This study intended to exploratively depict the influence of interaction between Environmental Uncertainty and Learning Orientation of Korean IT companies on Marketing Capability which was adopted as one of the organizational performance indicator. Statistical Results based on AMOS and SPSS showed that smaller-sized companies under 500 employees are more inclined to desperately and flexibly meet and adapt to their environmental uncertainty, resulting positive performance, that is, marketing capabilities. On the other hand, larger-sized companies over 500 employees showed no significant interaction effect. This result of the study induces the reasoning that the differences in competitive environment and market leadership accrued by organizational size may also incur differences in environmental adaptive mechanism. However, this reasoning can have some limitation in that the types and traits of IT firms are so different. Therefore, this topic suggests the necessity of follow-up researches using enlarged samples in IT industry and comparative studies in other industries.

In this research, research on factors affecting business results of small business people has been advanced, but the management relationship for small business people is the influence relationship between characteristics of individual's propensity and market environment and business results. Analysis and research of the role of regulation on the judgment that it is necessary to verify and present the lack of reality through the study. Therefore, a questionnaire survey was conducted for small businessmen in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, etc., and the final 368 copies were collected and analyzed using the method of hierarchical regression analysis. As a result of empirical analysis, business education satisfaction had a statistically significant positive (+) influence on business performance. In two stages, as a result of additionally introducing the interaction between the achievement center of the center of gravity and the satisfaction level of management education, the achievement desire and the satisfaction level of management education have a positive (+) effect in which management results are noted. And the interaction term also has a significant effect. The satisfaction of management education to help the market attractiveness of the market environment characteristics all had a positive (+) effect that kept in mind the management results. In two stages, as a result of additionally introducing the interaction between management education satisfaction that helps the attractiveness of the center of gravity market, it has a positive (+) effect that takes business results into consideration, and the interaction term is also significant It has been found that the Through these studies, the business results of small businessmen are identified as significant influencing factors through the adjustment effect of management education satisfaction, in order to secure its competitiveness within a fierce competitive environment, Its importance can be very great.

본 논문에서는 일체형, Nd:YAG 고리 레이저에서 서로 반대방향으로 진행하는 두 모드의 비선형적인 상호작용에 의한 출력 불안정 현상을 조사하였다. 실험을 통하여 두 모드가 각각 단일 종모드로 발진함을 확인하였고, 레이저가 발진하는 임계치 부근의 낮은 펌핑수준을 유지하여 다중모드간의 경쟁이나 단방향 발진에 의한 출력 불안정이 아님을 확인하였다. 또한 잘 알려진 시스템 고유의 감쇄진동과 구별되는 현상임을 보였다. 두 모드간의 손실차가 클수록 이 출력의 변조주파수는 증가하고 변조폭이 줄어 들어 안정화 되며 단방향 발진이 일어난다.

그 동안 방산물자 수출 활성화에 관한 연구는 방산관련 전문가들에 의해 많이 연구되어 있지만 이에 따른 개선의 노력은 아직까지 미흡한 것으로 생각된다. 이는 방위산업 및 방산물자 수출에 관한 정부와 관련 방산업체간의 인식의 차이 등 여러 가지 원인들이 복합적으로 작용한 것으로 생각된다. 따라서 앞으로 정부는 방산업체를 안보의 동반자로서 자주 만나서 방산물자 수출에 대한 의견이 상호교환 되어야 하며, 방산업체는 단순한 이익 추구보다는 국가안보에 기여한다는 사명감과 자긍심을 가지고 경쟁력 있는 선진국형 방위산업 기반을 구축할 수 있도록 상호협력과 노력을 다해야 할 것이다.

