  • The followings are the characteristics of Kyunghakkwan of Youngjae Oh Yunsang. First, he delves into Soju (小注: Small notes or commentaries) of Saseo-Jibju-Daejeon (四書集註大全: Compendium of the Commentaries of Four Confucius Canons). Frequently adding, "thinking," "thinking again," he enumerates his own theories critical of various scholars who left commentaries in Daehak-Janggu-Daejeon (大學章句大全: Compendium of the sentences and phrases in Daehak, one of the canon) and Jungyong-Janggu-Daejeon (中庸章句大全: Compendium of the sentences and phrases in Jungyong, another canon). Secondly, he quotes theories of Korean confucius scholars. Besides Lee Yulgok, he introduces mainly theories of Nongam Kim Changhyub and Namdang Han Wonjin. Thirdly, he researches into various canons. He diverts from the general trend of Chosun confucius studies which focuses on Saseo and explores Seokyung (書經: One of Five canons of Chinese Confucius Studies and the oldest history book). Fourthly, his Kyungseol, especially that of Jungyong, was recognized and accepted by his contemporary Giho School scholars. Finally, he shows skepticism even on Confucius's own ideas and begs to differ.

Gyeongjae O Chiik's Views on Classical Studies (경재(褧齋) 오치익(吳致翼)의 경학관(經學觀))

  • This paper analyzes the views of Gyeongjae O Chiik on Classical Studies. O is the second son of Noju O Heesang (1763-1833). The characteristics of his views are as follows. First, unlike his father, Gyeongjae is more interested in Chinese Textual Criticism than in Hsing-li hsüeh. Therefore, he provides textual interpretation in detail with erudition in his Manrok and Munjip on the formation and problems for such classics as The Four Classics, The Classic of Poetry, The Book of Changes, The Rites of Zhou, The Book of Rites, and The Spring and Autumn Annals. Second, his openness. He didn't canonize The Book of Changes. Also, he thought that the analysis of Jeongja in his Annotation on the Book of Changes and Zhuxi's Original Interpretations, the absolute authority of the time, were not the only interpretation possible. He argued that other interpretation is possible depending on perspectives and it is desirable. We can see that Gyeongjae had transcended the world view of Zhuxi Studies. Third. he put the emphasis on the theories during the Han dynasty. He showed the inclination toward the Yuheung theories rather than Zhuxi theories in regard of the discussion of names in The Analects of Confucius. Fourth, unlike other Confucius scholars in Chosun, he showed interests in Gongyangjeon and Gokryangjeon. He compiled Gonggokmunseon with beautiful writings from both works. Fifth, he was interested in the dynamics of constant numbers. He grasped that what is important in the Book of Changes is not right principles but constant numbers and points. Thus he compiled Sangjeomyuhoe. Besides, he was also interested in the Rites of Zhou.

  • 아파트 신축공사 흙막이 가시설 현장에 근접 매설된 상수관의 누수 및 파열 사고로 터파기 공사 현장에 토사 유실 및 지반 함몰이 발생되었으며, 흙막이 가시설의 토류판이 파손되었다. 흙막이 가시설의 안정성 확보를 위해 벽체구간은 레이커로 보강하고 사보강재는 1단과 2단을 묶어 힘을 분산시키고 종방향으로 보강 및 토류판 보강을 시행하였다.

  • 아파트 신축공사 흙막이 가시설 현장에 근접 매설된 상수관의 누수 및 파열 사고로 인접 건물이 공사현장 방향으로 58~188mm 기울어졌으며, 지중수평경사계 계측결과 21.07.20일 22.64mm가 21.10.18.일 101.46mm로 급격하게 78.82mm의 큰 수평 변위가 발생되었으며, 이로 인해 흙막이 가시설의 사보강재가 변형되고 토류판 일부가 파손되었다.

