The present study identified the factors of economic retirement preparation for people living with disabilities using the Andersen's behavioral model. The 2012 Disabled Employment Panel Survey data were collected from May 21, 2012 to July 31, 2012 and were analyzed by applying the SPSS 20 program. Logistic regression analysis was carried out on a sample of 2,869 people aged 30 to 60 years. The predisposing factors (education, marital status), possibility factors (employment, non-basic livelihood security recipient status, homeowner status, income), and desire factors (subjective socioeconomic status, life satisfaction, self-esteem) affected the retirement preparation. To help people living with disabilities, policies and programs based on the factors that reflect the individual needs must be established.

본 논문에서는 교통약자들의 이동제한 및 한계와 코로나 19로 인한 관광산업의 손실을 해결할 VR/360도 가상현실을 통한 웹 플랫폼 개발을 제안한다. 이 연구는 활용될 자원인 계절과 날씨자료를 효율적으로 촬영 및 준비하여 기존의 VR/360도의 가상현실을 최대화하고, 기존의 로드뷰 API 및 VR기기의 응용을 다양화한다. 또한, 이 연구는 '관광지를 방문한다'라는 개념을 실외뿐만이 아니라 실내에서도 사실적으로 체험할 수 있음을 제시한다. 이때 사실적인 체험을 더욱 극대화하기 위하여 VR/360도에 접목된 계절과 날씨의 콘텐츠를 구매할 수 있게 하여 소비자에게 선택지 내에서의 다양성을 주고, 단순 체험이 아닌 관광산업의 경제적 이윤으로 연결한다. 본 논문에서는 예상결과를 통하여 기존의 단순 VR/360도 체험을 통한 가상현실에 비해 좀 더 다양한 환경 조성을 통한 콘텐츠와 관광산업의 개선 및 경제성 면에서 발전성을 보인다.

Recently increasing young adults have experienced serious economic difficulties in their transition to adulthood and so a great deal of parents have to help their children financially even well after children finish their schools. Utilizing the 2008 Social Survey, a nationwide representative survey collected by the Statistics Korea, this paper examines how children, mothers, and fathers think about parental support to adult children. Respondents of the 2008 Social Survey answer how much parents support economically to their children about the following four items: college education, graduation school education, spending money while searching for jobs, and marital preparation. Analyzing a sample of 1,727 high school students and their parents, I find that the three family members generally accept economic support to the above items as part of parental duties. Also comparisons of the three family members' attitudes indicate that they usually reach the consensus about the dutiful scope of parental support to adult children. Logistic regressions reveal that male teens and children with conservatism are more likely to believe in wider scope of parental economic duties. And parents who are on good terms with children and are high in educational and occupational levels are more willing to support adult children. I conclude with implications of the findings for intergenerational relationships.

공기업(公企業)이 정부의 수익성사업이나 국가기간사업을 독점적으로 수행함에 있어 야기되는 X-비효율성 및 기술혁신의 결여, 사기업(私企業)의 경우와 달리 이윤극대화라는 단일 목적만을 추구할 수 없는 공기업(公企業)의 경영여건, 노사분규로 인한 요소사용비율의 변화, 그리고 각종 정부규제등 여러 제약된 여건하에서 생산요소의 비효율적 배분으로 인하여 생산비용의 최소화가 이루어지고 있다고는 볼 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 공기업(公企業)을 대상으로 실증적으로 시장가격의 함수인 암묵가격(暗默價格)(shadow price)을 설명변수로 사용하는 일반비용함수(一般費用函數)(generalized cost function)를 추정한 후, 효율성검정을 실시하여 생산비용의 최소화여부를 알아본다. 한국 전기업의 '88년 '93년의 2년간 10개 시 도별 자료를 사용하여 효율성검정을 실시한 결과, 생산비용의 최소화는 이루어지고 있지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 생산의 비효율성으로 인하여 비용은 평균 27.4% 증가되었으며 자본과 노동은 각각 적정수준보다 평균 10.6%, 2.1% 만큼 적게 사용된 반면, 연료는 255% 만큼 필요 이상으로 사용되었다.

