본 연구는 기업이 정보보호 투자 시 필요로 하는 경제성 평가의 접근방법을 제시한다. 기업은 윤리경영을 기초로 사업과 서비스를 통한 수익창출을 목표로 한다. 그리고 기업은 안정적인 사업, 서비스의 정보환경을 확보, 유지하기 위해 지속적인 정보보호 활동을 통하여 Risk를 줄이는 작업을 해 오고 있다. 기업의 정보보호 활동과 패턴은 초기의 정보보호 기본기능을 도입, 구축하는 단계에서 탈피하여 점진적으로 종합적인 관리체계로 발전되고 있으며 이와 병행하여 산출되는 정보와 정규화 되는 Data를 기초로 정량적인 관리가 이루어 지 는 시점에 와 있다. 기업의 정보보호 투자에 대한 경제적인 효과를 체계적으로 평가하고 관리하는 활동은 아직도 초기단계에 머무르고 있다. 그러므로 기업이 정보보호 투자 시 발생되는 피해비용의 감소와 사업 및 서비스 등에서 예측되는 경제가치 창출에 대한 기대효과의 정량적인 관리를 통해 투자의 기준을 제시하여 기업에서 효과적인 정보보호 투자가 이루어지도록 함에 있다.

공간정보는 국토공간의 물리.환경적, 사회.경제적, 법.제도적 특징 등을 모두 포함한 정보라고 하겠다. 즉 공간정보는 지형.지물, 소유권을 나타낼 뿐 아니라 공간에서 일어나는 각종 활동에 대한 통계적인 내용을 포함하는 정보이므로 통합정보라고 할 수 있다. 우리나라의 경우 종래에는 통합정보의 개념에서 공간정보가 구축된 것이 아니고 지형과 지물등을 나타내는 정보는 건설교통부와 국립지리원에서, 소유권을 나타내는 정보 즉 지적과 토지소유권과 관련된 정보는 내무부에서, 공간내에서 발생하는 사회, 경제적 활동을 나타내는 정보는 통계청과 지방자체단체 및 기타 기관에서 생성하였다.

국제표준화기구(International Organization for Standardization : ISO)는 1국가 1기관의 각국 국가 표준화기관의 국제 연합체이다. ISO는 비정부간 조직체로서 스위스의 제네바에 본부를 두고서 1947년에 설립되었으며. ISO의 임무는 상품과 용역의 국제적 교환을 용이하게 하기 위한 국제적인 표준의 개발과 관련활동을 촉진하며, 지적, 과학적, 기술적, 경제적 활동 분야에서의 협력을 증진하는 것이다.(중략)

The aim of this study is to identify economic geographical determinants that affect the sustainability of the social economy. The sustainability of the social economy means the sustainability of the pursuit of social value as well as the sustainability of business operation. This study is aiming to economic geographical determinants as factors affecting sustainability of the social economy and extracted measurement index through examination on the theory and case study. As a result, 10 items in two areas(the sustainability of the pursuit of social value, the sustainability of business operation) had been deducted as the measurement index of which sustainability of the social economy. In addition, 20 items in four areas(local networks, intermediary organizations, local community culture and public roles) had been deducted as economic geographical determinants. Multiple regression analysis through 193 firm surveys suggests that 'local networks', 'intermediary organizations', and 'public roles' have an positive impact on sustainability. This result implies a need for policies to create an economic geography ecosystem of social economy.

동북아 경제중심추진위원회는 오는 4월 1일로 출범 1년이 되어간다. 동북아 경제중심의 금융, R&D, 물류 3분야 중 물류분야가 가장 먼저 로드맵이 발표되면서 공격적인 활동에 들어가고 있다. 짧은 시간 내의 활동사항을 보면 기대이상의 결과라 할 수 있다. 그러나 밑그림만 제시된 것이지 구체화되기 위해선 많이 부족하다며, 이 위원장은 휴일도 없이 전국을 돌며 물류 관계자들을 만나고 있다. 동북아 물류중심 로드맵을 홍보하고, 설득하는 한편, 기업 경영인으로서 회사업무에도 적극적으로 활동하고 있다. 이재희 위원장은 유니레버 코리아 회장을 겸임하고 있다. 그가 이 회사에 1999년 처음 취임할 당시 유니레버 코리아는 존폐의 기로에 있었지만, 이 위원장 특유의 ‘할 수 있다’는 자신감과 ‘승리정신(The Winning Spirit)'' 의 경영스타일로 오늘의 회사로 이끌었다. 이러한 경영스타일은 동북아 물류중심국가 건설을 위한 활동에도 배어있어 2006년 내에 가시적인 성과를 거두겠다는 목표로 그 누구보다도 열정적으로 활동하고 있다. (사)한국물류협회가 올해로 창립 20주년을 맞이하여 기획인터뷰 그 두 번째로 이재희 동북아 경제중심추진위원회 물류분과위원회 위원장을 만나보았다.

