Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate relationship between teacher's emotional intelligence, consciousness of professionalism, and strategies of problem behavior guidance of early childhood. Methods: The subjects in this study were 237 childcare center teachers in Seoul and Gyoungi Province in South Korea. Three different inventories were utilized. As for data analysis, the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and Multiple Regressions were conducted through SPSS 21.0 program. Results: The findings of the study were discussed as follows. First, emotional intelligence of teacher had the relationship with strategies of problem behavior guidance of early childhood. Second, consciousness of professionalism of teacher had the relationship with strategies of problem behavior guidance of early childhood. Conclusion/Implications: First, The findings showed that as teachers had the high level of ability in recognizing and expressing their emotion preciously, so the elements triggering the situation of problem were identified and captured, and the ability of use of preventive strategies in advance increased. 본 논문은 대리이론에서 대리계약기간이 시간적 차원에서 대리비용을 통제할 수 있는 중요한 요인이라는 점에 착안하여 연구를 수행한 것이다. 구체적으로는 우리나라에서의 대리계약기간을 조사하고 실증적인 방법으로 대리계약기간을 결정하는 요인을 찾아보았다. 그 결과 우리나라에서 대리계약기간을 결정하는 요인은 성과적 변수보다 대리적 변수가 훨씬 높은 통계적 유의성을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해서 우리나라 기업들의 대리문제 해결양태를 정리할 수 없었는데 주로 내부승진 경영자, 친인척 경영자, 동일지역출신 경영자 등 인적요인을 통해서 대리문제를 해결하려는 것으로 파악되었다. 대리문제해결을 위한 이러한 방법들의 유효성을 보기 위해서 다음 단계 우리나라 기업에서 대리비용의 존재여부를 실증적으로 확인하였다. 대리비용으로 과소투자의 가능성에 대해서 분석한 결과는 우리나라에서 대리계약기간의 장단에 따른 대리비용은 존재하지 않는 것으로 나타나서 우리나라 기업들이 사용하고 있는 대리문제의 통제방법은 유효하다고 추정할 수 있었다.

This study attempts to estimate the size of economic value that could be created by the adoption of a new internet protocol, IPv6. The existence of externality and diffusion effects in the adoption of a new platform technology makes it difficult to capture the exact costs and benefits of IPv6 adoption. Hence, this study employed multiple evaluation methods rather than relying on single method to increase the validity of results by averaging the value of different methods. Futhermore, the proposed evaluation model includes qualitative variables such as expert opinions, as well as quantitative variables, to incorporate various stakeholders' perspectives. Finally, the policy implications for IPv6 adoption and the limitations of this study are discussed.

한국경제연구원(원장 : 권태신)은 지난 7월 16일 여의도 FKI타워 컨퍼런스센터에서 '배출권거래제와 저탄소차협력금제도: 개선방향의 모색'이라는 주제로 세미나를 개최했다. 이번 세미나는 배출권거래제와 저탄소차협력금제도가 초래할 경제적 사회적 문제를 짚어보고 개선방향을 논의하고자 마련됐다. 여기서는 이번 세미나의 주요 발표내용을 요약해 게재한다.

사이버 경제활동을 규율하는 법 규범은 현실세계에서의 경우보다 많은 한계점올 안고 있다. 본 연구는 사이버 경제활동에 적용되는 법제의 효과적인 정착을 위해 라이프 사이클 단축 및 생산성이라는 두 가지 문제의 측면에서 그 배경 및 문제점들을 거시적으로 검토 분석한 것이다. 이로써 한국경제시스템이 사이버 환경에 원활하게 적응할 수 있도록 일익을 주는 데에 연구목적을 둔다. 논의의 결과 각 경제주체들이 사이버 경제활동을 수행함에 있어서 신뢰성 제고 및 안전성 확보의 여부가 향후 사이버 경제활동을 견고히 할 법제 마련에 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 특히 법률이란 시대적 흐름이나 기술발전에 뒤떨어지는 것이 일반적 현실임을 고려하여, 상이한 법률환경을 가진 사이버 공간에 적합한 법제를 마련 정착함으로써 이익극대화를 도모해 나가야 할 것이다.
