  • 최근 들어 빅데이터 기반의 추천 방식과 개인화 시스템을 활용하여 맞춤형 콘텐츠를 추천해주는 서비스가 주목받고 있다. 이는 단순히 OTT 서비스뿐만 아니라 상품추천이나 음악 추천, 친구 추천, 뉴스 추천 등 여러 분야에서도 널리 사용 중이다. 본 연구는 OTT 서비스의 맞춤형 콘텐츠를 지속해서 이용하는 경우 정보 탐색 과정의 사용 경험과 이용만족도에 대해 알아보고자 시작되었다. OTT 서비스 중 사용자가 가장 많고 콘텐츠 추천 기능이 강점인 넷플릭스와 왓챠플레이를 중심으로 사용자 인터뷰를 진행하여 사용자들의 추천 기능 이용 패턴을 파악하고 그 과정에서의 특이사항이나 어려움을 파악하려 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 콘텐츠 추천 및 탐색 과정의 UX를 개선할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

  • Recently, as the importance of experience data increases, there are many attempts to deal with experience data from a data science perspective. In the case of approaching as a collection method of a quantitative survey method that seeks to quantify numerically such as big data, it is difficult to interpret the value of experience in a wide range, and it is relatively expensive and time consuming, and personal information infringement There is a limit to the analysis due to the risk of However, since ethnography, a procedure for collecting experience data based on qualitative research, is mainly carried out in the natural real environment of future customers from the perspective of users, it is possible to confirm the nature that customers face with a small sample. In addition, it is also easy to interpret the relational dimension of the empirical data. Although the ethnography method of collecting experiential data is economical and efficient, it is important to reduce errors in the collection process because the lack of scientific procedures for the data collection process can be a problem. It is important to secure the validity of whether the correct measurement tool is used for ethnography-based experiential data collection and to secure the reliability of the use of a valid measurement tool and method by accurately selecting the measurement target. From this point of view, it is necessary to verify the reliability of the research method that clearly selects the measurement target and secures the validity for the development of the correct measurement method and tool for the collection of ethnography experience data. Therefore, in this study, a verification study was conducted on the data and methodology cases of the'I know you_AI' service that analyzes the customer experience of self-employed based on the ethnography method of collecting experience data..

Client-identified Significant Events and Interactional Process in Gestalt Therapy Using the Therapeutic Media (치료적 매체를 이용한 게슈탈트 심리치료에 나타난 중요사건 및 매체와의 상호작용과정)

  • The purpose of this research is to scrutinize what are characteristics of client-identified significant events and interactional process in Gestalt therapy using the therapeutic media. The subjects of the study were 4 participants. To this purpose, a audio-taped session and a intensive interview were conducted to examine. The collected data for this study were analyzed by Comprehensive Process Analysis. The audio-taped session and interview data were first transcribed and then analyzed for client-identified significant events. A total of 74 pairs of conversations were analyzed to derive the interactional process within the significant event case. In conclusion, it was found that the interactional process of significant events in the Gestalt therapy contributed to the change of the client by interacting with the therapeutic media. 5 major themes of interaction with the therapeutic madia appeared. The 5 major themes are allowance, identification, recognition, acceptance and prospective. Finally, the significance and limitations of the study were clarified and suggested for further study.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate both theoretically and empirically the roles of models in abductive reasoning for scientific problem solving. The context of the study is design-based research the goal of which is to develop inquiry learning programs in the domain of earth science, and the current article dealt with an early process of redesigning an abductive inquiry activity in geology. In the theoretical study, an extensive review was conducted with the literature addressing abduction and modeling together as research methods characterizing earth science. The result led to a tentative scheme for modeling-based abductive inference, which represented relationships among evidence, resource models, and explanatory models. This scheme was improved by the empirical study in which experts' reasoning for solving a geological problem was analyzed. The new scheme included the roles of critical evidence, critical resource models, and a scientifically sound explanatory model. Pedagogical implications for the support of student reasoning in modeling-based abductive inquiry in earth science was discussed.

Study on Experience Courses of Families Reorganization of North Korean Refugees: Focused on the Deduction of the Political Implication (북한이탈주민의 가족재구성 경험과정연구 -정책적시사점 도출을 중심으로-)

  • This study divides and traces experience courses of families' disorganization and reorganization of North Korean refugees in North Korea, China, and South Korea after settlement respectively, from the course of their escaping North Korea to entering South Korea. Through these results, the study is to propose political implications. Main data for the study were analyzed through a case study as a qualitative study method, targeting eight people from July in 2012 to March in 2013. From the study result, though North Korean refugees seemed to disorganize and leave family relations in the course of escaping North Korea, it was found out that this is not disorganization but a preparatory stage which saves families standing at the crossroads of life and death and makes a chance to live with them someday. In these courses, in order for them to overcome their situations and survive, while repeating disorganization and reorganization of families, they used them as a way of saving themselves and their families. It was discovered that these phenomena always occurred simultaneously.

