This paper is framed for analyzing what the most significant factors are in Turkey, where the Korean investing enterprises should overcome and accomodate to the various barriers of management, especially in terms of network construction. The main purpose of this research is to test empirically some connections of between the managing strategy of network competitiveness by Korean enterprises and the management performances of Korean ones in Turkey while this is composed of two stages. First, the study model is planned by discussing relevant theories, previous studies and the current investment circumstances in local Turkey. Second, the survey of Korean enterprises participated in investment activities in there is practiced by gathering questionnaires. The strategic method of structural equation modeling is implemented to testing some hypotheses. Summing up partially, to maximize profits growth, Korean enterprises have been making application of the internal worker controlling as the means of network competitive advantages.

This study presents an ida on establishing “International Logistics Centre” in Korean Peninsula as a ling-term development model for Korean economy. The essence of this idea is to build a “specialized logistics area” where logistics and human being flow freely and make it a logistics center for the East Asia. The study has performed a questionnaire survey to find out the competitiveness of Korea itself compared with some competing countries. It finally suggested some idea on how to establish successful “International Logistics Centre”.

본 논문은 우리날의 자동차산업의 성장과 자동차의 물류체계구조를 공간적인 측면에서 분석한 것이다. 자동차 생산이 이루어진 이후 불과 30여년만에 우리나라는 세계 5위의 자동차생산국으로 부상하였다. 자동차 물류체계구조는 크게 배송체계와 판매체계로 구분된다. 자동차 3사 모두 잠재수요력과 효율적인 배송을 위해 출고장을 입지시키고 전국을 광역화하여 출고장의 공급지역을 관할하고 있다. 한편 판매체계를 보면 지역본부, 지점, 영업소의 계층구조를 구축하여 전국을 대권역, 중지역, 소구역으로 세분하여 판매의 공간구조를 구축하고 있다. 기본적으로는 자동차 잠재수요를 바탕으로 하여 판매거점이 형성되고 있으며, 지역본부에 속해 있는 지점들과 영업소들의 영업활동은 어느 정도 설정된 관할구역내에서 이루어지고 있다. 앞으로 자동차 산업을 발전시키기 위해서는 기술 개발과 해외시장 침투도 중요하지만 유통구조의 합리화를 통한 경쟁력 제고도 매우 중요하다.

This study aims to evaluate the factors which affect the competitiveness of Gwangyang port, and to suggest strategies for the enhancement of its competitiveness by priority. This study inquires both 5 key rating factors: port location, port operations management, port costs, port facilities, and hinterland conditions and the priority of 14 detailed assessments through AHP method. First, the importances of main evaluation items for port competitiveness are analysed in the following orders: port location, port facilities, port costs, port operations, hinterland conditions. Second, the comprehensive importances based on the detailed evaluation properties complex weighting are identified in the following orders: connectivity with hinterland, accessibility of international harbor, incentives, the area of terminal, expertise and skills of port operations personnel, container throughput, and scale berths. Third, the strategies referring to the port location like centrality, transit, and merit on use should be actively conducted for the promotions of Gwangyang port's competitiveness, according to its international port competitiveness analysis. This study will provide both academic and policy implications with its related scholars, government, and research institutions. In addition, this will be contributed to formulating a basic theory for port competitiveness evaluation and providing a basic framework of evaluation analysis.

글로벌 경쟁체제의 도래와 국제적 분업화 및 현지화가 가속화 되어감에 따라 국내 기업이 공장을 해외로 이전하는 사례가 늘고 있다. 공장을 해외로 이전하는 것은 그 기업이 글로벌 기업으로 성장하고 있다는 것을 의미하기도 한다. 그러나 해외로 공장을 이전한 국내 제조기업들이 물류전문가나 물류기업과 같이 동반 진출을 하지 않아 물류부분에 대한 정보와 지원이 절실하게 느끼고 있는 실정이다. 글로벌 기업에게 있어 물류업체의 필요는 당연하다. 그렇다고, 단순히 물류대행서비스만 제공하는 물류업체는 국제적 경쟁력이 없다. 글로벌 기업에게는 글로벌 물류기업의 서비스가 필요하다. 해외공장의 부지 선정부터 원자재 조달, 생산, 판매에 이르는 국제적인 공급 및 판매망을 구축할 수 있도록 조언하는 물류업체가 바로 글로벌 물류기업이라 하겠다. 글로벌 물류기업으로 성장할 수 있는 기업은 국내에도 많다. 그중에서도 창업 13년만에 해외 10개 지점을 보유하면서 국내보다는 해외에서 더욱 널리 알려진 기업이 있다. 지난 2월 23일 창립 13주년을 맞이한 대승항운이 바로 그 회사다. 채명기 대승항운 대표이사는 이를 증명이라도 하듯이 해외 시장개척을 위해 국내보다는 해외에 거주하는 체류기간이 많을 정도다. 이에 국제적 물류기업으로 거듭난 성공비결을 채명기 대표이사로부터 들어본다.

