Continuing education for reference librarians in academic libraries (대학도서관의 참고사서을 위한 계속교육)

  • The purpose of this study is to synthesize the theoretical systems concerning the necessity, methods, contents, and institutions of the continuing education for academic reference librarians in Korea, and to present a direction after performing a survey research to the librarians and grasping the phenomena on the basis of the system. The necessity, participation, contents, and performing institutions of continuing education were examined in detail, and the correlations among the sub-groups divided by gender, age, academic level of study, career as a librarian were analyzed. Also the direction of continuing education for reference librarians was presented on the basis of the analysis. On the basis of the analyzed contents, the following three methods for an ideal form to the continuing education of the reference librarians were presented in this thesis. 1) It is desirable that the continuing educations are performed at a professionalized institutions such as a library and information science department in a college and an education center for librarians which offers the Certificates of Advanced Study(CAS) as a librarian. 2) It is necessary to develop the various types of educational program in which a working reference librarian may take more chances to study during vacation, weekends, or in the evening time. 3) It is necessary to develop the proper educational contents that reference librarians want, and to educate the librarians in order for them to keep pace with the change of times.

  • 현대사회는 전통적인 경제체제에서 디지털 경제체제로의 급속한 이전과 더불어 정보기술이 국가발전의 주요 원동력으로 등장하게 되었다. 특히, e-정부의 출현은 기존의 정부서비스에 대한 시공간적 제약을 극복하는 새로운 패러다임으로 간주되고 있다. 본 연구는 e-정부 실현을 위한 대표적인 사례로 KICIT을 중심으로 정보기술의 활용사례와 더불어 EC-Bank를 중심으로 한 지방정부의 사이버 마케팅에 대한 사례연구를 통해 e-정부의 조기 실현을 위한 산업부문의 e-비즈니스화에 대한 하나의 대안으로 소개하였다. e-구미의 모형은 행정, 생활, 산업 차원에서의 네트워크화, 균형과 조화, 부문간의 연계로 시행정의 디지털화, 사이버 정보생활의 실현 및 산업의 e-비즈니스화의 실현을 중심으로 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 KICIT은 중소도시에 집중되어 있는 지역정보센터의 산학관 협력의 모델케이스로 효율적으로 운영되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이제는 구미지역 기업체와 연구교육기관에서 핵심적인 지원기관으로 지역관련기관과의 보다 유기적인 협력을 계속 유지. 발전해 나가야 할 것이다. 지자체의 사이버 마케팅 사례인 EC-Bank는 정보서비스를 단순히 제공하는 수준인 전자상거래의 초기단계로 사이트 및 콘텐츠 관리의 소홀로 인하여 초기의 목적을 거의 이루지 못한 실정이다. 앞으로 산학관의 친밀한 협력과 e-프로세스의 대혁신을 통해서 새로운 업무활용, 웹기반의 거래처리 및 e-비즈니스 모형의 창출을 위해 계속적으로 노력해야할 것이다.

A Study on Parent's Consciousness in regard to School-based Comprehensive Oral Health Care Program (학부모의 학교계속구강건강관리사업에 관한 의식조사 연구)

  • This study was pursued for the sake of gathering fundamental information to implement school-based comprehensive oral health care program and for planning oral health care program in consideration of parents. The following results were obtained by investigation of consciousness and favor level of 215 parents, who have elementary school children, regarding school-based comprehensive oral health care program. 1. It appears that many parents are not knowledgeable about school-based comprehensive oral health care program. There were significant differences between recognition level of school-based comprehensive oral health care program and age(PE0.05). 2. The parents acquired information about school-based comprehensive oral health care program; 58.7% by their children, 11.2% by mass-media, 10.0% by dentists and 3.7% by dental hygienists. 3. Most parents are in favor of school-based comprehensive oral health care program (96.7%). 4. Many parents(63.7%) prefer that social security law should budget for oral health care program. There were significant differences by sex(PE0.05) and age(PE0.01) As most parents are not so conscious of school-based comprehensive oral health care program, appropriate education program for dentists, dental hygienists and parents should be developed urgently.

  • 우리나라는 1960년대 이후 계속적인 경제성장에 따라 전력에너지의 수요도 끊임없이 증가하였고, 이후 꾸준한 전력계통의 설비 및 용량의 증가로 인해 현재에는 선진국 수준의 송전망을 구축하고 있으며, 765kV급 초고압 송전선로를 자체기술로 건설하여 운영하고 있는 상황이다. 향후 대용량 송전을 위한 초고압 송전계통 구성설비 증대가 계속 될 전망이다. 따라서, 전력의 신뢰도와 안전성 확보가 가능한 유지보수 방안이 필요 할 것이다. 특히 765kV 송전선로 고장시 전력계통에 미치는 영향은 막대할 것으로 사료되며 유지보수를 위해 휴전시 1일 수 억원의 발전제약비용이 발생 될 것으로 예상된다. 이에 765kV 송전선로의 휴전 없는 활선공법 활용의 필요성이 대두되고 있던 바, 산업자원부 전력산업연구개발사업으로 추진된 "초고압 송전선로 활선공법 및 관련장비 개발"(한국전기공사협회, 2006)과제가 성공적으로 개발되었고, 활선작업에서 중요한 직접활선작업원에 대한 전기적 안전성을 충분히 검토 분석되었다. (참고문헌 [1], [2], [3] 분석). 따라서 본 연구에서는 초고압 직접활선 기능을 보유할 수 있는 현장인력 양성을 위한 보다 효율적이고 안전한 교육 프로그램 개발 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • Museums increasingly are expected to be accountable for effectiveness of both new and existing programs, and to broaden and diversify community members served. One approach is to expand program services beyond those for traditional on-site visitors to non-traditional more diverse populations, including at-risk populations. Program evaluators are challenged to verify achievement of such lofty goals in the short term and during early program implementation. Nevertheless, it is critical to examine impacts of newly developed programs to determine viability and to improve them. This study assessed the impacts and efficacy of an on-going, non-traditional museum program targeting transitional homeless people in the community. Results presented a strategy for conceptually framing an assessment of a collaborative museum program serving non-traditional museum clients. Also, this study showed how aspects of one program were perceived by participants, and how those perceptions correspond with program outcomes.

