Impact of The Experience of being Discriminated on Their Experience of Discrimination: Focusing on The Moderating effect of the education for human rights (청소년의 차별피해경험이 차별가해경험에 미치는 영향 -인권교육의 조절효과를 중심으로-)

  • This study investigated the impact of the experience of being discriminated on their actual experience of discrimination, and verified the moderating effect of the education for human rights. The data used in this study were sampled from the 2014 children and youth human rights survey of Korea National Youth Policy Institute, and 4,023 students in middle or high school were selected for the final data analysis. The moderation model was analyzed by applying SPSS PROCESS macro. The analysis suggested the following. First, it was shown that the experience of being discriminated and the level of help and frequency of the education for human rights were significantly distinguished in the statistics. Second, even though the experience of being discriminated and the level of help of the education for human rights meaningfully influenced the experience of discrimination, frequency of education did not. Third, it was verified that the level of help from education of human rights moderates the relationship between the experience of discrimination and the experience of being discriminated. It also showed that the higher the level of help is, the more the experience of being discriminated exerts influence on the experience of discrimination. Thus, on the basis of the results, the theoretical discussion on the youth discrimination was drawn out and the practical implication on the direction of the education for human rights was suggested.

  • Recently, as the importance of experience data increases, there are many attempts to deal with experience data from a data science perspective. In the case of approaching as a collection method of a quantitative survey method that seeks to quantify numerically such as big data, it is difficult to interpret the value of experience in a wide range, and it is relatively expensive and time consuming, and personal information infringement There is a limit to the analysis due to the risk of However, since ethnography, a procedure for collecting experience data based on qualitative research, is mainly carried out in the natural real environment of future customers from the perspective of users, it is possible to confirm the nature that customers face with a small sample. In addition, it is also easy to interpret the relational dimension of the empirical data. Although the ethnography method of collecting experiential data is economical and efficient, it is important to reduce errors in the collection process because the lack of scientific procedures for the data collection process can be a problem. It is important to secure the validity of whether the correct measurement tool is used for ethnography-based experiential data collection and to secure the reliability of the use of a valid measurement tool and method by accurately selecting the measurement target. From this point of view, it is necessary to verify the reliability of the research method that clearly selects the measurement target and secures the validity for the development of the correct measurement method and tool for the collection of ethnography experience data.   • This study examined methodologies for establishing a customer experience-focused innovation strategy, which is essential to transforming existing collection and preservation-oriented museum service into a visitor-oriented service. To this end, a review of studies examining good customer experience and bad customer experience was conducted, focusing on change in museum environments and customer experience from the service science and customer experience management perspectives. Research was conducted to present and prove. Implementing a customer experience-oriented innovation strategy in a museum requires exploring the various approaches that can be used to reach the target state from the present state, focusing on the customer, and selecting the most appropriate transformation plan. This study found that effective approaches are distinguished by the fact that they generate positive emotions in customers and use customer experience data to make important decisions regarding the establishment of practical resources in museums. This innovation model was developed and validated by analyzing how it differed from existing evaluation methods. Finally, a regression analysis using the customer experience measurement procedure, customer experience diagnosis/evaluation, customer experience innovation strategy, and museum performance as variables revealed a significant causal relationship.

Poor Custodial Grandparents' Life Story and Care-giving Experiences of Their Grandchildren (저소득층 조손가족 조부모의 인생이야기와 손자녀 양육경험)

  • This study examined poor custodial grandparents' life story and care-giving experiences of their grandchildren. 8 grandparents were selected and in-depth interview and participant observation method were used. They showed a miserable life from the birth and discriminative experience of the deprivation of educational opportunities as childhood nadir experiences. They showed the regret for their inability as youth/midlife low point and financial difficulty as old life nadir experiences. In terms of care-giving experiences of their grandchildren, they showed non-voluntary care-giving, anxiety for the generational continuation of hardship, and lack of familial assistance. Poor custodial grandparents also used family-centered value, community-based social assistance, and self-assurance through their sacrifice as their adjustment strategy. Several research themes such as the importance of basic trust in childhood, the experience of financial difficulties, the importance of community-based social assistance, and self-assurance through their sacrifice were suggested for further research.

  • Augmented Reality(AR) has been further developed through connectivity with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, the Internet of Things(IoT). The interest of AR in the advertising is on the increase. However, it needs to explore the use of AR technology in advertising based on user experience rather than the technical aspects. This study is very significant in that it is the exploratory study which provides guidelines in the field of utilizing AR, particularly based on direct user experience. In addition, through a quantitative survey, it checks the validity of the present study to verify the impact of utilitarian, experiential value of AR ad on brand attitude as consumer attitude. The characteristics of AR ad based on user experience through this study will provide guidance to utilize AR ad, utilizing AR technology in various fields, such as education and exhibitions in developing convergence contents that can provide practical value.

