Special judicial police officer are exercising their right to investigate areas that require expertise that is difficult for ordinary police to investigate. The fire special judicial policer are also like this, and since they investigate the specialized field of fire offenders, they require not only expertise in the firefighting field but also professional capabilities in the investigation. To achieve this, there must be improvements in the selection process for fire and special judicial police officers to secure excellent investigative personnel. There is a lack of educational facilities and training content that can systematically educate selected investigative personnel and strengthen their expertise, so improvements are needed. must also be done. Laws on controversial areas surrounding the fire and special judicial police must be reorganized and poor investigative conditions must be improved so that the fire and special judicial policer can properly perform their role.

Questionnaires were deployed total of 320 and the recovered 259 questionnaires were used in the analysis. The collected questionnaires were analyzed by using SPSS21.0, Amos21.0. Statistical analysis was to test the hypothesis through reliability analysis, factor analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis. Statistical significance level was set at .05. These results obtained in this study according to the method and procedure is as follows. Safety needs has a significant impact on job satisfaction and organizational commitment and organizational commitment has a significant impact on job satisfaction. And organizational commitment was investigated as part of a mediating role in the relationship between job satisfaction and safety needs.

Peacekeeping operations (PKO), which were based mainly on military operations in the Cold War era, have become diverse in the post-Cold War era. The history of the PKO of Korean police began in 1994 as two policemen were deployed to Somalia for rebuilding law and order in this country, but the role of Korean police in PKO has been limited so far, compared to that of Korean military. At this point when global conflicts escalate does the UN urge its 193 member states to conduct diverse PKO. In particular, maintaining law and order as the primary duty of police is required strictly for law enforcement while the warring country is being rebuilt. In this regard, some member states such as US, China, and Germany have deployed police force in order to play its role in a direct or indirect manner. On the contrary, the extent of the contribution of Korean police in PKO is too insignificant to measure. To this end, here in the present study were analyzed first the trend of global conflicts and the circumstance of law and order in the conflict regions. Then the PKO of police from countries including Republic of Korea, US, China, and Germany were compared, and so was the chronological change of PKO. Last, a measure to expand the capacity of Korean police and for its active role in PKO was proposed.

The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship among the quality of service, the satisfaction of service and the satisfaction of life in public security of Police. This research made by Final Judgment based on Seoul Citizens living in Seoul as a focus group, total number of citizens for final analysis is 491. The research consists of 60 questionnaires shows frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression, path analysis by SPSSWIN 18.0 and reaches the following. The reliability of the survey showed a Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value of over 0.607. results; First, the quality of service in public security of Police in fluences the satisfaction of service. Second, the quality of service in public security of Police in fluences the satisfaction of life. Third, the satisfaction of service in public security in fluences the satisfaction of life. This study on the training of police officers job satisfaction and job performance is to identify the relationship. This study of 2012 Police Training Institute courses in related expenses 5 population in the process of initiation of a national police officer selection, and note that the sampling method used to extract a total of 300 samples, but the number of cases that were used in the final analysis, 268 people. Data processing by the SPSSWIN 18.0 factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression, path analysis. Conclusions are as follows. First, the police officer's training affects job satisfaction. In other words, work-related, of course the more positive the evaluation of job training job satisfaction is high, education, the stronger the motivation and job satisfaction also higher education can be. Second, the education and training of police officers affects job performance. In other words, work-related, educational motivation, job training curriculum for the more positive job performance rating is also high. Third, the police officer's job satisfaction affects job performance. In other words, education can be a higher job performance and job satisfaction also high. Fourth, the training of police officers on the job satisfaction and job performance directly or indirectly affected. That is, the internal job satisfaction and job performance, job training parameters are the important variables.

This study examined the current situation of the problem and to suggest an improvement plan for the general public officers who are currently working as the Special Judicial Police for Disaster Safety in Gyeonggi-do and Kangwon-do provinces. The present situation of the operation was analyzed, and the problems, improvement plan, and activation plan of the system were derived. Avascular necrosis (AVN) is defined as the cellular death of bone and bone marrow components due to the loss of blood supply, and associated with post-traumatic or non-traumatic events. AVN usually involves the epiphysis of a long bone, such as the femoral and humeral heads, which are susceptible to osteonecrosis. Many studies have been conducted but they were restricted to investigations of femoral head avascular necrosis. The presence of osteonecrosis in the proximal femur may impair biological fixation after total hip arthroplasty. We report a 56-year-old male patient with avascular necrosis located not only at the femoral head, but also in the entire femur, including the medullary cavity, who underwent total hip arthroplasty 2 years earlier along with a review of the relevant literature.
