  • 수중함 전력시스템(UVPS: Underwater Vehicle Power System)은 함 내에 모든 부하들의 전력 공급을 담당하는 시스템으로서 전력 계통의 안정적인 운영을 위하여 수중함 전력시스템의 신뢰성 확보는 매우 중요한 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 기본형태의 수중함 전력시스템과 장비 여유율을 고려한 수중함 전력시스템의 전기 계통 구성을 비교하고 이에 따른 고장나무 분석을 실시하여 장비 여유율을 고려한 수중함 전력시스템의 신뢰성 향상을 확인한다.

Vibration Data Denoising and Performance Comparison Using Denoising Auto Encoder Method (Denoising Auto Encoder 기법을 활용한 진동 데이터 전처리 및 성능비교)

  • Vibration data of mechanical equipment inevitably have noise. This noise adversely af ects the maintenance of mechanical equipment. Accordingly, the performance of a learning model depends on how effectively the noise of the data is removed. In this study, the noise of the data was removed using the Denoising Auto Encoder (DAE) technique which does not include the characteristic extraction process in preprocessing time series data. In addition, the performance was compared with that of the Wavelet Transform, which is widely used for machine signal processing. The performance comparison was conducted by calculating the failure detection rate. For a more accurate comparison, a classification performance evaluation criterion, the F-1 Score, was calculated. Failure data were detected using the One-Class SVM technique. The performance comparison, revealed that the DAE technique performed better than the Wavelet Transform technique in terms of failure diagnosis and error rate.

  • 생산라인에서 시스템의 생산율을 높이기 위해서는 각 Stage에 새로운 기계를 추가하거나, 버퍼를 설치할 수 있다. 새로운 기계를 추가하게 되면, 그 Stage의 생산속도를 증가시켜 전체 시스템의 생산율을 높일 수 있고, 버퍼를 설치하게 되면 Starvation과 Blocking을 줄여 생산율을 높일 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 각 Stage에서 고장과 수리가 확률적으로 발생하는 여러 대의 기계가 있고, 유한한 용량의 버퍼가 있을 때, 전체 시스템의 생산율을 구하는 방법을 제안한다.

Path Delay Testing for Micropipeline Circuits (마이크로파이프라인 회로를 위한 지연 고장 테스트)

  • The timings of all computational elements in the micropipeline circuits are important. The previous researches on path delay testing using scan methods make little account of the characteristic of the path delay tests that the second test pattern must be more controllable. In this paper, a new scan latch is proposed which is suitable to path delay testing of the micropipelines and has small area overhead. Results show that path delay faults in the micropipeline circuits using the new scan are testable robustly and the fault coverage is higher than the previous researches. In addition, the new scan latch for path delay faults testing in the micropipeline circuits can be easily expanded to the applications such as BIST for stuck-at faults.

  • This paper presents effective test patterns and their BIST implementations for SoC and Board interconnects. Initially '6n'algorithm, where 'n' is the total number of interconnect nets, is introduced to completely detect and diagnose both static and crosstalk faults. Then, more economic 4n+1 algorithm is described to perfectly capture the crosstalk faults for the interconnect nets separated within a certain distance. It will be shown that both algorithms can be easily implemented as interconnect BIST hardwares with small area penalty than conventional LFSR.

  • Reliability engineering is regarded as the major and important roll for all industry. And advanced manufacturing systems with high speed and intelligent have been developing for the betterment of machining ability. In this study, we have systemized evaluation of reliability for machinery system. We proposed the reliability assessment and design review method using analyzing critical units of high speed and intelligent machine system. In addition, we have not only designed and developed test bed system for acquiring reliability data, but also apply QFD technique for satisfying quality function which is provided in design phase. From this study, we will expect to guide and introduce the reliability engineering in developing and processing phase of high quality product.

In this study, we have systemized evaluation of reliability for machinery system. We proposed the reliability assessment and designed and manufactured reliability test-bed to evaluate reliability. In addition we acquired reliability data using test-bed system and made database to handle reliability data. And also we not only use reliability data by analyzing reliability, but also apply design review method using analyzing critical units of machinery system. Form this study, we will expect to guide and increase the reliability engineering in developing and processing phase of high quality product.

  • 본 논문에서는 경량전철시스템 기술개발사업에서 개발하고자하는 차량시스템, 신호제어시스템, 전력공급시스템 및 선로구축불의 목표신뢰도를 정의하였다. 이 목표신뢰도의 배분은 국내지하철의 고장유형 및 철도분야에 축적되어있는 고장율을 바탕으로 작성되었다. 특히, 차량시스템분야는 보다 자세히 목표신뢰도를 배분하였다. 이러한 목표신뢰도 배분을 통하여 경량전철 시스템의 각 개발단계마다 이루어지는 개발활동(설계, 제작 및 구매)의 검증을 수행하여야 신뢰성을 확보한 경량전철시스템개발이라는 궁극적인 목적을 달성할 수 있다. 목표신뢰도 배분에 맞추어 경량전철시스템개발동안 제동장치, 추진장치, 출입문장치, 제어장치 등 고장시 열차의 운행을 정지시킬 수 있는 구성품에 대한 신뢰도를 모델링하여 신뢰도 예측 및 분석하고 이에 맞추어 설계검증 및 보안을 한다. 또한 경량전철시스템의 시험선로에서의 주행시험을 통하여 국내 경량전철시스템에 적합한 신뢰도 기준을 마련하고자 한다.

  • This paper describes the applicable method of part stress analysis failure rate prediction for electronic components in the MIL-HDBK-217D. The part stress analysis method requires the great amount of detailed informations, such as operating temperature, operating environment, etc. This paper calculates the failure rate of electronic components using the computer program. The program was written by Fortran V and has four basic units as follows (1) Raw data file (2) Failure rate calculation (3) Reliability modelling(Series only) (4) New data file The Functions and structure of the program are illustrated.
