This study is unlike common Input-Output Analysis in the point that both RAS and methods are applied to the dynamic Input-Output Model simultaneously. We have analyzed the propagation effects on the regional economy from the investment generated by u-City construction in Wha-sung and Dong-tan City. The main results of the study are as follows. The total induced effect on production according to u-City construction in Wha-sung and Dong-tan City is estimated about 2.9 times. On the other hand, u-City industry is appreciated as a industry which a forward linkage effect is very high while a backward linkage effect is not that high.

This purpose of this paper is to study the economic effects of port-liquid freight by focusing on Korea port and induce its policy implication. For this, 29 sectors' input-output tables with port-logistic sector as an individual sector is constructed. The direct industrial effects of port-liquid freight are analysed to be an increase in about 3.6billion dollars' worth of production of the port-logistic industry, an increase in about 1.98billion dollars' worth of value-added of the industry, and the creation of about 11,589 employment in the industry. Including the indirect effects, the total effects on Korea economy are estimated to be an increase in about 4.9 billion dollar's worth of production, an increase in about 2.4 billion dollars' worth of value-added and an increase in about 17,746 employment. The total effects of port-liquid freight on Korea economy is about 2.5-3.0% of that of port-logistic total freight. the results suggest tkat thought economic effects of port-liquid freightare not large, we have to focus on policy support for port of port-liquid freight.

This study aims to examine economic effects and success factors of ICT based growth engine industry for forth generation industrial revolution. KTRS(kibo Technology Rating System) provided by KIBO is used for an analysis of this study. Specifically, the economic effects of growth engine industy are classified with financial(productivity, growth rate, etc) and non-financial(R&D investment and employment) effects. Moreover, the impacts of KTRS factors including CEO capability, technology ability, commercialization and marketability on the economic effects are investigated. The result of this study would raise management issues on technology innovation and provide implications on industrial policies for ICT based growth engine industry.

This paper analyses the industrial structure and economic effects of wide-regional zones port logistic industry. The analysis on regional economic impacts is conducted in two ways, among which one is the analysis on the effects of final demand of the industry on regional economy and the other is the analysis on the effects of the industry's production activity with using input-output analysis. Main results of this study are as follows: first, wide-regional zones port logistic industry has lower value-added rate relative to other industries. Busan-Ulsan regional zone has relatively higher value-added rate than other regional zones. Second, the economic effects of final demand and production activity of the industry are found to be the largest in Jeolla regional zone and the lowest in Sudo regional zone.

국가과학기술연구망(KREONET)은 초고성능 슈퍼컴퓨팅, 그리드(Grid), e-Science 등 국내의 첨단 과학기술분야에 관한 연구 개발을 지원하고 있는 국가연구망(National Research Network)이다. 그러나 국가연구망이 국가연구개발 사업의 전반에 걸쳐 직 간접적으로 많은 영향을 미침에도 불구하고, 이러한 파급효과에 대해 체계적인 분석이 없는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 KREONET에 대한 경제성 분석을 통해 국가과학기술과 산업발전에 미치는 파급효과를 분석하고자 한다. 분석방법으로는 KREONET의 존재 유무에 따른 비용편익분석과 산업연관분석을 사용하였다. 비용편익분석의 평가지표로는 순현재가치, 비용편익비율, 내부수익률을 사용하였고, 산업연관분석의 평가지표는 생산유발효과, 부가가치 유발효과, 취업유발효과를 사용하였다. 분석한 결과, KREONET은 경제적 파급효과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 다른 연구망에 적용하기 위해서는 보다 다양한 범주의 평가범위와 평가방법에 대한 연구가 지속되어야 할 것이다.

본 논문에서는 산업연관 분석모형을 이용하여 1980년대 수출산업에서의 유가변화의 산업별 파급효과를 분석하고, 1990년대 유가 파급효과를 추정하여 보았으며, 1980년대 산업별 물가상승 요인을 계측하여 1970년대 물가상승요인과 비교분석하여 보았다. 1980년대 상반기의 유가 파급효과가 큰 산업은 석유제품과 에너지 다소비 품종인 화학, 비금속 광물, 전기가스수도, 철강, 금속 등으로 나타났으며 대부분의 산업은 유가인상율의 5% 내외의 인상효과를 나타내었다. 유가 인하기였던 1980년대 하반기에도 인하효과는 산업별로 상반기와 비교할 때 큰 차이는 없었으나, 기계, 전기, 전자통신, 자동차 등 주요 수출산업의 가격인하 효과는 그다지 크지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 저물가 시대였던 1980년대의 주요 물가변화 요인으로는 임금 등 부가가치 및 원유가격의 변화로서 1970년대와 큰 차이가 없었으나, 중간재 수입가격, 수입계수 및 수업률 변화의 물가변화 기여도는 아주 작아서 1970년대와는 다른 양상을 보였다. 한편 1990년대의 유가파급효과 추정을 위한 모의실험 결과를 보면, 1980년대와 마찬가지로 석유관련 제품의 가격인상 효과가 두드러지겠지만, 1970년대와 1980년대에 비해서 유가파급효과는 상대적으로 낮을 것으로 추정되어 수출산업의 가격경쟁력은 임금, 기타 원자재 가격 등 여타 물가인상 요인에 더 영향을 받을 것으로 예상된다.

This study provides the importance and value of selection and dissemination of Korean proven bulls by analyzing an economic impact. The results of economic impact analysis show that selection and dissemination of Korean proven bulls have a significant role in development of Korean bulls industry. The results of this study we found that the economic effect was 498.49billion won based on the condition of over grade 1. And the economic effect was 521.22 billion won based on the condition of over grade 2. It also insists that a continuous research and development of selection and dissemination of Korean proven bulls is needed for development of Korean bulls industry.

The policy objective of leading industries for an economic region is to increase industrial competitiveness by regional cooperation and linkage and so the economic impact analysis of R&D by region is required. This research utilizes regional input-output tables of the Bank of Korea to analyze the economic impact of 'next-generation wireless communication devices' project in 'New IT' sector of Chungcheong economic region.

In this paper, we investigate the national effects of the ubiquitous industry(UI) for a u-Korea(ubiquitous Korea) project. As the UI has now been playing the more and more important role in Korean economy, it will be very appropriate to provide the policy makers with the accurate and reliable implications regarding the role of UI in the national economy. This paper applies the interindustry analysis to examine the impact of UI under the unique situation of Korea. To do this, we use the Input-Output Table published by the Bank of Korea in 2000. Our results shows that the economic effects of UI on the production-inducing, value added-inducing, export & import-inducing and employment-inducing in Korea will approximately be 240 trillion won from 2005 through 2010.