Sensory Integration Clinical Adaptation of Novice Occupational Therapists Working at a Child Private Clinic Center (아동 발달센터에서 근무하는 신입 작업치료사의 감각통합 임상 적응과정)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study was to identify the experiences of novice occupational therapists working at a child private clinic center in the clinical experience process of sensory integration therapy and to understand the adaptation process in child private clinic center. Methods : The participants were four occupational therapists with less than 1 year of clinical experience. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, and the recorded interview responses were transcribed and analyzed. The analysis of the data was made by phenomenological analytic method suggested by Giorgi. Results : As a result of analyzing the adaptation process of novice occupational therapists working at the child private clinic center, 3 categories, 6 themes, and 16 main meanings were derived. Novice occupational therapists experienced difficulties arising from clinical, obstacles from the working environment, positive factors inside the center, support from outside the center, self-effort, and changes through adaptation experience. Conclusion : Along with changes to the social system and pediatric rehabilitation institution, one's own effort are also required so that novice child occupational therapists working at child private clinic centers can adapt and perform at their roles.

The Experiences of High School Students about Astronomical Observation Activities Seen through the Movement of Deleuzian "Becoming" (들뢰즈의 '되기' 운동으로 바라본 고등학생들의 천체 관측 활동 경험)

  • Science practice is a process of establishing new relationships with 'foreign things' such as learning objects or tools for observation and measurement. Since the practice of science in major subjects has been increasingly emphasized, we sought to understand the meaning co-created by students and numerous materials who have experienced astronomical observation as a Deleuzian experience of "becoming". We collected activity logs and photographic data written by 17 students participating in astronomical observation activities at "A" High School, and conducted in-depth interviews with the students. We assessed the collected data by reconstructing a situation analysis. The main research results include the students' existential-epistemological 'becoming' process: 1) discovering newness through repetition, 2) becoming an 'explanation machine' to convey the affect of astronomical observation activities, 3) breaking out of a stabilized territory, and crossing a threshold. Based on the results, we suggested the need for follow-up research on the practices and new experimental approaches of teachers in earth science education.

Analysis of Elementary Pre-service Teachers' Experiences and Understanding of Software Education (초등 예비교사의 소프트웨어 교육 관련 경험과 이해도 분석)

  • Because the success of SW education depends on teachers' competences and understanding, many universities of education are carrying out SW education for pre-service teachers. The purpose of this research is to analyze the current status of pre-service teachers' programming learning experiences and understanding of curriculum and educational effects related to SW education. The participants were 294 junior and senior students enrolled in a university of education. In relation to 'programming learning experiences', many responded positively in terms of interest, usefulness and willingness to learn. However, many were not satisfied with their programming experiences, felt difficulty in programming, and evaluated their programming abilities as low. For the 'understanding of SW education curriculum', many recognized the necessity of SW education and understood that the allocated time was insufficient. Both positive and negative opinions were reported concerning the fact that SW education is conducted in practical arts. In comparison, many did not understand well about the concept and characteristics of SW education and the details of the curriculum. In relation to the 'understanding of SW education effects', many understood positively about all the effects presented in the questionnaire including problem solving abilities and creativity. In addition, significant differences were found among pre-service teachers' major categories regarding the programming learning experiences and the understanding of SW education curriculum and effects. Based on the results of the research, suggestions were made for the improvement of the pre-service teachers' SW education program.

Investigating the pre-service early childhood teachers' experience of making teaching materials (예비유아교사들의 교재교구 제작 경험 탐색)

  • This study examined the process, difficulties and understanding of making teaching materials by investigating the pre-service early childhood teachers' experience of making such materials. The results of the study would help in the design direction and methods of education for pre-service teachers in how to make materials. A total of 30 university students, who took the course of 'Early Childhood Educational Materials and Research Method' in B university, participated in the study. At the exploration stage, the pre-service teachers utilized the teacher guidance of Nuri curriculum, major books, internet materials, and their observation experiences in kindergartens. At the planning stage, they considered chiefly the children's interest and level, explored materials sufficiently, and selected the production method carefully. At the production stage, they performed basic hard work to prevent rework and tended to stick to the basics beyond their initial ambition as the work progressed. The difficulties that they faced, feeling pressured, were making materials based on their imagination without experiencing much from the infants, feeling embarrassed when things did not progress as planned, and feeling a sense of loss when comparing with other friends. Through these difficulties, the importance of precise planning, executing the process thoroughly, and repeatedly checking and reviewing the entire process of making textbooks and materials were realized. In addition, there is a need to search for a better development direction for the effective development of teaching textbooks and materials.

Customer-Brand Relationship Quality and Relationship Strength (서비스 브랜드경험이 소비자-브랜드 관계의 질 및 관계강도에 미치는 영향)

  • This research tries to examine the effect of brand experience in service marketing perspective for generalized application. The analysis was held with customers who recently visited in retail stores by using SPSS18K and Smart PLS 2.0. The study verified the structural equation model hypothesizing the relationship among brand experience, relationship quality, and relationship strength. According to the result of this study, four brand experience factors have positive effect on the relationship quality. In detail, the effect of sensory experience was strongest. Furthermore, the effect of relationship quality on relationship strength also significant as prior researches addressed. The research has several marketing implication on brand experience management and customer relationship management. For service firms, customers' perception of positive brand experience can generate the tangible and intangible performance in the relationship marketing perspectives.
