Proprioception and the Sense of Ownership (고유수용성 감각과 신체 소유감)

  • This paper aims to examine how proprioception provides a sense of ownership over one's body and physical actions. Proprioception is a sense that relies on somatic interoceptors rather than exteroceptors that receive external stimuli and has epistemic importance of knowing the presence, location, and movement of bodily parts. In this paper, I will argue that Shoemaker's principle, "Immunity to Error through Misidentification (IEM)" can be applied to proprioception by focusing on one of the intrinsic features of proprioception: First-Person Perspective. I will advocate the following two arguments by defeating each of Marcel's pathological counter-examples in turn. Proprioception is infallible in that it provides a sense of ownership over one's body and physical actions. Second, proprioception is indispensable for the sense of ownership of one's body and physical actions.

The Fluidity of High Flowing Concrete According to the Component Ratio of Superplasticizer (고성능감수제 구성비율에 따른 고유동콘크리트의 유동특성)

  • It is the aim of this study to propose the fundamental data for the establishment of the application and qualify standard of the mixed type superplasticizer after investigating and comparing the fluidity of high flowing concrete according to the component ratio of superplasticizer such as naphthalene sulfonated and melamine sulfonated. The results of this study were shown as the followings; 1) The fluidity and adsorption ratio of cement-paste were improved according to the increasing of naphthalene sulfonated component ratio, and apparent viscosity of cement-paste was improved according to the Increasing of melamine sulfonated component ratio. 2) In case of using the granulated blast-furnace slag, the fluidity of cement-paste was considerably good and the adsorption ratio was decreased and in case of using fly-ash, the apparent viscosity and adsorption ratio of cement-paste were improved. 3) The dispersive capacity performance of concrete can be improved by means of the increasing of naphthalene sulfonated component ratio. Also the viscosity and early strength can be improved by means of the increasing of melamine sulfonated component ratio.

고진공 수산물 조미통조림의 향기성분 분석

  • 일반적으로 시중에 유통되고 있는 일반통조림 제품은 조미액, 시럽, 물 등의 액즙을 함유하고 있어 이로 인해 제품의 중량의 증가, 가용성 성분의 희석, 액즙의 흡수와 팽윤으로 인한 조직감의 연화, 원료의 고유의 향기성분 손실 등과 조미액은 대부분 버리게 되므로 제품의 경제적 손실도 크다. 따라서 본 연구에는 종래의 통조림보다 가볍고, 조직감이 있으며 원료 고유의 향미를 살린 제품을 만들기 위한 기초적인 연구로 packing medium이 없는 고진공 통조림제품을 제조하여 일반통조림 제품과의 향기성분을 비교분석하였다.   • This study predicts the modified eigenvectors and eigenvalues of the non-proportional damped structure due to the change in the mass, damping and stiffness of structure by iterative method of the sensitivity coefficient using the original dynamic characteristic. The method is applied to the non-proportional damped 3 degree of freedom system by modifying the mass, damping and stiffness. The predicted dynamic characteristics are showed a good agreement with these from the structural reanalysis using the modified mass, damping and stiffness.

  • This study predicts the modified structural eigenvector and eigenvalue due to the change in the mass and stiffness of 2-dimesional continuous system by iterative calculation of the sensitivity coefficient using the original dynamic characteristic. The method is applied to examples of a crank shaft by modifing the mass and stiffness. The predicted dynamics characteristics are in good agreement with these from the structural analysis using the modified mass and stiffness. Updating Algorithms of Finite Element Model Using Singular Value Decomposition and Eigenanalysis (특이값 분해와 고유치해석을 이용한 유한요소모델의 개선)

  • Precise and reasonable modelling is necessary and indispensable to the analysis of dynamic characteristics of mechanical structures. Also. the effective prediction of the change of modal properties due to the variation of design parameters is required especially for the application of finite element method to the structural dynamics problems. To meet those necessity and requirement, three model updating algorithms are proposed for finite element methods. Those algorithms are based on sensitivity analysis of the modal data obtained from experimental modal analysis(EMA) and analytical modal analysis(AMA). The adapted sensitivity analysis methods of the algorithms are 1)eigensensitivity(EGNS) method. 2)frequency response function sensitivity(FRFS) method. 3)sensitivity based element-by-element method (SBEEM), Singular value decomposition(SVD) is used for performing eigenanalysis and parameter estimation in the updating process. Those algorithms are applied to finite element of a plate and the updating capability of each algorithm is compared in terms of accuracy. reliability and stability of the updating process. It is shown that the model updating method using frequency response function is superior to the other methods in view of various updating capabilities.

  • As the span of spatial structure is getting longer, the law frequency of the structure makes the wind-induced response much increased. However, there are lots of hardships to establish the economical structural systems due to the fact that an relative equation between the frequency and the span of the domestic spatial structures is not existed in the stage of the basic planning design. Therefore, among the large-span structures, this paper focused on the relationship between the frequency and the span of the world-cup stadium built in 2000s. The relative equation between the frequency and span is compared with the data measured in Japan. Moreover, we are willing to provide the basic study by suggesting the summary equation in this paper.

  • 본 논문에서는 비디오카메라로 촬영한 영상이나 스마트폰 카메라로 촬영한 비디오 영상 혹은 사진들을 영상 편집 기법으로 카툰 형식으로 표현하여 콘텐츠를 제작한다. 카툰 형식의 콘텐츠는 기존 일반 비디오 영상과는 다른 시각화를 나타내고, 카툰 장르의 특성을 가지고 콘텐츠를 표현한다. 카툰은 하나의 칸이나 선을 구성하여 그 영역으로 카툰 고유의 특성을 표현한다. 이러한 카툰은 카툰의 특성을 갖고, 정보나 내용을 일반 영상과 다른 친밀감을 가지고 표현한다. 또한 본 연구에서는 비디오 콘텐츠를 카툰 고유의 특성과 3D 비디오 효과를 적용하여 콘텐츠를 제작하여 활용하도록 한다. 이렇게 콘텐츠를 제작함으로써 2D 콘텐츠 보다 더 입체감과 사실감을 표현하여 콘텐츠에 대한 흥미와 관심으로 콘텐츠의 효과를 극대화 할 수 있다고 사료한다.

  • 가상공간에서 탑승자에게 운동감을 제공하기 위해서 수많은 형태의 모션 시뮬레이터가 개발되어 왔다. 하지만 이러한 형태의 시뮬레이터들은 그 고유한 형태에 의해 정해진 동역학과 워시아웃 알고리즘을 거쳐야만 정밀한 시뮬레이터가 될 수 있다. 본 논문은 기존의 좁은 시야공간에서의 시뮬레이터가 아닌 넓은 시야를 제시하고, 모션 베이스와 독립적으로 운영되는 영상 제시기를 이용하여 탑승자에게 운동감을 제공하는 분리형 시뮬레이터를 대상으로 하여 영상과 모션을 동기화시켜서 제시하는 방법에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

  • The natural constants of moving coil type geophone can be determined by free impedance and step force method. The former method was desirable for the measurement of natural frequency($f_o$), inertial mass(m) and damping factor($h_o$), but the latter method for sensitivity(G). In particular, the value by the latter method should be corrected for the noise by the long period movement of measurement device. The results of frequency characteristics from these constants operate the accelerometer and displacement system in the boundary of natural frequency.