In this paper, Two countries have invested directly using the two models Multinational Enterprises, foreign companies doing R&D subsidy policy analysis in their activities to attract. Multinational Enterprises to get the spillover effect from competitors, the introduction of subsidiary R&D resources with an incentive to R&D activities. The government has established a subsidiary to bring the country to foreign Multinational Enterprises for the purpose of improving the technological capabilities of Multinational Enterprises with their parent company R&D to increase the resources by foreign companies in their R&D investment to subsidize R&D activities that have an incentive to attract. In addition, foreign companies and government cooperative R&D by two things also increase the rate of funding for activities to bring the two subsidiaries of multinational R&D has increased the amount of additional resources, the economic interests of both countries get more will increase.

This essay deals with the bulk of problems of media raised by social inequality. I attempted to examine the relationship between inequality and media/information. In adopting the method of political economy based on dialectical viewpoint, I argue that collaboration among Chaebol, media, power result in the media capitalism. This mode of production has brought about the decline of public service and democracy. It led the Korean industrial capitalism to media capitalism. This mechanism is a dominant but unfair system with grasping of wealth, power, information. The media capitalism, based on profit, privatizations, power monopoly, remains democracy and public service in retreat. Chaebol-media-power complex plays an important role in cementing the establishment. We are reminded how much the dominant system has deteriorated the public interests of the media market and information.

This study looks at the reasons behind the termination of container transportation between Busan and Incheon in terms of costs structure, the division of profit, and the economic limitation faced in the domestic shipping market. The operation costs have been examined in relation to the components of logistic system of container shipping and the cost function has been estimated. The distribution proportion of operation revenue has been also investigated, considering the different components of logistics activities. In addition, the average revenue of container vessels of 144TEU and 215TEU has been calculated. Economic limitation can be analysed through the optimisation behaviour of shipping companies which tries to maximize profit or minimize loss. In conclusion, domestic short sea shipping can get the economy of scale only by transporting vessels' maximum capacity. It is also vulnerable to trucking market's fluctuation. Without the subsidy for operation, the liner in domestic short sea shipping will stop the service in order to minimize the loss.

This paper introduces household's decision for schooling and firm's decision for technology-specific training together into the second generation model of endogenous innovation, and analyses how schooling and technology-specific training interact each other, how they respectively affect innovation and economic growth, and also how the portfolio mix of schooling and technology-specific training changes as economy becomes more innovative. Main results are as follows: First, schooling and technology-specific training both have "inverted-U"shape growth effects. Second, schooling investment per labor required for growth maximization is always greater than that for firm profit maximization. Third, the optimal schooling for growth maximization decreases with technology-specific training. Fourth, the schooling effect on technology-specific training is "U"shaped, so that for firm's profit maximization schooling is substitutable for technology-specific training at the relatively lower level of schooling but complementary at its relatively higher level. Fifth, as economy becomes more innovative, the portfolio mix of education changes in favor of schooling.

연어는 북태평양 연안의 냉수역에 서식하는 소하성 어류이다. 한국을 비롯한 북태평양 연안국들은 연어 치어를 생산하여 방류한다. 각 나라에서 방류된 연어의 회유경로가 서로 겹치고 인접국의 배타적 경제수역을 지나게 되는 경우가 많아 연어를 방류하는 나라들 간에 자원분쟁의 가능성이 높다. 이러한 분쟁을 조정하고, 연어자원에 대한 합리적인 관리를 위해 연어 계군에 대한 명확한 구분이 필요하다. (중략)

The research is a study on the effects of MMORPG (Massively Multi-player Online Role Playing Game) utilized in educational program. We investigated the possibilities of online game as an educational tool, especially in the field of economy education. Students have been taught market, price, profit, scarcity of goods etc., and then they played an online game we provided. Students manufactured cyber goods and also sold or bought various materials to maximize their profits. A experimental group was compared with a control group on measures of economic self-efficacy, motivation for economic learning, and attitude for economic learning, economic self-efficacy and motivation for economic leaning scales consist of 2 factors and attitude for economic leaning consists of 1 factor. Participants were 5th grade elementary school students(experimental group: 154, control group: 158). After the experiment, students' self-efficacy and motivations for economy learning have increased significantly. It has been found that students understand more easily the difficult economic terms such as' inflation', 'price setting', 'scarcity of goods etc. Their motivations for economy learning also increased significantly. This result indicates that online games have the potentiality that can be utilized as an educational tool.