업종별 산업간호사의 보건관리업무 분석

  • 본 연구는 업종별 산업간호사의 보건관리업무의 내용과 수행정도를 측정하고 업종별 보건관리업무 수행정도를 비교 분석코저 한다. 연구방법은 산업간호사회에 등록된 산업장중 서울, 인천, 마산, 창원, 부산, 울산 지역에 있는 130개 산업장을 임의로 선정하여 산업간호사를 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 자료분석은 반도와 백분율, 업종간의 보건관리업무 내용별 수행정도는 일원분산분석과 다중검증 비교로 유의성을 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 업종별로 산업간호사의 업무수행에 유의한 차이를 보인 보건관리내용은 서비스업에 있어서 근로자의 건강사정에 대한 수행정도가 제조업과 기타제조업에서 보다 높게 나타났다.(F=4.23, P=.0167) 반면에 근로자의 건강진단과 계속관리, 작업환경 관리업무 수행정도는 제조업과 기타제조업에서 서비스업보다 높게 나타났다.(F=9.78, P=.0001 ; F=5.366. P=.005) 2) 업종간에 유의한 차이가 없는 보건관리내용은 산업장진단 또는 건강문제분석, 보건교육, 통상증상에 대한 투약, 기록과 보고, 건강관리실 운영 등이었으며 업무수행정도는 가끔 또는 필요시하는 정도로 나타났다. 반면에 조사, 연구 참여에 대한 수행정도는 세 업종 모두 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과들은 산업장 간호사의 신규교육이나 직무교육과정운영이 업종별로 운영되어야 함을 시사해 준다고 볼 수 있으며 또한 산업간호사의 직무 중 보건 교육, 통상질환에 대한 투약, 기록 및 보고, 건강관리실운영등은 업종간에 유의한 차이가 없으나, 수행정도는 낮은것으로 나타나 이에 대한 실제적인 직무교육이 강화되어야 할 것으로 생각된다. 특히 보건교육도 업종별로 차이가 있으므로 다양한 보건교육교재의 개발이 필요하다고 생각된다.

  • Recently, as the increase of internet users and the needs of the new educational paradigm, many educational institutions go into the cyberspace system. Especially, it is increase that the cooperative extension for supplying the degree and the remote lectures in the university itself. Mostly those lectures have the form of discussion with theoretical course in the center. It is needed to the development of educational tools for the other courses. The cyber education systems are due to be developed more and more. So we should consider the effective usage of recent techniques like this. Accordingly, I'd like to say what is the method of using effectively the cyber communication. It would be considered about the part of cyber communications and the educational effects that has classified into three parts: the cyber communication as a educational medium, the communication for the cooperative studies, and the theological background of the cyberspace communication. Moreover it is proposed the two parts of the effective study directions; the constitution of the community study, and the effective study factors.

  • Since learner-centered, participatory, real-situation education is stressed today, we need a new creative method for teaching computers to elementary school students. Nevertheless, there is scant research in this area. Therefore, in my study, I have analyzed the state of the methods of teaching computer literacy in the elementary schools. My aim is to develop a method of computer teaching in the real situation of elementary schools which will greatly improve the learning process. Creative teaching method gives students the initiation. And lead for then to join the activities for using the student's reciprocity. It is the students centered method. As a result of this study offering the educational teaching method of the creative teaching method for the improvement of computer literacy and learning attitude in the school society which has no knowledge brings the practical effects of computer attainments. Some limitation of the subject and theme of this investigation. Then requires the continual study for the of development creative teaching method with the extension experimental groups and educational subjects.

  • The study was aimed to identify the educational needs for gerontological nursing using the nursing diagnosis classification of hospital nurses. A cross-sectional survey was conducted on 245 nurses who had experience caring for older patients within 1-year at two nurse web cafes. As a result of the study, 43 nursing diagnoses were classified into 6 areas: acute care, daily life care, education and counseling, environment and resource management, health promotion, and geriatric disease management. Nursing educational needs differed according to the age, sex, marital status, education level, size of the hospital, and working experience of the nurse. In order to effectively perform nursing care for the elderly and geriatric patients, it may be necessary to investigate the needs of continuous education and develop a detailed education program.

  • The main purpose of this thesis is to research various theories in Cultural Education. It is to rebuild the value of home economics, and to demonstrate its potential to bring out a true human being. Until now, home economics education had been focused on developing ability to solve problems, only to fail us in training students to have ability to cope with different conditions in daily life by themselves. With the society rapidly changing, such a temporizing education system would lose its value immediately, and the identity of home economics education is at stake today. The present situation is resulted from the failure in approaching the culture education properly. With the fact that the elements of home economics are culture themselves. the failures in organizing and teaching the subject would urge us to rearrange curriculum of home economics. We need to bear in mind that the curriculum of home economics cannot contain every cultural value. A careful consideration is necessary in order to include the essence of the culture at the minimum quantity. Through analyzing different types of theories and methods of education in Cultural Education, this research is aimed at reviewing home economics education with its concept. Further study in the future should be proceeded with more comprehensive researches on instruction and learning methods with Cultural Education perspective, based on the analysis.
