최근 홍수에 의한 피해가 늘어나면서 재해관리에 대한 문제점이 제기되고 있다. 따라서 홍수위험도를 바탕으로 한 과학적이고 체계적인 방재대책의 수립이 요구되어 진다. 본 연구에서는 대상자의 과거 홍수피해를 데이터베이스로 구축하고, 이를 활용한 홍수위해성과 홍수위험성을 분석하여 홍수위해도(Flood Hazard Map)와 홍수위험도(Flood Risk Map)로 도출하였다. 분석결과를 이용하여 현 방재계획에서 설정되어 있는 구호시설물의 서비스 지역을 분석하고, 구호시설물의 최적의 입지를 제시하였다.

Urban land use planning is the most important core-part, and it is the start and synthetical plan of the other part, in the urban planning. For the desirable urban land use planning draw out the spatial locational character and change of urban land use. The propose of tills study is building methodology of Parcel-based Urban Land use Information Svstem(P-bULlS) and it's apphcation methodology that can be used urban planning or land use planning. To this end, each and all of the land parcels of Kangnam area was analyzed. P-bULIS should be able to easily analyze the spatial locational character and change of land use in the region. And It should be able to the qualitative, quantitative and spatial analysis, and spatial multi-variate statistical analysis can be done at relatively low cost by linking the software of statics to P-bULlS.

A framework of using and integrating GIS and OR tools for determining the best site selection has been provided. In this research, we demonstrated that both the P-Median heuristic method and MIP method can be successfully applied to the optimum site selection problem of oil tank location selection. Furthermore, the results identified by both approaches are identical. To accomplish this, both GIS road and maritime networks have been constructed and combined to calculated the minimum distance matrix, which is required by both approaches. After the application to the Korean peninsula, the facility locations chosen are Kunsan, Yosu, Busan, and Okgye for each district. As has been shown, the power of GIS and both algorithm have been demonstrated throughout the research and further similar research can also be conducted using the power of GIS and Operations Research tools.

Large scale composition facility gives in commerce and space structure effect. therefore, this study will estimating locational value of the commercial facilities by separating space analyze to the topological property, predict a pattern and distribution of passenger's routes through the space syntax on the basis of analysis about the topological property which quantitatively using a estimating tool. Moreover, this study should suggest some of present issues at the aspects of inside city plan and design fitting the internalization of street for propelling efficient the locational strategy.

오늘날 우리 사회의 생활과 문화의 질이 향상됨에 따라 공공 및 개인의 안전과 건강에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 특히, 재난과 비상사태는 생명에 대한 희생뿐만 아니라 훨씬 더 심각한 경제적인 결과를 초래한다. 이러한 응급사태에 개비하여 적절히 준비되지 않았거나 재난의 예방 및 완화시킬 방법을 가지고 있지 못한다면 도시의 발전적인 프로젝트는 예고 없이 도시를 강타하는 재난 및 비상사태에 의해 무산되고 만다. 이러한 여건 하에 재난과 응급사고를 효율적으로 대처하는 응급처치와 서비스에 대한 급격한 관심과 함께 일정한 결정적 대응시간 내에 각종사고와 재해로부터 방어할 수 있는 공공서비스에 대한 필요성이 크게 증가되었다. 본 연구에서는 신고, 응급구조, 환자이송 등 도시의 병원 전 단계 의료환경에 대해서 조사하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 반응시간과 출동거리를 분석함으로써, 응급사고에 즉시 응급구조서비스를 제공하기 위해 안전센터(119센터)의 최적 입지를 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 사고발생, 반응시간, 출동거리 등을 응급의료 활동과 관련된 연구논문, 대상지 전역의 소방기록물과 출동일지 등의 통계자료를 활용하여 신속한 응급의료 서비스를 위한 패턴을 분석 하였다. 또한 응급구조대의 조직과 활동의 분석을 통해 응급의료시설의 최적 입지설정을 위한 제도적 개선대안을 마련해 보았다. 대상지 연구를 위해, 구조활동 및 소방서비스의 최근 통계자료의 조사를 통해 진주시의 모든 119센터의 입지와 응급의료서비스 및 사고발생 현황을 나타내었다. 자료 분석을 위해서 SPSS14.0을 사용하였으며, 지역의 특성 분포, 안전센터별 대응시간, 이송시간 등을 소방 GPS시스템과 입지할당모형 중 Center Point Model(CPM)을 적용하였다. 결과적으로 본 연구를 통해 대상지역의 119안전센터의 서비스 질이 나쁜 지역을 지리학적인 관점에서 최적 입지/배분 패턴의 설정을 통해 확인할 수 있었으며, 이를 통해 미래 응급의료서비스의 효율적인 입지/배분을 통해 공공 및 개인의 안전과 건강에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

REITs are very closely related to real estate management, but there have been no prior studies analyzing the location of REITs assets. Therefore, this study analyzed the location characteristics of REITs assets in two aspects to clarify the location characteristics by using spatial information of REITs assets. First, the characteristics of the type of city where REITs assets are distributed were analyzed, and second, the characteristics of the zoning where REITs assets are distributed were analyzed. As a result of analyzing the characteristics of the city where REITs assets are distributed by type, it was analyzed that in the case of the capital area, both the ratio of cities with REITs assets location and the intensity of REITs assets location (number of REITs assets per city) have location characteristics by city hierarchy in the order of metropolitan city > big city > small and medium-sized city. In the case of non-capital area's metropolitan and large cities, the ratio of REITs assets location cities is similar to that of the capital area, but the location intensity of REITs assets was analyzed to be significantly lower than that of the capital area. As a result of the analysis of REITs assets by type, housing REITs assets tend to be located in the old downtown commercial zoning and the new downtown residential zoning, office REITs assets are characterized by concentration of location in specific commercial zoning of Seoul, and retail REITs assets are located mainly in the old downtown station area. In addition, it was found that logistics REITs assets tend to be located in management zoning, centering on key logistics hub cities in the region.

This paper discusses of the problem of direction and orientation of site design of a traditional Korean village. The research focus on how the directional orientation of each houses adapt the direction of the flow of surrounding mountains. The direction of mountains worked as a prime rule which most of the houses( 76.6%) observed the same direction as their own orientation. While the central part of the village followed the direction of mountains more strictly, however the houses on the periphery area tend to be more free from the direction of mountains. This houses of the periphery respect either the direction of the mountain flow right behind the house or faces toward the south.

조류 탐사관은 최근 주 5일 근무제 시행과 더불어 늘어난 관광 수요에 따라 최근 활성화 되고 있는 전시시설의 항 유형이다. 조류를 관찰함으로써 어린이들의 지적 호기심을 충족시키며 가족 단위의 관광 자원으로서 그 입지를 굳혀가는 중이라고 볼 수 있다. 최근에는 지자체의 지역 마케팅 요구에 맞물려 특히 서해안 지역에서 개관을 하였거나 개관 준비 중인 조류 탐사 관련 시설들을 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 조류 탐사 전시시설의 계획에 있어서 고려할 사항을 지역 마케팅과 전시 계획적인 관점에서 고찰하여 보았다.