  • 현재 국내에서 적용하고 있는 관내 최대유속기준 3.0m/s의 타당성을 평가하고자 SWMM 모형을 이용하여 최대유속 적용기준에 대한 우수관거 수리분석 연구를 수행하였다. 강우시 모니터링 지점의 우수유입에 따른 관내 실측결과와 검 보정을 통하여 모형을 구축하였으며, 설계빈도(10년 빈도) 홍수 유입시 관내 수리특성을 분석하였다. 관 최적 설계안 수립을 위한 관거 모델링 수행을 통해 관 경사, 조도계수 변화에 따른 관내 최대유속 민감도 분석을 수행하고 최대유속 기준 변화에 따른 최적설계안을 제시하였다. 일반적으로 우수관거 수리계산시 실무에서는 MAKESW 프로그램을 사용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 MAKESW가 반영하지 못하는 호우시 관거내 유속, 유량변화 시계열을 SWMM 모형을 통하여 우수관거 수리분석을 수행하였다. 실제 사업지구의 경우 MAKESW를 이용하여 설계된 관내 최대유속이 3.0m/s 이하 일지라도 월류, 압력류, 배수영향을 종합적으로 고려하는 SWMM 모형의 수행결과는 일부 관거에서 설계기준 이상의 유속이 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 설계빈도 홍수량 유입시 관 경사, 조도계수 변화에 따른 관거 내 최대유속 민감도 분석을 수행한 결과, 관 경사가 5‰ 증가할 때 관내 최대유속은 약 4~26% 증가했으며, 관경사가 완만한 경우 관 경사 증가에 따른 최고유속의 증가 민감도는 더 커졌다. 관 조도계수에 따른 최고유속 분석결과 관 조도계수가 0.005 커질 때 최고유속은 약 30% 증가하는 것으로 분석되었다. 현재 국내의 최대 유속기준을 준수하려면 규정보다 훨씬 많은 맨홀 또는 암거의 낙차공을 설치해야 하기 때문에 공사비 증대를 초래할 수 있다. 아직 기본적인 연구단계지만 본 연구결과와 보완연구를 통하여 최적의 관내 최대유속 기준조건을 우수관거 설계계획에 반영한다면 공사비 절감, 공기단축 등의 효과가 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • An inappropriate insertion of a interference device to fix the graft in the tibial tuunel can cause potential complications. We describe a case of 27-year-old man who underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction using IntraFix device(DePuy Mitek, Raynham, MA). In this report we present a case of migration of IntraFix sheath by inappropriate insertion of IntraFix screw along with a review of the current literature.

Experimental Verification of Obstacle Avoidance Algorithm ELA Applicable to Rescue Robots (구조로봇에 적합한 장애물 회피 알고리즘 ELA의 실험적 검증)

  • In this paper, we provide experimental results and verification for obstacle avoidance algorithm 'ELA(Emergency Level Around)', which is applicable to rescue robots. ELA is a low level intelligence-based obstacle avoidance algorithm, so can be used in fast mobile robots requiringhigh speed in operation with little computational load. Constructed system for experiments consist of laptop, sensors, peripheral devices and mobile robot platform VSTR(Variable Single-tracked Robot) to realize predetermined scenarios. Finally, experiment was conducted in indoor surroundings including miscellaneous things as well as dark environment to show fitness and robustness of ELA for rescue, and it is shown that VSTR navigates endowed area well with real-time obstacle avoidance based on ELA. Therefore, it is concluded that ELA can be a candidate algorithm to increase mobility of rescue robots in real situation.

  • In this paper, we propose a new driving mode control algorithm for a mobile robot based on obstacle detection. The robot has a variable geometry single-tracked mechanism, so it can maximize a contact length with ground for the adaptability to off-road and puesue a stable system due to the lower center of gravity. However this robot system embodied passive type according to operator. In this reason, several problems are detected. So, this research presents a new method of obstacle detection using PSD infrared sensors and translates the variable tracks on the best suited driving mode actively. And experimental results about mentioned are presented.

  • In this paper, we propose a new obstacle negotiation method for the rescue robot. The rescue robot has a variable geometry single-tracked mechanism, so it can maximize a contact length with ground for the adaptability to off-road and pursue a stable system due to the lower center of gravity. In this research, we add the basis of autonomous navigation, driving mode control based on obstacle detection, to the robot to realize automation of mode transformation. Obstacle detection using PSD(Position Sensitive Device) infrared sensors gives active transformation of the track shape. Finally, experimental results about mentioned are presented.
