Indonesia has become a net crude oil importer because of the reduction of a new oil field discovery, and Indonesia is attempting to raise investment funds through the Kerja Sama Operasi (KSO) contract to develop a small-scale field. However, the KSO has a high-risk and low-return contract system for investors, necessitating an economic evaluation to examine the feasibility of the project. This study performed economic evaluation on the development of an Indonesian small-scale field by applying the KSO contract conditions, and identified the major economic parameters through a sensitivity analysis. As a result, the oil price, CAPEX and OPEX were identified as influential factors for economic evaluation. The results also indicate that commercial production in small-scale fields is difficult. In the future, this study can be used as a reference resource for investment in oil and gas development projects in Indonesia.

Although poultry industry in Japan has been much developed in recent years, it still needs to be developed , compared with developed countries. Since the poultry market in Korea is expected to be opened in the near future it is necessary to maximize the Productivity to reduce the production costs and to develop the scientific, technologies and management organization systems for the improvement of the quality in poultry production. Followings ale the summary of poultry industry in Japan. 1. Poultry industry in Japan is almost specized and commercialized and its management system is ： integrated, cooperative and developed to industrialized intensive style. Therefore, they have competitive power in the international poultry markets. 2. Average egg weight is 48-50g per day (Max. 54g) and feed requirement is 2. 1-2. 3. 3. The management organization system is specialized and farmers in small scale form complex and farmers in large scale are integrated.

미국 브로일러 산업은 지난 수십년 동안 소규모 분산, 비능률적생산체계로 부터 대규모 집약 능률적 산업으로 변모 발전해 왔다. 그 결과로 이제는 전체생산의 99$\%$가 여러 형태의 계열적 계약방식에 의하여 그리고 84$\%$가 10개 주에서 집중 생산되고있다. 이러한 생산체제의 변화는 생산비, 가격, 가공, 유통, 수요변화에 따른 각종 위험으로 부터 브로일러 산업을 보호하여, 능률적이며 안정적인 발전을 가능케 해주고 있다. 본고는 2회에 걸쳐 미국브로일러 산업의 현황과 그 발전동기를 만들어 준 계열화 생산 내용을 소개한다.

조선사는 선주와의 계약에 의한 수주 생산방식으로 계약시 명시된 작업시작일, 도크작업시작일 진수일, 인도일을 지키기 위한 공정별 목표 생산완료일을 결정하게 되고, 각 공장별로 목표 생산완료일을 지키기 위한 일정계획을 수립하게 된다. 생산되는 선박은 선종, 선형에 따라 구성되는 블록의 수가 다르고 그 형태도 매우 다양하다. 그러므로 선박을 건조하기위해 제작되는 블록의 정확한 작업공기와 공수를 예측하기가 매우 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 불확실한 작업공기와 공수를 이용하여 작업장의 공간제약을 고려한 일정계획을 수립하는 문제에 대하여 기존의 공간제약 문제에 대한 연구에서 나아가 실행 단계에서의 운영프로세스를 개선하여 적용하는 연구를 수행하였다. 이번 연구의 결과로 목표 생산계획과 부서계획, 실행 실적을 과거 데이터와 비교분석 하여 개선된 운영프로세스의 효과를 검증하였다.

The Domestic Construction Industry is in the process of changing from a one-sided production method centered on the contractor to a production method in which the order and the contractor can collaborate. Depending on the delivery method, the bid/success method, the contract method, and the degree of business involvement of the order may also vary. In this thesis, in order to introduce 'Construction Management at Risk' suitable for the domestic environment, domestic and foreign institutional analysis, bid process analysis, contract fulfillment and management analysis, post management analysis, and related laws and regulations for legalization In order to suggest a plan for the efficient operation of the system, a system and case analysis of domestic and international construction responsibility type construction project management was conducted. 'Construction Responsible Construction Project Management' defined in the Framework Act on the Construction Industry is divided into the main contract transfer contract, which is a service contract performing pre-con work, and the main contract, which is construction project management and construction contract. Therefore 'Construction Management at Risk' should be regarded as one of the ordering methods rather than a successful bid system, as in the case of overseas, and legalization as a bidding system equivalent to design/construction batch bid and technology proposal is necessary for introduction. In order to introduce 'Construction Management at Risk' suitable for the domestic environment, domestic and foreign institutional analysis, bidding process analysis, contract fulfillment and management analysis, and follow-up management analysis are conducted. A method for efficient operation was suggested so that it can be applied in the domestic market while maintaining the original merits of this system.

The purpose of this study is to establish evaluation model that can explain marginal effects of baseball players of Korean Baseball Organization (KBO) on their team winnings in terms of productivity. We proposed econometric model with using variables that are provided from official homepage of KBO to overcome the complexity of mainly used productivity index: wins above replacement (WAR). Also, compare to the previous studies such as Scully(1974) or Krautmann(1999) that using limited indices of baseball stats, this study included 61 indices that are provided from official homepage of KBO. We estimated regression based WAR(RBWAR) by conducting panel regression with each team's statistics data of 2002 to 2014. As a results, RBWAR shows 0.869 correlation coefficient for batters and 0.882 for pitchers with WAR in 2014 that can be concluded that two indices shows similar results. From the results of estimation, we analyze the relationship between productivity and actual contract of free agent players in 2015 and it showed that teams have contracted reasonably.

For the restoration of construction industry, the government have offered the policy since the end of 1990. It has offered to develop the world-class technology and establish the effective production structure. In the government policy, the delivery and contracting method has improved so that construction industry could be recognized. Foreign countries have conducted the R&D and application of Innovative Contracting for improvement of facilities, reduction of LCC and innovation of contractor. Among the Innovative Contracting, 'Performance Warranty Contracting' is defined that A guarantee of the integrity of a product and of the makers responsibility for the replacement or repair of deficiencies. Performance Warranty Contracting is used for technology developments of contractor, improvement of quality, reduction of LCC, prevention of early deficiencies and reduction of owner's inspection works. This paper analyzes concept and effects of Performance Warranty Contracting and presents considerations according to the introduction.

국제 양계시장은 동남아뿐만 아니라 유럽 국가 등 전 세계적으로 조류인플루엔자가 확산되면서 각국에서 양계산물이 수입을 중단하는 등 시장교류 절차가 강화되고 있으며 감역국의 소비시장 또한 위축되고 있다. 그러나 이런 위기 상황 속에서도 한국의 한 중소기업이 저온살균계란이라는 첨단 기술을 개발하여 안전한 살균 계란을 생산하게 되었으며 이 기술과 생산 시설을 홍콩에 수출을 계약하면서 업계에 비상한 관심을 모으고 있다.