기업간 경쟁의 격화와 정보기술의 발달로 인하여 많은 기업들이 공급사슬관리(SCM)를 도입하고 있다. 이에 따라, 공급사슬상의 관련 기업간의 상호작용과 정보공유에 기반한 공급사슬 통합이 추진되고 있으며, 웹서비스와 같은 시스템에 독립적인 기술 적용의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 웹서비스를 이용하면서도 높은 수준의 공급사슬 통합이 이루어지기 위해서는, 여러 상호작용주체가 참여하는 글로벌 프로세스 수준에서 SCM 프로세스를 관리하고 제어할 필요가 있으며, 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 프로세스 자동화 및 관리도구로 최근 각광을 받고 있는 BPM을 도입하여 각 업무단위가 웹서비스로 구성된 환경에서 SCM을 구성하는 프로세스를 효과적으로 통합하여 실행하는 방안을 제시한다. 이러한 접근법은 SCM 프로세스의 진행과정을 보다 효율적으로 관리, 모니터링하는 것이 가능하며, SCM 프로세스의 수행결과를 토대로 프로세스의 개선에 대한 방안을 모색할 수 있다. 또한, SCM 프로세스의 진행과정에서 의사결정이 필요한 경우 이에 대한 지인 에이전트를 웹서비스로 구성하여 보다 신속한 프로세스 수행을 가능하게 한다.

In this work, the effects of $Cs^+$ on root growth of 2-day-old maize seedlings were scrutinized. CsCl (5 mM - 30 mM) decreased the fresh weight of the primary root and of the shoot above the coleoptilar node. The elongation growth of the primary root was also inhibited by CsCl. The CsCl-inhibited growth was partially restored by 60 mM KCl. Lineweaver-Burk plot of the reaction in the presence and absence of 60 mM KCl displayed competitive interaction of CsCl (at higher than 10 mM). However, the Reversal of the inhibition by 60 mM KCl did not follow the competitive relationship with 5 mM CsCl, indicating the presence of differential mechanisms of $K^+$ influence depending on the concentration of CsCl. The differential effects of CsCl dependent on the concentrations were also observed in the CsCl-evoked radial expansion of the subapical region of the root. In spite of the decrease in length of the root, shrinkage of the root apical meristem was not observed. CsCl above 10 mM induced the expression of ZmKUP1, indicating functional deficiency of $K^+$ due to competition with Cs. However, the expression of ZmKUP1 by 5 mM CsCl was unclear. Conclusively, exogenously applied $Cs^+$ decreased root elongation and fresh weight and caused radial expansion of the subapical region of the primary root in 2-day-old maize seedlings by complex mechanisms including competitive and noncompetitive interactions with $K^+$. Because the shrinkage of the root apical meristem was not observed, it is concluded that the effects of CsCl on maize root growth was mainly related to cell expansion.

Knowledge ecosystem means a dynamic knowledge circulation, including knowledge creation, exchange and sharing and utilization. It is also the field of knowledge practice, which creates interactions in knowledge exchange between people and groups. The key premises of knowledge ecosystem, based on the nature of general ecosystems, can be characterized as follows: first, it primarily focuses on social networks between people and organizations participating in the process of knowledge circulation; secondly, knowledge ecosystem thrives on diversity of knowledge; and thirdly, it is significant for selection of valuable knowledge and adoption of appropriate knowledge. This review attempts to make a systematic examination of a wide range of existing studies on knowledge ecosystem. In so doing, it is expected to provide a basis for further inquiry into more critical and complicated issues. Although the scarcity of existing research-at least those in Korea-may limit the implications of findings, this review offers a set of suggestions for future research.

