  • Domestic construction industry has faced with many problems in productivity, quality, safety and skilled-labor availability because of the national economic depression, insufficient supply of skilled labors and so on. There is a growing need for improving productivity and quality, and savings in cost. In the case of advanced countries, they have made a number of research efforts to solve these problems with construction automation and robotics. Recently, there are growing interests in construction automation and robotics but such interests have not been further increased due to the difficulties in gathering or accessing valuable information on the research and development of construction automation and robotics. The main purpose of this study is to provide a web-based research database and decision support system for an effective research and development of automated construction system and robots. It is expected that this system would be able to provide a framework for the successful research, development and implementation of the construction automation and robotics in domestic construction industry

Network based MPLS VPN using BGP-E for Mobility Support (이동서비스를 지원하는 BGP-E 방식 MPLS VPN의 설계 및 구현)

  • Network based VPN(Virtual Private Network) using MPLS(Multiprotocol Label Switching) technology is regarded as a good solution for intranets or extranets because of the low cost and the flexibility of the service provision. In this paper, we describea mechanism that allows the VPN users to move from one site to another site of the VPN network based on the BGP-E MPLS technology. This mechanism is designed for and implemented on PE(Provider Edge) routers of the backbone network. PE routers connected to the VPN sites establish a new MPLS path to the mobile node after they detect movement of the mobile VPN node. The new location may belong to the same VPN or to different VPN. We designed VPN management and control functions of the PE routers in order to interface with the Mobile IP protocol. The pilot implementation and performance measurement were carried out on a testbed.

  • By applying AI-based efficient inventory management and logistics optimization technology using the smart factory's production plan and manufacturing data, the company's productivity improvement and customer satisfaction can be expected to increase. In this paper, we proposed a system that collects data from the factory's production process, stores it in the cloud, and uses the manufacturing data stored there to apply AI-based supply chain optimization technology later. While the existing system supported approximately 10 to 20 data types, the proposed system is designed and developed to support more than 100 data types. In addition, in the case of the collection cycle, data can be collected 1-2 times per second, and data collection in TB units is possible. Therefore This system is designed to be applied to the existing factory of past in addition to the smart factory.

The Effect of Psychological Characteristics and Competency Factors of Traditional Market Merchants on Business Performance: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Government Support Policies (전통시장 상인의 심리적 특성과 역량요인이 사업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study identifies related factors by analyzing the effects of the psychological characteristics and competency factors of traditional market merchants on business performance, and at the same time verifies the moderating effect of government support policies. The research focus was on verifying the causal relationship. This study was conducted targeting the representative traditional market merchants in the metropolitan area who have experience in traditional market specialization projects or are currently in the process of specialization projects. An empirical study was performed based on the collected data. The analysis results are as follows. First, it was found that self-esteem as a psychological characteristic factor of merchants, customer management competency as merchant competency, and informatization capability had a significant positive (+) effect on financial performance among business performance. Second, as a result of examining the moderating effect of government support policies, it was found that product capability had a significant positive (+) effect on financial performance among business performance. It was found that self-esteem and product competency had a significant positive (+) effect on the will to continue business among business performance. The practical results of this study are the research papers to measure the business performance of traditional market merchants using the government support policy as a moderating variable, using the psychological characteristics and competency factors of traditional market merchants as independent variables. For this purpose, it will be positively evaluated that the psychological characteristics of merchants and merchant competency factors affect business performance, and that meaningful research results are derived by analyzing the moderating effect of government support.

  • 기존의 제품 수명주기 관리 프로그램은 공급망 관리(SCM :Supply Chain Management)의 목적이 강해 그의 기능이 풍부한 반면 PLM적인 요소가 부족하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 PLM을 구성하는 PDM, CPD, CNM, PPM 4가지 요소 중에 하나인 PDM(Product Data Management) 요소를 보강하기 위한 모듈을 개발하여 구현한다. PDM의 기능은 핵심적인 고객가치를 지원하기 위한 제품정보를 관리하는 영역으로 제품구조관리(BOM), 기술문서 관리, 설계변경 관리, 제품 기준정보 관리, Software 형상관리, 환경 유해 물질 관리, 공용화 기능을 포함하고 있는데, 그 중 제품구조관리(BOM)가 가장 중요한 부분이므로 이 부분에 대해 구현한다.

  • 최근 세계적으로 공공기관의 혁신과 성과평가에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있고, 우리나라에서도 참여정부가 출범한 이래 공공분야의 고객경영 및 성과 향상을 위한 정부혁신이 대대적으로 추진되고 있다. 특히 지방자치 단체의 경우 자율성을 근간으로 하는 혁신을 추진해야 하는 바, 이에 대한 성과평가가 어려운 과제로 등장하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지방자치단체의 자생력을 확보 및 강화하여 독자적인 지역발전과 주민서비스를 제고하고, 중앙정부정책과의 연계성을 강화하며, 중앙정부의 지방자치단체에 대한 통합적인 정책 및 성과 평가에 따른 지원 수준을 결정하는 주요 수단이 될 수 있는 통합평가시스템의 개발 및 발전방향을 모색해 보고자 한다.

  • Customer satisfaction is undoubtedly one of the top strategic issues in the new decade. Today, many organizations are rushing to become more customer focused. A key component of many initiatives is the implementation of customer satisfaction software. In this paper, we provide a case study for customer satisfaction management in a city gas company. The three issues include the plan for giving premiums and the development of a happycall system and a web-based measurement system for customer satisfaction.

  • 상품을 구입할 때 사용자의 신체 정보를 적용한 스마트카드를 이용하는 것은 전자상거래를 지원하는 현재의 E-business 시스템에 새로운 변화를 가져올 것이다. 사람의 신체는 모든 부분을 식별할 수 있는 다양한 물리적 측정 기준을 가지고 있다. 중요한 것은, 스마트카드는 바디 메트릭을 저장하기위해 적절한 저장장치이고, 그것과 관련된 컨텐츠의 자바 애플릿의 검색이나 업데이트가 용이하다는 점이다. 만약 고객의 신체 정보가 모바일 스마트카드에 저장되어 사용된다면, 그것은 상거래 프로세스에 효율적인 확장을 가져올 것이다. 이 논문은 웹 브라우저와 자바 임베디드 스마트카드사이의 일정한 접근 인터페이스를 개발, 제공하기위한 자바카드 웹 서비스의 프레임워크를 설명할 것이다.

  • This study intends to find the empirical relationship between influential factors of CRM realization and performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze effect of managerial support factors on customer orientation, work performance, and customer performance in the banking institutions. First, it is analyzed to find what kind of effects the major factor of CRM system may have on customer orientation. Then, the impacts of the customer orientation on the performance are to be analyzed. Lastly, it is analyzed that the work performance affects the customer performance.
