A Study on the Relationships between the Service Convenience of Restaurant Kiosk and Customer Value, Trust, and Satisfaction (외식업체 키오스크의 서비스 편의성과 고객 가치, 신뢰, 만족과의 관계 연구)

  • This study examined the relationships between the service convenience of restaurant kiosks and customer value, satisfaction, and trust. To this end, analyses were conducted with adults aged at least 18 years throughout the country who reported that they had used restaurant kiosks at least once over the last year. Information on restaurant kiosks was provided to minimize the possibility of errors in the survey. According to the results, first, the decision-making convenience and the convenience of restaurant kiosks were shown to have significant effects on the customer value. On the other hand, the place convenience and transaction convenience had no significant effect on customer value. Second, customer value was shown to have significant effects on trust and satisfaction. Third, trust was shown to have significant effects on satisfaction. If a restaurant considers kiosks in terms of customer service convenience, not labor cost reduction, they will maintain long-term relationships and enhance their differentiation by increasing satisfaction and trust. This study aims to present differentiated marketing strategies and practical implications of restaurants that have introduced kiosks.

Effects of Service Convenience on Customer Satisfaction and Reuse Intention by Korail Talk App Users among Korail Passengers (코레일 앱 이용자의 서비스편의성이 코레일 앱 고객만족과 재이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service convenience on customer satisfaction and reuse intention by 200 passengers using a Korail talk app. The result of the analysis showed that service convenience was positively correlated with satisfaction in Korail customers using the Korail talk app. Also, customer satisfaction with service convenience had a positive effect on reuse intention in these users. However, service convenience was not significantly correlated with customer's reuse intention. The results of this study suggest that it is important for Korail to offer improved service convenience for Korail talk app users consistently in order to improve customer satisfaction and reuse intention by Korail passengers.

  • The purpose of this research is to examine the importance of the physical surroundings for the restaurants in the local specialities food town and how their physical surroundings influence on the customer emotional responses and satisfaction to suggest the improvements and implications of the physical surroundings. The questionnaire for a survey was distributed to the customers who have visited the restaurants specialized in Korean beef located in the Sanoei Korean beef town, Jeongeup. The results of this research are as follows. First, except for attractiveness among the factors of physical surroundings(convenience, attractiveness, cleanliness and amusement), as cleanliness and convenience occupy high degree, customers were presented to response more emotionally. Second, except for attractiveness among convenience, attractiveness, cleanliness and amusement, as cleanliness and convenience occupy high degree, customers were presented to be more satisfied. Third, customer emotional response influences on customer satisfaction with the food town for local speciality.

  • 점차 규모가 확대되어 가는 전자상거래 분야에서 차별화를 위하여 개인화된 서비스 제공을 위한 one-to-one 마케팅을 도입하였다. 기존의 가상 상점들을 사용자가 구매를 원하는 물건을 검색하여 찾아야 하는데, push기술과 에이젼트를 도입함으로써 고객에게 맞춤 서비스를 제공한다. 고객의 선호도 조사와 로그인한후의 행위를 모니터링하고 구매결과들을 분석하여 다음 고객의 방문시 그 고객만의 상점을 제공해준다. 모니터링 에이젼트(Monitoring Agent), 분석 에이젼트(Analysis Agent)의 도입으로 고객이 정말 원하는 것이 무엇인지 고객이 인지 못하고 있는 것도 제시함으로써 정보의 유용성을 높여주고, 개인화 에이젼트(Personalize Agent)를 통해 고객의 편의 도모뿐만 아니라 Rule-based에 근거하여 고객이 관심 있을 만한 상품과 광고를 선정해 제시함으로써 구매를 자극한다. 본 시스템에선 자바의 "Write Once, Run Anywhere" 성격에서 잘 나타난 분산환경에서의 장점을 이용하고자 최대한 자바의 기술을 사용해서 시스템을 설계하고 에이젼트를 만들었다.이젼트를 만들었다.

  • 한국과학기술정보연구원(이하 KISTI)은 지난 6년 간 전사적으로 품질제고전략, 서비스만족전략, 이미지제고전략 등 3대 고객만족추진전략을 수립하여 체계적인 고객만족경영시스템을 구축하고 이를 강화하기 위한 노력을 기울여 왔다. KISTI는 고객을 대상으로 서비스하는 부분을 크게 5개 업무유형 11 세부 서비스로 구분하여 있다. 각 업무유형별로 산업계, 학계, 연구계, 관계 등 핵심 고객군을 세부적으로 설정하고, 각각의 업무 프로세스 및 서비스 청사진을 표준화하여 이행표준체계를 수립하였다. 국가 과학기술 연구망 업무를 수행하는 담당자별로 실명제를 통한 책임경영을 하고 핵심 고객의 니즈를 반영하기 위한 심층 FGI(Focus Group Interview) 및 DI(Depth Interview)를 진행하였다. 또한 정기적인 고객 Needs 및 VOC 문제점을 파악하기 위한 워크숍을 개최하여 활발한 개선활동을 진행하였다. 향후 연구로는 체계적인 정보서비스의 향상을 위해서는 일부 직원이 아닌 내부 직원 구성원이 모두 고객 지향적 마인드 형성을 해야 한다. 단순한 친절과 고객 편의 제공이 아닌, 전문성을 중심으로 서비스의 질적 수준을 향상 시켜야 한다는 "프로의식"이 내부 구성원들 사이에 확산되어야 진정한 고객중심의 경영이 이루어 질수 있다고 본다.

