A Problem Study of Arithmetic Section Contents in Computer Architecture Textbooks of the Technical High School (공업 계열 고등학교 컴퓨터 구조 교과서의 연산 장치 영역 내용의 문제점 분석)

  • 국가 교육과정에서 컴퓨터 하드웨어만을 교과 내용으로 하는 최초의 과목은 4차 교육과정 시기 중공업 계열 고등학교에 신설된 '전자 계산기 구조' 과목으로 현재의 '컴퓨터 구조' 과목에 해당된다. 컴퓨터 구조 과목의 교과 목표는 학습자가 컴퓨터의 구조와 동작 원리를 바르게 이해하고 컴퓨터를 효율적으로 활용할 수 있도록 하는데 있다. 교과 목표를 위해서는 교과서의 내용이 정확해야 하고 현재의 컴퓨터 구조를 바르게 반영하고 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 공업 계열 고등학교의 컴퓨터 구조 과목에 제시된 연산 장치 영역 내용의 문제점을 컴퓨터 구조 전문 서적과의 비교를 통해 파악해 보고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 교과서의 연산 장치 영역에는 정확성과 일관성이 결여된 개념 정의와 현재의 CPU 구조를 반영하지 못한 내용이 포함되어 있었다. ALU와 연산 장치에 대한 설명이 교과서별 상이하였고, 연산 장치의 구성 요소들은 현재 사용되고 있는 CPU 구조를 바르게 나타내고 있지 않았다. 이러한 문제점들은 컴퓨터 과학의 역사적, 기술적 고찰을 통해 개선될 필요가 있다.

  • 정보영재를 교육시키기 위한 프로그래밍 교육방법의 많은 문제점에도 불구하고 프로그래밍교육을 통해 얻을 수 있는 잠재적인 교육효과가 크기 때문에 프로그래밍 교육은 컴퓨터 정보영재 교육과정에서 빠질 수 없는 부분이다. 본 연구는 정보영재들에게 프로그래밍 교육을 실시할 때 프로그래밍 교육방법의 문제점을 극복할 수 있는 도구로 로봇을 소개하고, 로봇을 이용한 체계적인 로봇프로그래밍 교육과정의 개발로 문제해결력, 창의력, 사고력, 판단력 등의 고등인지기능을 신장시키고자 한다.

Analysis of Informatics Curriculum in Germany(Bayern) (독일 바이에른 주의 정보 교육과정 분석)

  • With the advent of the age of the 4th Industrial Revolution, countries around the world are reinforcing informatics education to cope with changing society. The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends in German informatics education through the analysis of the German informatics curriculum, and provide implications for the informatics education of Korea. The analysis of German informatics education focused on the contents and changes of the informatics education of Bayern, which can be said to be the center of German education. As a result of this analysis, first, elementary education approaches 'informatics' from the viewpoint of integrated curriculums. Second, secondary education provides education that makes it possible to experience theory and practice by securing sufficient credit hours. Third, they reflected informatics subjects in entrance examinations, and sufficiently ensured links to higher education. This analysis confirmed that systematic informatics education requires many credit hours from elementary education, and links with secondary and higher education must be taken into consideration.

Analysis of Effectiveness in Project Based Learning Using Thinking Tool on IT Ethics Education for the Technical High School Students (전문계 고등학생의 정보통신윤리 교육에서 사고력 신장 도구를 활용한 프로젝트 학습의 효과 분석)

  • In this paper, project based learning model using on-line thinking tool was designed and implemented, and the model is reflected in the instructional design on the IT ethics part included in 'General Computer' subject. This instructional design was applied to the class of the technical high school students. In-depth interview on the consciousness of IT ethics reveals that the positive changes occur in the consciousness of IT ethics, especially netiquette, Internet communications languages, copyright, and so on. Also, the result of the quantitative researches represents that a proposed model have a positive effect on academic self-efficacy of the technical high school students. These results show that the proposed model is able to apply to IT ethics education in the technical high school.

An Analysis on the Relationship of Computer Curriculums Between Dept. of Computer Education in Universities and IT-Related High Schools (컴퓨터교육과와 IT 관련 고등학교간 교과과정의 연관성 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore relationship of computer curriculums between department of computer education in universities and specialized vocational high schools. We sampled 15 computer curriculums from department of computer education, 17 computer curriculums from specialized high schools and 41 curriculums from vocational high schools. And we compare and analyze the number of subjects and times on all of curriculums. As a result, curriculums in department of computer education is lacking in subjects for domains of multimedia, computer graphics and practical computer graphics. It is low on the relationship of computer curriculums between department of computer educations and IT-related high schools. Therefore, this study concludes by proposing computer curriculums of department of computer education which should reflect the subjects.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the level of recognition, information acquisition behavior, level of knowledge, level of behaviors to decrease exposure, and education need towards endocrine disruptors of middle and high school students. The data were collected from 180 middle and high school students in Seoul, Incheon, Daejeon, Daegu, Busan and Gwangju. Frequencies, Cronbach's alpha, t tests, analysis of variance, Duncan's multiple range tests, and chi-square tests were carried out by SPSS WINDOWS Version 14.0. The results of this study were as follows. The level of concerns about endocrine disruptors was somewhat low. Many respondents obtained information about endocrine disruptors from TV/radio and school, and wanted to get the information from school and TV/radio. Both the level of knowledge and the level of behaviors to decrease exposure were not particularly high. In addition, they showed high level of education need for endocrine disruptors.

The Effect of S/W Experience in Elementary and Middle School Curriculums on Computational Thinking Class in University (초·중등 교육과정의 소프트웨어 관련 학습 경험이 대학 컴퓨팅 사고 수업에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, we analyzed how information and technology education in elementary and middle school curriculum affects learning achievement of computational thinking courses in university. We conducted a questionnaire survey on students who took computer-related courses for the past year and collected data on what type of computer-related education they received. As a result of analyzing the data, students who received computer-related education in the previous curriculum showed higher overall academic achievement. However, there was a significant difference in learning achievement according to types of contents, and it is necessary to consider the design and improvement of efficient computational thinking education in the future through the results. It is also necessary to continue the analysis of the impact of the new education curriculum.

  • Depending on the sense of increasing interest in the worldwide software education, in the country high and high school education software from junior high school from 2018 fiscal year I was supposed to be carried out in the required courses. As a result, even in education, for students of software education, although some studies have been conducted, in this paper, by comparative analysis of the domestic and international trends in the software of the training, we advance the future, We suggest the direction of software education should. In addition, faculty members for software education through cooperation with existing middle and high school information subject-to try to present how the draft how available through the lesson plan.

  • The objective of this study was to develop curriculum for successful articulation education program between department of information processing in Daejonsinil vocational high school and school of computer & communication in Hyechon College. This study was carried out through review of literature, survey and discussions with panels of judges composed of experts in the related fields. Gap analysis was used to interpret the survey results. Based on the results of this study, several educational needs and recommendations for articulation education of computer & communication area both in vocational high school and college were suggested.
