현재 도서관 통합관리시스템의 소프트웨어 사용 방식은 클라이언트/서버 및 ASP 방식으로 서비스를 제공함으로써 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 구매비, 설치 및 배포, Customization, Upgrade, 문제점 관리, 라이센스의 고비용 등 소프트웨어 전반에 걸쳐 관리가 힘들고 고비용의 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 모바일 클라우드 기반의 스마트도서관 정보서비스시스템에서는 멀티테넌트 환경에서 구현이 가능한 핵심요소들을 개발하였다. 그러므로 초기 투자비용이 거의 없고, 쉽고, 간편하며, 저비용 IT 서비스가 가능한 SaaS 기반의 소프트 웨어 온-디멘드 방식의 서비스 모델로 시스템을 구현하였다. 제안 시스템은 연결방식으로는 N고객:1인스턴스, 제공 프로그램은 동일한 코드 사용, 커스터마이징은 고객이 테넌트별 환경 설정을 통해서 직접 수정가능, 데이터는 테넌트별 자료를 공유해서 사용할 수 있으며 기존의 ASP 서비스의 단점을 해결할 수 있도록 성능을 개선하였다.

현재 전력설비는 디지털 변전소 국제 표준 통신 규격인 IEC61850을 채택하고 있는 추세에 있으며, 온라인 GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) 예방진단 시스템의 고객 요구 사양도 IEC61850을 이용하여 외부 인터페이스가 가능한 구조를 포함하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 GIS 예방진단 시스템에 대한 IEC61850 모델을 제시하고 Logical Node를 구성하였다. 부분방전 데이터를 비롯한 실시간 감시 데이터는 IEC61850의 fixed report 기능으로 구현하였고, 부분방전 이벤트 및 이력 정보는 파일로 저장하여 IEC61850의 file transfer 기능으로 구현하였다. 기능 검증을 위하여 온라인 GIS 예방진단 시스템 서버에 IEC61850 서버 기능을 탑재하였고 상용의 IEC61850 클라이언트 소프트웨어를 이용하여 데이터 통신 및 파일 전송 기능을 확인하였다

오늘날 기업에서의 IT 는 급격한 비즈니스 환경의 변화와 다양한 비즈니스 모델의 출현으로 인해 점점 더 복잡해지고 있고, 비즈니스의 IT 의존도 또한 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 기업의 정보시스템을 운영하는 IT 운영조직은 사용자에게 IT 서비스의 품질향상과 비즈니스의 연속성을 보장할 수 있는 지원체계를 필요로 하고 있다. 1990년대 후반에 들어서 ITIL 을 기반으로 한 ITSM 개념이 국내에 도입 되면서 기존의 콜센터와 헬프데스크를 통한 IT 서비스지원 방식을 서비스데스크로 통합하게 되었고, 서비스데스크 자동화 시스템의 도입을 통해 기업의 모든 비즈니스 조직의 IT 와 관련된 요구사항을 관리하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 서비스데스크 자동화 시스템은 IT 서비스 제공자 관점에서 구축되었고 운영방향 또한 어플리케이션, 서버, 네트워크 등 기술적인 구성요소의 성능 향상에만 초점을 두었기 때문에 현업 사용자들이 만족 할 수 있는 실질적인 수준의 서비스 개선은 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고객관점에서의 요구사항 분석을 통해, 운영조직의 IT 서비스 요청에 대한 처리활동을 단순처리와 일반처리로 분류하고 이를 자동화 시스템에 반영 하였고, 실제 A 사(社)의 IT 운영조직에 적용하여, 비효율적인 저부가가치 활동과 고부가 가치의 활동이 시스템을 통해 분류가 가능함을 보였다. 아울러 IT 운영조직의 활동을 정량적으로 관리 할 수 있도록 관리지표를 발굴하고 자동화 시스템의 서비스요청관리 프로세스에 적용하여 IT 서비스를 제공받는 회사의 관리조직과 경영층이 IT 운영조직의 활동을 정량적으로 관리하고 측정할 수 있는 IT 서비스데스크 자동화 시스템의 개선모델을 제시 하였다.

This paper proposes a mobile content curation service to collect various online/offline publications. The company publishes one-time topic information to a broker server in advance and customer curates topic information on a mobile device by requesting it. The main characteristics of the proposed service are: it is based on request/response model rather than existing publish/subscribe model, can easily specify topic information by input string without QR code or audio recognition, and retrieves all of topic information anywhere anytime by storing it on mobile device. This service can be used for second screen campaign for TV and various online/offline events.

