Typical Nonparametric methods for randomized block design with replications are two methods proposed by Mack (1981) and Mack and Skillings (1980). This method is likely to cause information loss because it uses the average of repeated observations instead of each repeated observation in the processing of each block. In order to compensate for this, we proposed a test method using linear placement statistics, which is a score function applied to the joint placement method proposed by Chung and Kim (2007). Monte Carlo simulation study is adapted to compare the power with previous methods.

The modern logistics has tried not only to convert the conventional packing system into unit load system using pallet but also to enhance the fitness between packing facilities and transport modes. This is based on the goal to reduce total logistics cost by improving logistics efficiency. Since the packing unit can affect both loading rate and loading facilities, basic form of packing unit is very important to unit load system. The object of this study is to develop a new method for evaluating the effectiveness of standardized packing module. The new method is based on measure of effectiveness (MOE) which are identified by expert survey. This study has originality in that the collecting method for effectiveness of standardized packing module has not been developed up to now.

Although the amount of travel demand is a critical factor in a benefit-cost (B/C) analysis of railway investment, the travel demand changes especially for induced demand have not been considered. Therefore, the basic study of how to estimate travel demand changes after railway investment is worth investigating. This study reviews the methodologies for estimating diverted and induced demand generated after railway investment, and proposes appropriate approaches that will help railway planners to practically apply them in a case study. Further, the research stimulates the needs of consideration of the travel demand changes in the feasibility studies of railway planning.

신규 수자원개발을 위해서는 사회적으로 공감대를 형성해야 하며, 사업을 평가할 수 있는 기준과 방법이 객관성과 타당성을 가져야 한다. 이를 위해 수자원개발 사업시 대상이 되는 편익과 비용을 제시하여 계량화하는 것이 필요하다. 수자원사업에 따른 편익 및 비용의 대상 항목과 그 필요성은 기존에 이미 정립되어 있으나 용수공급과 홍수조절, 수력발전 등 일부 항목에 대한 계량화만이 비교적 실체적으로 연구되었을 뿐이다. 그러나 최근의 사회적 여건변화에 따라 환경개선, 관광 및 레크리에이션, 주운 등 다양한 편익항목의 계량화 방안 개발이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 댐에 의한 환경개선용수공급에 따른 하천수질개선 편익의 계량화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 댐에 의한 하천의 수질개선은 크게 두 가지 측면에서 바라볼 수 있는데 하천유량 증대에 따른 희석효과와 수처리 시설에 의한 정수효과가 그것이다. 본 연구는 댐으로부터 공급되는 풍부한 유량을 바탕으로 희석효과에 의한 하류 수질개선 편익을 계량화하기 위한 것이다. 즉, 풍부한 유량으로 유량감소에 따른 수질악화를 막고, 희석작용에 의한 자정작용의 향상 및 이에 따른 수질개선 효과에 대한 편익이다. 본 연구는 이를 위하여 낙동강수계 내에 신규댐 건설에 의한 하류 수질개선 편익을 산정하고자 한다. 기존에는 환경개선용수 공급을 위한 댐의 편익산정에 대체댐에 의한 대체시설비용법을 적용하였으나, '댐을 대체하는 또 다른 댐'에 의한 편익산정이 갖는 이론적 모순이 제기될 수 있어 설득력을 갖기 힘든 면이 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 댐의 환경개선용수 공급을 통한 수질개선 효과를 산정한 후, 이에 상당하는 효과를 환경기초시설에 의해 구현하였을 때의 비용을 계산하여 환경개선용수 공급의 편익으로 가정하는 대체시설비용법을 제시하였다.

Forest ecosystem provides variety goods and services for human being. Unlike goods, forest ecosystem services could not be easily priced by market mechanism. This uncertainty has been caused to conflict in decision-making related forest ecosystem services. Quantification of forest ecosystem services is required to understand the importance of ecosystem services and their contribution to decision-making. As a growing concern of climate change, it is necessary to quantify and calculate carbon storage and sequestration in forest. In this study, for quantifying carbon storage and sequestration, we compared scale, output, input data availability of the models and analyzed the applicability of the models to Korea. The results of this study show that most models are applicable for quantifying carbon storage and sequestration. However, relatively few models are applicable for other regulating services (air quality regulation, flood mitigation, erosion control, water quality, etc.) of forest. This study would be helpful for quantifying regulating services of forest ecosystem research.

