초고속 RPM변화에 따른 니켈-크롬 합금의 밀링가공 특성 평가 (Machining Characteristics of Nickel-Chrome Alloy according to Changing with Ultra High-Speed RPM)

  • According to the high demand of hybrid components, the hybrid materials development and processing technology were increased in the industry field. Although hybrid materials have various machining technologies, the research about them has rarely been proceed. This study is to carry out results about design technology of miniaturized high-speed air spindle and machining characteristics of hybrid materials using that. We studied machining characteristics in Nickel-Chrome alloy(Ni-Cr) according to change rotating speed using miniaturized high-speed air spindle. As the following results, the change of surface shape and roughness was investigated as the processing conditions such as rotating speed of miniaturized high-speed air spindle.

  • The development of high-speed spindle have been studied extensively for micro machining in advanced industrial countries. The research of miniaturized high-speed air spindle is important part which needs for the micro machining process of high quality. So, This study was to carry out results about design characteristics of miniaturized high-speed air spindle. We had designed 4type turbines and shaft. They were simulated in use the computer simulation programs. We made them as products. They measured RPM (revolutions per minute). As a result of experiments, there was a contrast among 4type Turbines. it reached 384,000rpm in 4.5bar of air pressure. And, We tried to compare the results of measurement whit the results of computer simulation.

고속 앵귤러 컨택트 볼 베어링의 온도특성 (Temperature Characteristics of High Speed Angular Contact Ball Bearing)

  • This paper shows the temperature characteristics of a high speed angular contact ball gearing which is 7004C type with ISO P2 tolerance class. A built-in motor type high speed spindle which adopts an oil-air lubrication system was used to measure the temperature rise up to 60,000rpm. The gearing temperature was measured using thermocouples that were attached to the outside surfaces of the outer rings. The result showed that the continuous test method which was suggested in this paper is more effective than on and off method and the lubrication oil supply rate should be reduced in high speed rolling bearings as long as the seizure does not occur. And the result were confirmed that the bearings packed with ceramic balls are superior to those with steel balls in temperature characteristics.