As the collected information which is static or dynamic is infinite in ubiquitous computing environments, information overload and invasion of privacy have been pressing issues in the recommendation service. In this study, we propose a recommendation service procedure through P2P, The P2P helps customer to obtain effective and secure product information because of communication among customers who have the similar preference about the products without connection to server. To evaluate the performance of the proposed recommendation service, we utilized real transaction and product data of the Korean mobile company which service character images. We developed a prototype recommender system and demonstrated that the proposed recommendation service makes an effect on recommending product in the ubiquitous environments. We expect that the information overload and invasion of privacy will be solved by the proposed recommendation procedure in ubiquitous environment.

e-로지스틱스 시스템은 인터넷을 기반으로 한 가상 기업 물류 활동 및 서비스 체계를 구축한 시스템을 말한다. 이 시스템은 대상 지역의 무제한 광역화를 허용하고, 높은 수준의 물류 체계 유연성 및 효율성을 요구하며 다자간 물류정보의 실시간 통합환경을 요구한다. 또한 무엇보다도 고객 서비스의 지식 정보화가 요구되는 시스템이라 할 수 있다. e-로지스틱스 프레임워크 개발에 있어서 메시징 모델은 매우 중요하다. 현재 SOAP 기반 X7L 형태의 메시징 모델이 개발 중이다. 본 논문에서는 e-로지스틱스를 시스템의 서비스를 위하여 메시지 전송 에이전트가 서버와의 메시지 교환 시 발생할 수 있는 고장에 대하여 어떻게 효율적으로 대처할 수 있게 하는가에 대해 설명한다.

With development of internet technology, digital economy that advance rapidly formed much leagues of B2B, B2C, A2B etc, according to the application part. Also, electronic commerce system implementation technology is introduced by Component based on development method in object oriented technique base depending on customer's requirement, and development environment changes by 3- Tiers, Web-Based architecture etc. in existent C/S (Client/Server) environment and is introduced. Thus, In this research, I implemented seat reservation and confirmation system that can be used in electronic commerce in multi-server environment. This, for improve efficiency in distribute environment, relevant importance logic used server component model EJB, and implemented through JSP and Java that use Servlet of Resin Server environment for Main Server. Therefore, through independence component using EJB, I did so that can improved independence between electronic commerce system logic, and reduce server's overhead calling relevant method through discrete EJB server, and manage each logic resources efficiently.

기존에 개별 기업들이 사용중인 고객/서버 모델의 6 시그마 프로젝트 관리 시스템들은 각 기업의 업무와 밀접하게 결합되었기 때문에 다른 기업에는 적용될 수 없는 한계를 갖고 인터넷을 통해 접근할 수 없는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 개발 능력이 부족한 중소기업에서도 적은 노력으로 6 시그마의 도입을 가능하게 하기 위하여 각 기업의 업무 환경에서 공통적으로 사용되는 기능들을 일반화시킨 웹 기반의 6 시그마 프로젝트 관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 웹기반으로 설계되었기 때문에 인터넷을 통해 언제 어디서든지 접근 가능하여 시간적 공간적 제약성이 없으므로 기업의 업무 효율성을 제고하였을 뿐만 아니라, 상세한 검색 기능을 제공하여 전사적인 지식 자원들의 공유를 통해 비용 절감 및 프로젝트 수행 기간 단축 등 경제적 효과를 얻을 수 있게 하였다.

전자상거래가 활성화되었지만 현재의 쇼핑몰은 단순한 상품 구매 역할과 정보 제공, 그리고 정적인 웹 공간의 관리로 이를 통해 인터넷 쇼핑몰 상품의 효율적인 진열, 상품 연관성을 고려한 마케팅 전략, 고객관리와 웹 페이지간의 시간 연관성을 고려한 링크 정보 등과 같은 효율적인 마케팅 전략을 구사하기에는 한계가 있다. 이 논문에서는 전자상거래에 적용 가능한 시간 연관 규칙 탐사기법을 통해 구매 데이터를 기반으로 상품간의 시간 연관 규칙 탐사와, 웹 서버에서 수집된 웹로그 파일로부터 연관 규칙을 찾아내기 위한 모델을 제시한다. 또한 이를 통해 생성된 규칙을 해석하여 사용자에 따른 웹 공간 구성, 방문 페이지 간의 연관성을 고려한 마케팅 전략과 효율적인 광고 전략 등을 위한 방안을 제시한다.

To play the networked video contents in a client's mobile device in real time, the contents should be delivered to it by the contents server with streaming technology. Generally, in a server-client based commerce model, the server is in charge of both the authentication of the paid customer and distribution of the contents. The drawback of it is that if the customers' requests go on growing rapidly, the service quality would be degraded results from the problems of overloaded server or restricted network bandwidth. On the contrary, in P2P based networks, more and more the demand for service increasing, the service quality is upgraded since a customer can act as a server. But, in the P2P based network, there are too many servers to manage, it's possible to distribute illegal contents because the P2P protocol cannot control distributed servers. Thus, it's not suitable for commercial purposes. In this paper, the dymanic group authentication scheme is proposed which is suited to P2P based applications. The proposed scheme consists of group based key generation, key update, signature generation and verification protocols. It can control the seeder's state whether the seeder is joining or leaving the network, and it can be applied to hybrid P2P based commerce model where sales transactions are covered by the index server and the contents are distributed by the P2P protocol.
