최근 2년 동안 사상 초유의 국제유가 상승 등으로 경제여건이 어려운 시기에 우리 모두의 작은 관심과 실천이 가정에서는 가계 지출을, 기업에서는 경상비를 줄이는 동시에 전기재해를 예방 하고, 고유가시대에 석유를 수입하기 위한 달러를 절약하여 국가 경제에 힘을 보탤 수 있는 아주 쉬운 방법이 있다. 너무나 간단하다. 일반 가정이나 사무실에서 가장 많이 사용하는 TV나 컴퓨터 등 대부분의 전기$\cdot$전자제품은 원격조정의 편리함을 위해 대상 기기를 `항상 깨어있는 상태`로 유지 시켜야 하는데 전기$\cdot$전자기기들이 실제 작동하지도 않으면서 명령을 기다리며 소모하는 대기전력이 소비자가 생각하는 소모량보다 수십 배 정도로 훨씬 많기 때문이다.

This research analyzes the characteristics of Chinese tragic films with Chinese traditional ethical ideology as the core, analyzes its specific performance in the plot and ending setting of the film , and analyzes the director's tragic narrative strategy of cultural reconciliation in the face of political environment to understand the characteristics of Chinese contemporary tragic films.The film is a Chinese contemporary tragic film with The Great Cultural Revolution as its historical background. This film is a representative film of Chinese contemporary tragic films. The classic plot has played a certain role in the expression of Chinese traditional ethical ideology such as fatalism and optimistic attitude to life. The male lead's thought changes interpret the Chinese-style tragedy characteristics containing Chinese traditional ethical ideology. In the setting of the ending, the film broke through the "happy ending" model of Chinese traditional tragedies, and chose the open ending of "one tragedy to the end", further showing the time feature of Chinese contemporary tragic film. The euphemism and tenderness of the film as a tragic film is not only due to the compromise with the political culture of power, but also the result of the director's in-depth understanding of the aesthetics of Chinese tragedy. Through the use of symbolic signs in the film language, it has formed the implicit characteristics of the film narrative in the tragic aesthetic experience. In this paper, the author conducts text analysis for the film and discusses presentation of Director Yimou Zhang's tragic feelings and using the tragic narrative strategy of cultural reconciliation to show his creative wisdom in pursuing artistic breakthroughs under political pressure.

Recently many devices print electronic images in a variety of ways. The reproduced color, however, is different from the original color because of the difference of hardware characteristics. To maintain device independent color, gamut mapping method is proposed. The proposed color gamut mapping uses nonlinear intensity mapping and clipping for saturation mapping on HSI color space. In the dithering operation, expanded nonlinear ordered dithering and modified error diffusion are proposed. The proposed ordered dithering uses expanded nonlinear quantization which considers overlapping phenomena of neighbored printing dots. In the modified error diffusion, quantization errors to be diffused are adjusted to improve both image blur and color change produced in the error diffusion. So, the printed image is similar to the image of monitor. Our results indicate that proposed algorithm can produce high quality image in the low bit color devices.

1. Purpose : The correct constitutional diagnosis and the accurate prescription are very important in clinical application of Sasang Constitutional Medicine. Lee Je-ma emphasized that symptom is the best clue to diagnose constitution in "DongYi Suse Bowon". After research the characteristics of each constitution's symptoms and the backgrounds of constitutional prescriptions, this paper is to know the correct clinical application of Sasang Constitutional Medicine. 2. Method : Through the clinical applications of "DongYi Soose Bowon" and "Dongyi Sasang Sinpeun", the characteristics of constitutional symptoms and the application of prescription were researched 3. Results & Conclusions 1) The symptoms of Sasang Constitutional Medicine were came from the Hyung-Sang Medicine(形象醫學) which were important to mind-body equally and from the summarizing spirit of four Qi such as Warm-Hot-Cool-Cold(溫熱凉寒) 2) The symptoms of Soeumin and Soyangin are the Cold-Hot symptoms of ingestive food(水穀) and the treatment of symptoms is to control the ascent-descent of up and down. The symptoms of Taeumin and Taeyangin are the Warm-Cool symptoms of Qi-Yack(氣液) and the treatment of symptom is to control the unfasten-fasten of interior and exterior. 3) The symptoms of Taeyangin are 'Weak Lower part and Firm Upper part symptom'(下虛上實病證) and 'Blood and Yack Exhasted Symptom'(血液俱耗病證), the symptoms of Soeumin are 'Fall Down Symptom'(下陷病證) and Stomach Cold Symptom(胃寒病證), the symptoms of taeumin is 'Dryness Fever Symptom'(燥熱病證) and 'Interior Fever Symptom'(燥熱病證), the symptoms of Soyangin is 'Fire Fever Symptom'(火熱病證) and 'Interior Fever Symptom'(燥熱病證). 4) The characteristics of sasang constitutional symptoms are the exterior-interior symptoms classified with nature-emotion and cool-hot, the inclusive control of exterior-interior symptoms with healthy energy, and the classification of ingestive food symptoms and Qi-Yack symptoms. 5) The characteristics to treat symptoms are the classification of seriousness and obedience, the use herbs according to each constitutions, and inclusive symptoms control.

