별된 고장목록의 완전해석 기능으로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 그간의 연구에서 개발된 고장에 따른 계통의 상태변화를 판정하는 방법을 설명하며, 그러한 방법에 적용한 사례연구결과와 개발 프로그램의 성능을 기술한다.

  • 경제성장과 인구증가에 따른 전력수요의 증가는 특고압 배전계통선로 건설의 필요성을 증대시키고 있으며, 환경 개선을 원하는 고객의 요구에 따라 배전계통의 지중화율은 향후 지속적으로 증가할 것으로 보인다. 80년대에 시설된 지중배전케이블은 20년간의 장기 사용으로 인하여 열화에 의한 고장이 증가하고 있는 상태이다. 그러나 사용환경이 양호한 곳의 케이블은 여전히 정상 성능을 보이는 경우도 많이 있다. 따라서 사용기간에 따라 일괄적으로 케이블 교체하는 것은 경제적이지 못하며, 사용 기간에 따라 교체하더라도 초기에 고장률이 높은 경우가 있기 때문에 케이블의 교체만으로 고장을 방지하는 효과가 최대로 나타나기는 어렵다. 따라서 열화가 많이 진행되어 고장 발생 확률이 높은 케이블을 선별하여 교체하는 것이 고장확률을 줄이고 경제적이다.

  • Wire harness is a component for efficient control when electronic parts are required such as construction machinery and electric vehicles. With emerging issues such as autonomous driving and automation in construction, a wire harness composed of multiple cables has become an essential part because more electronic parts are required. However, when a wire harness failure occurs, systems can be stopped, accidents can occur, and economic damage can be significant. Therefore, in this paper, we developed a digital fault screening system that could easily and quickly diagnose faults in the wire harness. The principle of the developed system was to sequentially send pulse signals to the wire harness and use returned signals to perform fault detection. As a result of diagnosing faults using the developed failure detection system, a detection accuracy of 99.9 % was confirmed through the experiments.

  • Core is the main component of inductor. This core should be classified into around 10 classes according to the value of inductance and Q. The coil should be winded with the outer-boundary of this core by different number of turns. Theses kind of precise inductors would be required in the future environment which PCs and communication devices demand more high speed and lower voltage level. It would be quite unefficient that only one core is classified once a time. There, it will be developed so that 10 cores are classified simultaneously. For the operation of classifying 10 cores once in a time, suppose 10 test instruments could be used. In this case, it would take much cost since a test instrument Is expensive. So, by using only one test instrument, it is really more desirable that this system is developed. Each core classified by 10 different classes is to be stored into the corresponding box through the corresponding rubber hose. 10 cores are passed on a serial line and are placed on each testing slot. Here, each core located at each slot is tested, and then the bowl located on the top of a step motor is moved into the corresponding spot by rotating step motor with some angles. Each bowl connected with the corresponding box through rubber hose. Actually 100 hoses are connected, 10 step motors are rotated at 10 different angles, so the size is really so big, the shape of connecting 100 hoses is so complicated. Therefore it is anticipated that the system would be going to be easily out of ordered. In this paper the main purpose is to make several suggestions to be able to work well in these kinds of being affected by the abnormal operation of motors and the flow of cores.

A Study of Life about Naturally Aged Nitrocellulose by Storage (자연 노화된 니트로셀룰로오스의 수명에 관한 연구)

  • During the safety inspection of nitrocellulose-made explosive containers stored for more than 10 years, cracks were found in the containers. Therefore, a failure cause analysis test was performed. First, the cause of failure through the failure tree analysis was conducted to select the factors that influenced failure. The changes in the properties of the container caused by the acceleration of the reaction were found to be the cause of the failure by confirming the influence on the environment and internal/external factors that may occur during storage. To confirm this, environmental tests, such as thermal shock test and vacuum thermal stability test, were performed using a naturally aged container to analyze the cause of failure, and an accelerated aging test was performed to reproduce the failure. Through this, the chemical reaction was accelerated by heat and charge, as in the result of the fault tree analysis, and it was confirmed that the physical properties of the container were changed. In addition, the service life of the container was estimated using the Arrhenius model for the storage life due to thermal aging.

  • In this paper, we implement monitoring system for grain sorting using a high-speed FPGA and embedded LINUX. The proposed system is designed by base on web server and web-based applications while existing system was designed by base on stand-alone mode.The interface the Web server with high speed hardware of FPGA is designed on the implemented monitoring system. The proposed system has the advantages of multi-tasking on Linux web server and real-time high speed on FPGA also. The control logic of a high speed rate line-scan CCD camera, the method of center of gravity, HSL decoding and the interface on the Web server are implemented in FPGA. The implemented monitoring system has the advantage of being able to control the grain monitoring, system failure and recovery remotely by web application. As a result, we can upgrade the performance of sorting quality compared by existing system.

  • 베어링은 각종 설비에서 활용하는 중요한 기계요소 중 하나이다. 설비고장의 상당수는 베어링의 결함이나 파손에 기인하고 있다. 따라서 베어링에 대한 온라인모니터링기술은 설비의 정지를 예방하고 손실을 줄이는 데 필수적이다. 본 논문은 진동신호를 이용하여 베어링의 상태를 예측하기 위한 온라인모니터링에 대해 연구한다. 프로파일로 주어지는 진동신호는 이산웨이블릿변환을 통해 분석되고, 분해수준별 웨이블릿계수로부터 얻은 통계적 특징 중 유의한 것을 선별하고자 분산분석 (ANOVA)을 이용한다. 선별된 특징벡터는 Support Vector Machine (SVM)의 입력이 되는 데, 본 논문에서는 다중클래스 분류문제를 다루기 위한 계층적 SVM 네트워크를 제안한다.

  • The research which sees currently inspects the damage of the street lamp circuit which is used selectively the diode for developed. Street lamp diagnosis is developed will grasp the lighting presence of LED indication systems and will be able to inspect selectively. The case where the street lamp will not light, will be able to indicate with the relationship of LED putting out lights where the breakdown should have occurred in which part. Circuit produced PCB borads and the system will be able to confirm the breakdown point location of street lamp individual grade developed.

  • This study deals with developing and operating Reliability Analysis & Evaluation System for aircraft parts by analyzing ROKAF's AMMIS and phase inspection data for optimal inspection frequency. We suggest operating model with improving and adjusting inspection cycle by analyzing failure time data and tendency of crack with RELEX and Minitab software.

  • FMEA(Failure Mode and Effects) is a procedure for the analysis of a system to identify the potential failure modes, and their effects and causes to reduce or mitigate the critical effects of the system. Recently, FMEA is used in various industries and it is specialized in each industry. For instance, MIL-1629a in Military industry, SAE-J1739 in Automotive industry and other industry are using specialized FMEA method. Though Railroad industry requires the high reliability system, it does not have the FMEA method which is specialized to them. So in this paper, we examined the MIL-1629a, SAE-J1739, IEC-60812 and compared those standards. Furthermore, we propose the FMEA method that is specialized to the railroad system.