  • This study is a user experience study based on location branding at mobile experience stores. As mobile devices have recently become saturated beyond the penetration, the IT industry is encouraging users to buy through experience and can be competitive by increasing brand loyalty through experience stores. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of place branding among experience stores through qualitative and quantitative measurements and analyze the user experience factors related to the location branding to present a future direction. A total of eight subjects were given tasks and then experimented with participatory observations and conducted in-depth interviews. The experiment showed that the experience had a significant effect on users, but the difference between each brand was obvious. Since this study has identified the experience-oriented elements, we expect to provide better service and experience for future users.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore female office worker's bullying experience in the workplace and derive the essential meaning of the experience. For this study, five female workers who experienced workplace bullying were interviewed in-depth and the collected data were analyzed by the method of descriptive phenomenological research of Giorgi. The research questions in this study are 'How do female workers experience bullying in the workplace?' and 'What does it mean to experience bullying in the workplace?' The result of this study is indicated 5 main themes and 19 sub-themes. The 5 main themes are as followed: 'tactfully bullied by perpetrators perceived as a stumbling block', 'struggling with the suffering', 'trying to stand up in a frustration', 'getting a new perspective looking back on herself as a woman', 'being left in the maze, unable to discern who was wrong'. Furthermore, the study suggested common and core elements of female worker's bullying experience, and proposed a generic framework of the relationship among the elements. Finally, discussions and implications applicable to counseling were presented.

  • This study explored in-depth emotional experiences influenced by childhood trauma of adult female survivors. For this purpose, in-depth interviews were conducted with married adult women who experienced trauma in their childhood. The collected data were analyzed using Colaizzi phenomenological research method. As a result of the study, 7 categories were derived: 'children who cannot protect themselves', 'childhood trauma,' 'insecure attachment and good child syndrome,' 'difficulties in interpersonal relationships,' 'difficulties in raising children,' 'somatization symptoms,' 'finding myself who is lost.' In addition, this study aims to understand the psychological experience of children in the family and the relationship between parents and children and the growth experience of healing them by comparing and contrasting the two cases of trauma. The foundation for healthy ego-resilience and emotional well-being has been laid through the research results on negative and maladaptive emotional experiences reflected throughout the life of adult women who suffered childhood trauma.

  • 소프트웨어 기술의 생명주기가 점점 짧아지고 복잡해짐에 따라 그 기술을 이해하기가 힘들어 진다. 객체지향 기술채택을 더욱 잘 이해하는 것이 이 논문의 연구동기이다. 객체지향 기술이 전통적인 소프트웨어 프로세스 기술에 대한 새로운 패러다임이기 때문에 프로세스 중심의 구조지향 기술과 같은 기존의 소프트웨어 엔지니어링의 경험에 영향을 받을 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 이전의 구조지향 기술의 경험과 기술변화에 대한 개인적인 인식이 미국 기업체에서 객체지향 기술채택에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 실제로 조사하는데 있다. 2 X 2 유사 실험계획법이 사용되었다. 구조지향 방법을 사용한 경험과 새로운 기술에 대한 개인적 혁신정도(Personal Innovativeness)가 독립변수로, 객체지향 방법에 대한 사용편이성(Ease of Use)과 유용성(Usefulness)이 종속변수로 선정되었다. 데이터는 구조지향 방법과 객체지향 방법을 모두 사용한 경험이 있는 자료처리 및 관리협회(DPMA: Data Processing and Management Association)에 소속된 정보 시스템 전문가로부터 수집되었다. 연구결과는 구조지향 방법을 사용한 경험은 객체지향 방법의 사용편이성과 유용성에 영향을 주지만 개인적 혁신성은 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 과거의 구조지향 방법을 많이 사용하면 할수록 객체지향 방법의 사용편이성 값이 낮게 나타나기 때문에 이전 문헌에서 제시된 구조지향 방법의 객체지향 방법에 대한 지식간섭(Knowledge Interference) 현상이 있음을 실증적으로 보여주었다 마지막에는 본 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구에서 지식간섭을 줄일 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

Phenomenological Study on the Experience Suicide Attempt of the older Seneior citizen (후기고령노인의 자살시도 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 후기 고령노인의 자살시도 경험의 의미와 본질을 탐구하여 이들의 경험에 대해 보다 심층적으로 이해하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 서울지역 ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$구에 거주하는 자살시도를 경험한 75세 이상 노인 6명을 연구참여자로 의도표집하여 심층면접을 실시하였다. 수집한 자료를 현상학적 연구방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. Giorgi가 제시한 4단계 분석 절차에 따라 자료를 분석한 결과 6개의 구성요소와 20개의 하위 구성요소가 도출되었다. 연구를 통해 후기 고령노인의 자살시도 경험의 4가지 구성요소는 <모진 세월의 회한; 죽도록 고생한 모진 인생, 조실부모와 가난의 대물림, 도무지 잊을 수 없는 자식들의 외면, 가족갈등에서 온 깊은 원망>, <절망적이며 처량한 신세; 경제력을 상실과 절망, 마음대로 죽을 수 없는 처절함, 차라리 죽고 싶은 죄책감>, <쓸모없는 무가치한 삶; 아무 쓸모없는 사람, 자녀들 및 신세지기 싫은 강박관념에 괴로움, 자살충동이 일어남>, <참을 수 없는 신체의 고통과 무기력: 죽음과 삶의 두려움, 우울증, 정신병, 치매, 무기력>, <의지할 곳 없는 외로움; 하루 종일 고립됨, 숨쉬고 있지만 마지 못해 살아감, 죽은 것처럼 살고 있는 나, 하루가 지루함>,<마지막 선택; 세상이 싫어 떠날 것임, 먼저 간 배우자 따라.., 아무것도 바라지 않음>으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 후기 고령노인의 자살시도 경험에 대한 의미와 본질을 논의하고 노인자살예방을 위한 실천 현장의 구체적 개입전략, 생명존중문화의 실질적인 대처 방안에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.