The traditional laws of Korea have undergone various stages of development over time. This includes the voluntary standards of the clean society. Korea's traditional legal systems, ranging from those of the Goryeo(高麗) to those of the Republic of Korea, have taken Confucian Phiosophy as their major ideological bases. At the center of these Confucian ideals, particularly in regards to pre-Qin Confucian Philosophy(先秦儒家思想) from where these ideals originated, lie the core ideals which emphasize the responsibility of each individual regardless of the social status(正名), the needs for a democracy in which people are empower and guide the state(民本), the importance of reigning with benevolence, moral excellence, and rite (仁義), and the differential love centered on kinship and humanity(親親愛人). These were the ideas as set forth by Confucius(孔子), Mencius(孟子) and Xun Zi(荀子). The current laws of Korea, especially in regards to the Constitution and the Civil and Criminal Laws, include a number of provisions that contain the Confucian Ideas of Law. The Constitution, in particular, which is also supported by the judgement of the Constitution Court, reflects several core Confucian ideals including filial duty (孝) and respect for ascendants and the traditional culture. The Court also suggested the two important standards of the constitutional legitimacy of the Traditional Culture. One is 'Age Compatibility (時代 適合性)', the other is 'Manifested Universally Validity(現在的 普遍妥當性)'. So we have burdened with the reestablishment of the Universal Ethics of the Confucian Ideology.

최근 범지구적인 기후변화로 인해 도시유역의 홍수 발생 빈도가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 이로 인해 불투수성이 큰 도시지역의 침수 등의 자연재해 증가로 인명 및 재산피해가 발생하고 있다. 이에 따라 하수도의 제 기능을 수행하고 있다면 문제가 없지만 이상기후로 인한 기록적인 폭우에 의해 침수가 발생하고 있다. 홍수 및 집중호우와 같은 극치사상의 발생빈도가 증가됨에 따라 강우 사상의 변동에 따른 하수관로의 수위를 예측하고 침수에 대해 대처하기 위해 과거 수위에 따른 수위 예측은 중요할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 수위 예측 연구에 많이 활용되고 있는 시계열 학습에 탁월한 LSTM 알고리즘을 활용한 하수관로 수위 예측을 진행하였다. 데이터의 학습과 검증을 수행하기 위해 실제 하수관로 수위 데이터를 수집하여 연구를 수행하였으며, 대상자료는 서울특별시 강동구에 위치한 하수관로 수위 자료를 활용하였다. 하수관로 수위 예측에는 딥러닝 알고리즘 RNN-LSTM 알고리즘을 활용하였으며, RNN-LSTM 알고리즘은 하천의 수위 예측에 우수한 성능을 보여준 바 있다. 1분 뒤 하수관로 수위 예측보다 5분, 10분 뒤 또는 1시간 3시간 등 다양한 분석을 실시하였다. 데이터 분석을 위해 하수관로 수위값 변동이 심한 1주일을 선정하여 분석을 실시하였다. 연구에는 Google에서 개발한 딥러닝 오픈소스 라이브러리인 텐서플로우를 활용하였으며, 하수관로 수위 고유번호 25-0001을 대상으로 예측을 하였다. 학습에는 2012년 ~ 2018년의 하수관로 수위 자료를 활용하였으며, 모형의 검증을 위해 결정계수(R square)를 이용하여 통계분석을 실시하였다.

