The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of depression and life-stress by values in Korean university students. Data were collected by structured questionnaires form 212 students by convenient sampling methods from August to November 2011. The type of values were classified into: personal oriented values, 64.6%; social oriented values, 35.4%. There were no significant differences in depression by values. But there were significant differences in frequency of experiences and importance of life-stress by values. Also, there were significant differences for correlation between depression and life-stress by values. These results suggest that for the university student, the nursing strategies should be developed in order to improve ability to reduce life-stress and depression considering such differences by values. Especially, it is necessary to attention in management of stress and depression for students with personal oriented values.

전술한바와 같이 (1) 한국전력계통은 제2차전원개발계획의 추진으로 5년후에는 급증하는 전력수요에 충분히 응할 수있는 공급력을 확보함과 동시, 어느정도의 예비력을 가질것을 목표로 하고 있다. 이와 같은 전원개발계획으로 어느정도 수급의 균형이 안전됨에 따라 계통운용의 촛잠은 전기의 질, 곧 Service quality 의 향상과 계통의 경제적 운용에 지향되어야 한다는 것은 재언할 필요가 없을 것이다. 이와 같이 복잡, 대규모화 되어가는 전력계통을 경제적으로 또한 안정하게 운용하는 한편 사회의 요청에 응하여 보다 고도한 Service를 유지해 나가기 위하여서는 계통제어의 자동화가 필연적으로 요구될 것이다. 이제까지 채용되어온 계통제어의 추이를 살펴보면 먼저 제일단계로써 자동주파수제어(AFC)가 채택되었고 이어 제이단계로써 경제부하배분(ELD)이 실시되었으며, 현재는 이 양자의 협조에 의한 자동급전이 실현되고 있는 단계에 이르고 있다. 또 금후의 총합적인 계통운용 자동화의 일환으로써, 전압무효전력제어문제까지를 여기에 포함시키겠금 현재 각국에서 이 방면의 연구가 예의추진되고 있다. 우리나라에 있어서도 의욕적인 전원개발사업의 수행에 따라, 가까운 장래 당연히 이와같은 계통제어문제가 중요한 문제로 될줄 믿는 바이다. 그러나 상술한 바와 같이 계통제어의 발전은 AFC로부터 ELD로, 다시 전압무효 전력제어를 포함시킨 총합적인 자동화에로 추진되어 왔지만, 이제부터 이러한 문제를 착수하게 되는 우리나라로서는, 반드시 이러한 발전과정을 그대로 답습할 것 없이 오히려 현재까지 쌓여진 여러가지 경험을 받아드려, 한층더 합리적인 계통제어를 기할수 있는 좋은 기회에 직면하고 있다는 것을 살려야 할 것이다. 본고에서는 이러한 관점에서 가까운 장래 우리나라 계통이 당면하여야 할 계통제어에 관한 몇가지 문제를 고찰하고저 한다. 단 개개의 문제에 관한 구체적인 해석 또는 검토에 관하여는 다음 기회에 미루기로하고, 우선 여기서는 당면문제로서 대처하지 않으면 안될 자동주파수제어문제및 계통의 경제운용문제만에 한정하여, 이것을 우리나라의 현상과 관련시켜 개설하고, 이들의 자동화에 관한 기본적인 문제를 간단히 적어 보겠다.

This study is an attempt to re-examination of information value and it´s economic efficiency from the viewpoint of information science. This study focuses on the analysis of the considerable discussions about added value of information and cost-benefit analysis of information. This study shows that the researches of information value or value-added information have dealt with the effect of information use and the measuring information efficiency concerns cost-benefit analysis of information services. A case study on ‘the national digital library program’ is also demonstrated as a pilot model for the cost-benefit analysis of information services.

This paper investigates how the agent specificity of economic infrastructure-related public company proceeds in overseas investments. At first this paper examines general features focused on investment region, project type, starting year, and then analyzes overseas investments based on specific cases with three classifications which are composed of special consulting type that do not accompany capital investment, FDI type, and type of overseas energy resources development that go with capital investment and business risk. Finally nationality issues that is generated by agent characteristics of infrastructure public company are interpreted in perspective of duality which is financial pressure and dependency of host county's position, and relationship with private capital of home country.