For people with disabilities, getting a job makes it possible to advocate their own human rights, to improve their self-esteem and self-efficacy, to narrow economic, psychological and social divide between them and those without disabilities and ultimately to attain social integration. According to recent statistical data, there was an increase in the weight of people with disabilities, but their economic activities were on the wane, and it's required to explore what curbs the employment of people with disabilities to find feasible solutions. The purpose of this study was to examine influential factors for the economic activities of people with disabilities. The subjects in this study were the selected people with disabilities in the metropolitan area, on whom a survey was conducted to make an empirical analysis. The findings of the study were as follows: The people with disabilities engaged in less economic activities when they were basic livelihood security recipients, when they were older, and when they were female. And those who underwent job training and who were certified technicians were more likely to participate in economic activities. Therefore differentiated policy setting is required to boost the economic activities of people with disabilities after their general characteristics, characteristics as human resources and characteristics related to vocational training are carefully analyzed. As for general characteristics, whether they are basic livelihood security recipients or not should be considered to assess the degree of their poverty, and their gender, age and presence or absence of spouses should all be taken into account. In terms of vocational training, their certificates and job training experience should be investigated.

This study analyzed the cause of Corona Blue and tried to find out ways to improve the mental health of our society. The external activities decreased and the household economy got worse after COVID-19, so Corona Blue increased. The media use and the negative media information problems increased Corona Blue. The online activities had no effects. In order to relieve Corona Blue, it was suggested to increase the external activities personally, to make the social and economic conditions of women and the economic weaker better, to improve the quality of media disaster information, and for the media consumer to use the media properly.

The development of ICT has led to changes in the pattern and the meaning of work and requires restructuring of the existing social security system, which was established chiefly for the wage workers in the industrial economy. However, while economic activities within the digital platform markets are different from industrial labour, there is still a lack of discussion on what social problems platform workers can face and how to cope with them. As a comprehensive sketch of economic activities in platform economy, this study identifies the types of platform workers and analyses three characteristics of their economic activities - flexibility, virtuality, and connectivity. It then examines what social risks can be derived form the three characteristics. This research lastly suggests alternative social safety nets and policies to alleviates the social risks and problems that platform workers may face in the digital society.

본 연구에서는 기업의 기술혁신활동 결정요인을 과학기술정책연구원이 발표한 KIS(Korean Innovation Survey) 2002를 활용하여 분석하였다. 특히 혁신활동에 있어서 기업규모와 네트워크의 역할에 초점을 맞추었다. 기술혁신활동을 제품혁신, 제품개선, 그리고 공정혁신으로 구분하였으며, 기술혁신활동의 결정요인으로 이윤율, 수출비율, 해외지분, 기업연령, 시장집중도, R&D활동 착수여부, 그리고 산업별 R&D집약도 등이 추가로 고려되었다. 분석된 표본은 제조업에 속한 1,124개 기업으로 정성적 분석방법인 로지스틱 회귀모형(logistic regression)을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째 기업의 기술혁신활동 결정요인은 혁신유형에 따라서 다르게 분석되었다. 예를 들어, 기업규모와 기술혁신활동에 관한 슘페터 가설은 제품혁신에서는 성립하지 않는 것으로 나타났으나. 제품개선 및 공정혁신에 대해서는 성립하는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 예측한 대로 소기업과 대기업간 기술혁신활동의 결정요인에 있어서 많은 차이점이 발견되었고, 이러한 차이는 제품혁신과 공정혁신에서 현격하게 나타났다. 셋째, 기업규모 및 혁신유형에 관계없이 외부적 네트워크는 기술혁신활동에 대해 정(正)(+)의 유의한 효과를 나타내어, 혁신활동에서 협력의 중요성을 확인해 주었다. 그러나 협력대상별 네트워크효과는 기업규모와 혁신유형에 따라서 많은 차이점을 보여주었다.

대부분의 온라인 게임에서는 아이템이나 사이버머니를 얻는 생산활동과 아이템을 구입하는 소비활동이 일어나는 등, 일종의 경제 시스템을 이루고 있다. 특히 최근에는 플레이어들이 아이템 현금 거래를 통해 현실과 게임간의 경제적 상호활동을 하고 있기 때문에, 게임 내에서 발생하는 경제 문제가 실제 게임업체의 매출과 수익성에도 영향을 줄 수 있다. 온라인 게임 내의 사이버머니 통화량 및 아이템 유통량에 대해 어떤 경제 정책을 세우는가에 따라 게임 서비스 회사의 수익성이 좌우된다. 때문에 게임 내부의 경제와 실물 경제의 상호 연관성을 파악하는 것이 게임 경영에 있어 중요한 이슈로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는, 게임 속에서 구체적으로 어떠한 경제문제가 발생할 수 있으며, 그것이 유저의 게임동기와 회사의 수익성에 어떤 영향을 끼치게 되는지 파악하고자 하였다. 시스템 다이내믹스 방법론을 이용하여 온라인 게임의 일반 경제 모형을 개발하고, 이를 이용하여 몇 가지 시나리오에 대한 동태적인 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 이를 통해, 온라인 게임을 경영함에 있어 고려해야 할 주요 문제들에 대하여 논하였다.