This paper aims at studying how to express and be used the characteristics of New age consciousness in the popular culture. New age consciousness is used interchangeably with new age movement. The philosophy of new age is based on humanism, which the infinite potential power of human can change the human himself and the earth forward to be shown the new age of peace, hope and love in an instant. This consciousness is based on the Western secret art and Eastern consciousness against the Christianity and has begun to develop in the alternative religion influenced by Postmodernism and Counterculture movement on 1970's which is against the corruption of American society on 1960's. However, new age consciousness has tried to change to a social movement for the culture, the peace, the happiness of mankind and the healing society rather than a religion idea because of the limitation of the theory itself. Nevertheless, the new age culture contains the characteristics of the religion, and the characteristics has been easily borrowed to the mess media and infiltrated to us. In a broad sense, the religion includes both own religion beliefs and behavior and the social movements and tendencies about the established religion which pursues the holy and the highest value. The religion is valued as a complex culture phenomenon, which the religion presents the right direction and the meaning of life as well as contributes to the maintenance of social order and the social unification. For this reason, the religion and the culture have a deep relationship between mess media and needs to be captured and listen to religious longing lurking deep within the human consciousness in order to give the audience impressed and fun. In the study, the characteristics of New age such as reincarnation, illusion, meditation, monism and pantheism is analyzed for what affects students studying mess media and the popular culture. And then the study is analyzed the characteristics of new age consciousness in the animation through 'Avatar'. This study shed new light on the influence of religion which is ideological identity of popular culture, and I expect to be a little help to have the insight to examine the mess media with a various angles.

Sasang Constitutional Medicine is a traditional Korean medicine optimized for personalized medicine, and despite its effective clinical efficacy, the inaccuracy of constitutional diagnosis has been pointed out as a limitation. To improve the accuracy, a constitutional analysis algorithm based on quantitative data was developed. In this study, a constitutional analysis experience system applied with the algorithm was developed and repeatability was evaluated. The system analyzes the constitution of the experiencer by collecting front and side facial images, audio, and questionnaire and calculating the integrated constitution probability value. To evaluate the repeatability of the probability values of the system was performed five times each for three people, and the coefficient of variation was 4.778%, indicating that the repeatability was sufficient. The system could contribute to the promotion of the awareness of Sasang medicine.

In this paper, a design and implementation of VHDL compiler front-end, aims at supporting the full-set of VHDL '87 & '93 LRM and carring out the preprocessing of VHDL-to-C, is described. The VHDL compiler front-end includes 1)the symbol tree of analyzed data to represent the hierarchy, the scope and visibility, the overloading and homograph, the concurrent multiple stacks in VHDL, 2)the data structure and supportig routies to deal with the objects, the type and subtype, the attribute and operation in VHDL, 3)the analysis of the concurrent/sequential statements, the behavior/structural descriptions, of semantic token and the propagation of symbol & type to improve the registration and retrieval procedure of analyzed data. In the experiments with Validation Suite, the VHDL compiler front-end could support the full-set specification of VHDL LRM '87 & '93; and in the experiments to asses the performance of symantic token for the VHDL hierachy/visibility/concurrency/semantic checking, the improvement of about 20-30% could be achieved.

The Wenzi is the material criticized about the relation bamboo-slip literature and current literatures in the academic world. If is true or not, because we don't know the author and the records accurately. In this study, to sublate the researching method of HuangLao philosophy that vogues the boundary between Zajia, on the basis of volumes with bamboo-slip literature and the present literatures shared, I discuss the peculiarity of Wenzi HuangLao philosophy, comparing Dao-theory of Daoist. The Wenzi is HuangLao philosophy of Rujia pattern that doesn't understand as the Dao-Fa school. And its origin is Laozi philosophy. It accepts Zujia philosophy, putting first in importance about Rujia philosophy. In this study, the origin of the Wenzi is Laozi philosophy theoretically, but I discuss that the Wenzi is the early literature forming Rujia pattern HuangLao philosophy. And the Wenzi tries to combine the theory of Rujia in the social political category.
