수퇘지는 농장의 얼굴이며 관리상태 여하 및 이용 방법에 따라 농장의 성패를 좌우한다고 해도 과언은 아닐 것이다. 수퇘지를 구입하지 못하고 있고, 또한 선발요령 및 사용시기, 관리요령, 승가훈련에 미숙한 점이 많이 노출되고 있기에 양축가들에게 조그마한 힘이 되고저 경험을 통하여 얻은 지식을 나열해 보고, 가장 문제시 되고 있는 승가불능 수퇘지로 인한 경제적 손실을 찾음과 동시에 농장의 이익에 도움이 되었으면 한다.

지난 2008년은 글로벌 금융위기에 의한 악재가 해운시장에 그대로 반영된 한 해였다. 지난해 9월15일 리먼브러더스 파산신청을 계기로 시작된 미국발 금융위기가 급속도로 실물경제로 전이되면서 세계교역량이 급격히 감소하면서 세계해운시장은 벼랑 끝으로 추락했다. 다음은 Lloyd's Shipping Economist 2월호 '통계로 본 2008년 해운시황 회고'를 정리한 것이다.

This study explores the meaning of life insurance planner's job experiences achieving job security, high performance and high income. After 6 of life insurance planners working in the field were chosen as the study participants, we use narrative approach to studying the meaning of their job experiences. The study shows that perception about job competency of planners depends on the level of experience: candidates who had no experience at all feel that anyone can perform planner's job, new employees after introduction training program see planners can do with product knowledge and consulting competency, and experienced people admit they can perform successfully only when they have good attitude towards customers and do all their work in a conscientious manner. Also, the meaning of planner's job experiences is identified as awareness of work value and serving customers with their commitment. The anticipated factors that make planner's job performed successfully are playing a role as a teacher, doctor, and angel, being regarded as happiness preacher for economic stability of individuals and families, and displaying their performance as experts.

With the trend of urban polynucleation, the issue of detecting economic clusters or urban employment centers has been considered as crucial. However, the prior researches had some limitations in detecting economic clusters in the empirical analysis: i.e. inherent inefficiency of density-based clustering methods, difficulty in detecting linear types of spatial clusters and lacks of consideration of economic significance. The purpose of this paper is to propose the clustering method with the procedure of testing statistical and economic significance named as VCEC (Variable Clumping method for Economic Clusters) and to apply it to a case analysis of Erie County, New York, in order to test its validity. By applying a search radius and a total employment as an economic threshold, 'the both statistically and economically significant clusters' were detected in the Erie County, and proved to be efficient.

The two districts, 'Xita' and 'Manrong' in Shenyang City, the cases of this study, form ethnic enclave economies revolving around small business enterprises run by Korean Chinese. This ethnic enclave economy appeared as Korean Chinese came to have 'double ethnic resources'-Korean Chinese and Koreans living in China, and to play the role of middlemen. This was helped by the Chinese government's encouragement(to attract the capitals of South Korea), and the experiences of Korean Chinese who had played in South Korea. This 'double ethnic enclave economy' has put Korean Chinese in a position where they cooperate with Koreans in China on the one hand, but are forced to compete with them on the other. For the development of a Chinese Korean economy, therefore, it is needed to enhance the cooperation with Koreans living in China within the ethnic enclave economies and at the same time to increase economic activities outside of the enclave economy.

한반도에 내습하는 태풍의 발생빈도와 강도는 큰 편은 아니나 우리는 거의 해마다 태풍으로 인한 재해를 경험하고 있다. 특히 태풍에 의한 경제적 손실은 1960년대 이후 경제개발과 도시화로 인한 인구과밀지역에서 크게 나타나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 태풍재해의 대책을 수립하는데 필요한 기초자료를 마련하기 위한 방향을 제시하고자, 태풍재해를 유발하는 기상적 요인과 더불어 경제.사회적 조건이 재해의 규모 및 강도에 미치는 기여도가 상당히 크다는 것을 밝히고자 하였다. 한반도에 큰 피해를 남기는 태풍의 진로는 서해를 따라 북진하다가 반도부를 거쳐 동쪽으로 빠져나가는 E경로로서 한반도의 동쪽을 통과하는 진로를 취할 때 보다 더 큰 영향을 끼친다. 재해지역의 공간분포는 대체로 남해안 지역에 집중되어 있다. 태풍재해는 일반적으로 태풍중심에서부터 피해지역가지의 최단거리, 강수량, 최대풍속 등의 기상적 요긴과 피해지역의 토지이용 및 그 지역의 산업구조를 포함하는 사회.경제적 요인 그리고 재해대책수준 및 태풍예보기술 등 다양한 원인에 의해 태풍의 피해의 정도가 결정됨을 태풍재해의 공간분포와 발생요인의 분석결과 알 수 있었다. 침수로 인한 피해는 경남과 전남의 농촌지역에서 넓게 나타나고, 경제적 손실은 대규모의 도시와 공업이 발달된 경남해안지역에 집중되고 있다. 태풍재해의 규모를 저감시키기 위해서는 보다 정확하고 신속한 기상예보기술의 향상을 도모해야 함은 물론 홍수예방시설의 확충과 더불어 GIS 기법을 활용한 방재정보시스템에 기초하는 도시종합방재대책을 수립하도록 해야 할 것이다.

This study investigates the underlying mechanism of YOLO in millennial consumer, especially the influence of perceived economic recession on the present-biased preference. In addition, it was attempted to expand the implicit theory by proposing the individual's entity belief as a mediator for the effect of perceived economic situation on consumers' present-biased seeking behavior. In three experimental studies, undergraduate students who both highly primed and measured negative economic situation showed more favorable attitudes towards present-biased persuasive message and related products. The results of this research provides practical implication for marketers especially in the current situation experiencing economic slowdown due to low economic growth and COVID 19.