여기저기서 드론이 뜨고 있다. 아마존이 날아오른 드론으로 고객의 문 앞까지 배달하는 모습은 일대 장관이었다. 이제 웬만한 방송에서 하늘 높이 오른 드론으로 내려다본 모습을 전송하는 것은 그저 일상일 뿐이다. 뿐만 아니라, 사람이 직접 닿을 수 없는 곳에서 드론으로 사람을 찾는다거나, 드론을 통해 고층건물의 안전도를 검사한다거나, 정찰을 하는 등 다양한 활용도가 돋보인다. 라스베가스의 세계가전전시회(CES)에서 바르셀로나의 모바일월드콩그레스(MWC)에서 그리고 뉴욕의 장난감전시회 에서도 드론은 스타로 부상했다. 이제 드론은 대중화와 상업적 성공의 기로에 서 있다. 이를 위해서는 기계적 성능이상으로 중요한 것이 드론과 사용자간의 상호작용을 통해 이루어내는 사용자 경험이다. 즉 드론을 얼마나 쉽고 편하고 정확하고 안전하게 조종할 수 있도록 만드는가가 차별화와 경쟁력의 시작이다. 만약 드론이 지금처럼 조종하기 어렵고 심지어 인명과 재산을 위협한다고 인식되면 산업적 잠재성은 그저 한여름 밤의 꿈으로 사그러들 수밖에 없다. 몇 가지 사례를 보자. 지난 2월 미국 Fox TV 생방송에서 Popular Science 잡지 편집장 Dave Mosher는 드론의 안전성에 관해서 말하고 있었다. 그 때 데모를 위해 날던 드론이 갑자기 균형을 잃으면서 추락하였다. 이 사고로 인해 드론이 안전하지 않을 수 있다는 인식이 퍼지게 되었다. 경미한 사고지만 심각한 위협감을 일으키기도 한다. 레이더에 탐지되지 않던 드론이 미국 백악관 앞마당에 추락한 것이 그런 예이다. 어떤 사용자는 재미삼아 드론을 구름 위까지 날려 보냈다. 그러더니 드론이 제어력을 상실하였고, 결국 추락하고 말았다. 다행히도 누군가의 머리 위로 떨어지지는 않았다.

국산 세치제와 잇솔이 갖추어야 할 기본요건과 개발방향이 제시된 세미나가 지난해에 이어, 지난 7월 14~15일 양일간에 걸쳐 속리산 관광호텔에서 구강보건학계와 럭키ㆍ부광ㆍ태평양등 국내 3대 세치제 제조회사의 52명이 참석한 가운데 서울치대 예방치학교실 주최로 개최되었다. 총 13개 연제가 발표된 이번 세미나에서는, 국민 복지를 빨리 증진시키기 위하여, 기업간의 건전한 경쟁을 유도하고, 기술개발을 촉진하며, 국산품의 품질 개선, 가격인하, 국제경쟁력의 신장등, 정부의 기본방향을 재확인하는 동시에 거시적이고 원시적인 안목으로 볼때 기술개발을 위한 산학활동과 선업간의 협력은 산업발전을 통하여 국민복지 증진에 분명히 기여할 수 있음을 강조한 서울치대 김종배교수의 주제 발표와 세치제의 주요작용, 세치제의 abrasiveness 및 polishing 효과와 용어의 정의, 개인에 적합한 세치제의 선택방법, Monofluorophosphate와 plaque 및 타액의 상호작용, 세치제의 선호변인 분석, 세치제 광고문안상의 문제점, 세치제의 전망, 세치제의 전망, 세치제 개발의 제요소, 세치제의 검정 기준과 과정, 잇솔의 기본요건과 시판잇솔의 규격, 잇솔의 강모형태와 탄력성에 관한 이론적 고찰, 개인에 적합한 강모강도를 가진 잇솔의 선택방법, 「A study on the F'ion concentration of commercial dentifrices」에 대해 폭넓고 진지한 토의가 있었다. 다음은 이날 발표된 내용을 요약정리한 것이다.

MMORPG makes up 25.9% of domestic market share in game industry, and it has become increasingly fierce in competition. Game developer and publisher make every effort to build customer e-loyalty to sustain their competitiveness. Thus, this paper examines the determinants of e-loyalty that reflect the features of MMORPG such as intensive and real-time interactivity. For this purpose, we selected interactivity, sense of community, reward and fun as the key antecedents of e-loyalty based on the extensive review of previous researches related to online game and Internet service usage. A total of 202 responses were used for analysis and the research results are as follow. The findings show that interactivity, sense of community and reward influence significantly on fun, then fun is positively related to e-loyalty. Also, interactivity and reward are proven to have a positive influence on sense of community, and sense of community mediates the effect of interactivity and reward on fun.