연구개발에 종사하는 연구자나 연구기획자들은 미래에 어떤 기술 또는 연구 분야가 각광을 받을지 파악하기 위해 정보를 수집하거나 분석한다. 그러나 방대한 정보 중에서도 정말 필요한 정보를 단시간내에 효과적으로 수집하기는 쉽지 않다. 기술기획이나 연구기획의 경우 현재의 연구동향이나 현황을 빠른 시간안에 정확히 파악하는 것이 주된 관심사이며, 이것을 지원해 줄 수 있는 연구방법론 중 하나가 계량서지학이다. 본 연구는 계량서지적 분석결과를 효과적으로 이해할 수 있도록 시각화 기법을 이용한 정보분석 방법론을 다룬다. 발표동향 분석, 공동연구네트워크분석, 수준지수분석, 특허인용네트워크를 통한 인용트리분석 등을 이용하여 전자종이(e-Paper)기술분야에 대해 분석하였다. 본 연구는 정보분석에 있어 비전문가라도 신속하게 정보분석 결과를 획득할 수 있도록 KISTI에서 개발한 정보분석시스템인 KnowledgeMatrix S/W와 이를 응용한 S/W를 활용한 방법론을 제시한다. 본 연구에서 사용한 방법론들은 실제로 연구사업에 활용하고 있거나 활용가능성이 매우 높은 방법론을 이용하였기 때문에 향후에도 널리 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단한다.

AHP 기법을 통해 도출된 결과에 대하여 개별 계산 방법과 그룹 계산 방법을 통해 정확성을 검증하였다. 일반적으로 AHP 기법을 사용하여 가중치를 도출하지만 일관성 확인은 되지만 결과 값의 검증은 하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 엑셀을 통해 확인하는 과정을 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 요구와 개발이 혼재된 개발문화로 초래된 수 발주자간 요구사항 갈등, SW기업의 수익구조 악화, 과도한 개발자의 업무량과 이에 따른 고급인력의 SW업종 기피 등의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 SW 요구 개발 분할발주 방법과 기능사양, 품질사양, 그리고 기능점수에 의한 요구사항의 가시화 및 계량화 방안을 제시하고, 이러한 방안이 국내 시장에 정착될 경우 기대되는 여러 가지 효과에 대해서도 논한다.

수명주기 분석은 성숙한 산업사회에서 파생되는 반대급부의 문제와 여기에서 야기되는 영향을 정량화 하려는 과정에서 쓰이는 시스템 접근법(system approach)의 하나이다. 이 분석은 재화나 용역 혹은 기술의 수명주기 전반에서 발생하는 오염문제를 중심으로 환경에 미치는 영향을 종합적으로 연구하려는 것이다. 이러한 분석 개념의 유용성으로 인해 1990년 대 이후 선진국들에서 활용이 활발해지고 있으며, 최근 우리 나라에서도 생산기술의 환경영향 평가에 적극 활용되고 있다. 이 방법의 적용에는, 특히 계량화 방법으로는, 지금까지 직접조사방법이 주로 적용되고 있으나 이의 적용에는 전문가에 의한 많은 시간과 노력이 경주되어야 하기 때문에 현실적인 어려움에 봉착하게 된다. 이 점에서 본 연구에서는 원자력발전의 환경영향 평가에 있어 기존의 직접조사방법의 어려움을 극복하기 위해 산업연관분석의 활용을 모색하였다. 이 방법은 위와 같이 산업연관 분석이 갖는 본원적 한계에도 불구하고 본래 평가목적을 달성하는 데 있어 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

효율성 평가는 그동안 주로 영리를 추구하는 기업들의 주된 관심사였다. 이에 반해 학교, 도서관 및 정부단체 등 비영리조직을 대상으로 한 성과평가는 이들 조직의 존립목적이 특별할 뿐만 아니라 조직활동의 성과인 산출물에 대한 계량화가 어렵다는 이유로 방치되어 왔다. 그러나 최근 들어 비영리조직에 대한 효율성이 이슈로 등장하면서 이러한 기관을 대상으로 한 효율성 측정방법론에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 프랑스의 경우, 공공서비스의 효율성 또는 생산성 측정의 방안으로 가장 널리 이용되고 있는 방법론은 전문가집단에 의한 항목별 평가다.