The Effect of Customer Value on Online Shopping Mall: The Moderating Role of Trust (온라인 쇼핑몰환경에서 고객가치가 로열티에 미치는 영향: 신뢰의 매개영향을 중심으로)

  • Companies consider customers as an equity, which is expected to increase customer loyalty. However, customer loyalty does not linearly increase in real world by the customer equity always. This research investigates a mediating variable which influence the relationship between customer equity drivers and customer loyalty. We focus on customer value as a customer equity driver which is the most basic factor among customer equity drivers. We examine that online trust as a mediator between the customer value and customer loyalty in on online shopping mall context. Customer value consists of perceived convenience, quality, and price. Findings indicate that online trust mediates the relationship between customer value and customer loyalty. Especially, online trust perfectly mediates the perceived convenience and the perceived quality. The perceived convenience influences online trust most significantly and perceived quality and perceived price are following in the order of strength. Our results implicate that online trust is an important mediator of the relationship between customer equity and customer loyalty in online shopping mall context and need to be managed as a customer relationship management index to increase customer loyalty. In addition, perceived convenience is the most important factor to increase online trust in matured online market.

Effects of Service Conveniences on Perceived Value and Customer Voluntary Behavioral Intention in Family Restaurants (패밀리레스토랑의 서비스편의성이 지각된 가치 및 자발적 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study attempts to investigate effects of service conveniences on perceived value and customer voluntary behavioral intention in family restaurants. We categorized service conveniences in five dimensions (i.e, decision, access, transaction, benefit, and post-benefit). We considered perceived value as having three parts, namely functional, emotional, and social. We also specified three segments of customer voluntary behavioral intention as participation, cooperation, and loyalty. The results showed that service conveniences such as transaction convenience, post-benefit convenience, and benefit convenience have an influence on functional value as a perceived value, but no effect from decision convenience and acceptability[this is a new variable to me]. In addition, access and benefit conveniences affect social value. When it comes to the effects of perceived value on customer voluntary behavioral intention, social value was found to affect participation and loyalty, while functional value appeared to influence cooperation.

디저트카페 물리적환경,선택속성,모바일쿠폰 특성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향: 감성지능을 조절변수로

  • 최근 커피 전문점의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 카페와 디저트의 결합 형태인 디저트카페가 활성화 되었으며,이 또한 치열한 경쟁상황에 놓여 있는 관계로 경쟁에서 보다 유리한 위치를 확보하기 위한 고객맞춤형 마케팅전략이 필요함으로 본 연구를 수행한다. 최근, 연구방향이 디저트카페의 서비스품질, 브랜드이미지, 물리적환경 및 선택속성에 관한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있으나 고객의 감성 지능과 연계한 연구는 없었던 관계로 본 연구에서는 고객의 감성지능과 연관된 효과를 검증하고자 한다, 또한, 스마트폰의 보급으로 모바일쿠폰이 매우 활성화 되어 있음으로 디저트카페의 환경과 모바일쿠폰의 특성이 어떠한 영향관계를 보이고 있는지 살펴보고자 한다. 디저트카페의 물리적환경(심미성,공간효율성,청결성,쾌적성,편의성),선택속성(서비스,맛과향,가격,다양성,독창성),모바일쿠폰(획득용이성,사용편의성,유희성,경제성)이 고객만족에 미치는 영향력을 살펴본다. 또한 고객의 감성지능이 조절효과로서 각각의 요인들에 대하여 고객만족도에 어떠한 관계를 가지게 되는지 살펴보며, 본 연구를 통하여 기존의 마케팅전략에서 고객의 감성지능 맞춤형 마케팅전략을 구사함으로써 보다 효율적이고 목표를 명확화 함으로써 마케팅 비용과 노력을 줄이는데 기여할 수 있을 것이라고 판단된다.

Effect of theater service quality on performance satisfaction : focusing on customer experience value mediation effect (공연장 서비스 품질이 공연 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 고객 경험가치 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of service quality of a theater on the customer experience value and performance satisfaction and to test causality between variables. For this purpose, Study model was created from the previous studies and performed a survey with the customer who visited Performance Theater. In this study, employee kindness, facility excellence, convenience, and facilities were set as independent variables, and performance satisfaction was selected as a dependent variable. The cultural value and economic value of customer experience were examined as Moderating variables between two variables. Based on the results of this study, It was found that employee's kindness, facility excellence, and convenience have a significant effect on performance satisfaction in performing arts facilities. convenience, there was perfect mediated effect of customer experience between service quality of a theater and performance satisfaction centered on cultural value and economic value. The employee's kindness variable was examined as a perfect mediation of cultural value, and economic value as a sectoral mediation. The excellence variables of the facilities appeared as partial mediations in cultural values and as complete mediations in economic values. In the case of the auxiliary facilities, the significance test failed. According to the results of the research, it was confirmed that convenience service for customers is the most important variable. This result suggests that the service quality of a theater should be basically maintained in terms of the kindness of the facility and staff, and that the customer is more satisfied with the performance than the audience convenience service provided from the Theater. The venue suggests that customer service and reception, purchase of tickets, refund method, and staff training should be thoroughly done so that audiences can make the Theater.

  • 인터넷의 대중화와 더불어 전자상거래에 대한 관심과 중요성이 더욱 증대되고 있다. 전자상거래에서 보다 많은 고객들을 유치하기 위해서는 거래의 안정성 보장, 시스템의 사용 편의성, 다양한 물품의 제공, 저렴한 가격 등과 함께 차별화된 고객 서비스 전략이 필요하다. 고객의 취향에 적합한 상품 정보를 제공함으로써 고객의 만족도를 증진시키고 나아가 지속적인 방문을 유도하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 고객이 전자상거래 쇼핑몰을 방문시 고객별로 관리되는 선호도를 활용하여 고객의 취향에 적합한 상품 정보를 제공한다. 퍼지논리를 이용하여 제품군간에 근접도를 반영함으로서 사용자에게 보다 좋은 상품 정보를 제공하는 기법을 제안한다.