국내 가전업체 경쟁 심화에 따라 물류 품질 등 비가격 경쟁력이 점차 중요해지고 있다. 특히 고객의 수/배송 및 배달설치 만족도 관련 요구 증가와 물류 운임 상승 등은 고도화된 물류 대응 역량을 기업에게 요구하고 있다. 따라서 기업들도 기본적인 업무처리 중심의 물류 운영에서 기능이 고도화된 물류 체계 및 시스템의 도입을 위한 혁신을 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 물류업무 혁신의 일환으로 진행된 물류 거점 간 최적운송 체계 도입과 고객을 대상으로 제품 구매 시점에 배달/설치 가능한 정확한 납기약속을 제시할 수 있는 납기약속 체계를 도입한 사례를 소개하고자 한다. 특히 물류 현장에 새로운 개념을 도입/적용하는 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 이슈에 중점을 두어 살펴 봄으로써 유사한 프로세스 흑은 시스템을 도입할 때 시행착오를 최소화하여 조기 안정화에 도움을 주고자 한다.

This study analyzed the role of innovation intermediaries on the performance of technology-based firms in Korea. Technology-based firms are important to the economy because they contribute to regional economic development and national competitiveness. In Korea, various types of intermediaries, such as Techno-parks and incubators have been established to foster technology-based firms. Researchers analyzed various factors influencing the performance of technology-based firms. On the other hand, there have been few studies on the relationship between the innovation intermediaries and the performance of technology-based firms in Korea. This study identified the firms' capabilities, institutional and environmental factors in the light of the literature. A total of 2,313 technology-based firms in Techno-parks, business incubator of public institutes and universities were surveyed. Of these, 110 respondents were used for empirical analysis. OLS techniques were applied to analyze the data. The empirical results showed that the marketing competence, R&D capacity, which is a firms' innovation capacity, have a positive effect on the performance. The support of intermediaries positively affects the performance of technology-based firms. The economic aspects of regional innovation infrastructure, and cooperation with the customer has a positive effect on the performance of technology-based firms.

항공우주산업은 생산유발효과가 높고 고용창출도 높을 뿐만 아니라 부가가치산업이나, 대규모적 투자에 따른 투자 위험과 기술적 위험이 높아 정부차원에서의 개입이 불가피한 산업으로 인식된다. 최근 항공우주산업에 대한 정부의 지원 형태는 클러스터 조성, 지방세 감면, 토지 임대를 통한 기업지원 등 과거에 비해 더욱 다양한 형태로 발전되고 있다. 이와 같은 정부지원 형태의 다양성은 기존의 전통적 방식에 의한 지원으로는 글로벌 경쟁이 치열해지는 국제경쟁에서 경쟁력 우위를 유지하기 어렵다는 것을 반증하는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 특히 기존의 산업 중심의 정부지원 전략에서 기업중심의 정부지원 전략으로의 선회 경향은 산업의 주체는 기업이기 때문에 기업의 전체적 역량에 의한 경쟁우위가 글로벌 경쟁에서 보다 중요하다는 점을 시사하고 있다. 경남의 항공우주산업 클러스터 조성 여건은 인프라 구축면에서 여타 지역에 비해 매우 우수한 하부 기반을 구축하고 있어 클러스터 구축에 따른 효율성과 국제경쟁력 확보 가능성이 높다고 할 수 있다. 먼저, 클러스터 구축의 핵심이 되는 핵심선도기업인 KAI가 15년 전부터 대상지역에서 생산활동 중이며, 교육 및 훈련 기능도 비교적 풍부할 뿐만 아니라 공항도 인접해 있어 신속한 물류 및 정보공유, 해외시장과의 접근성이 높다고 할 수 있다. 결론적으로 볼 때, 경남지역의 항공우주산업 클러스터 구축의 타당성은 높다고 할 수 있다. 특히 현재의 항공우주산업 발전 단계상으로 볼 때, 부품산업의 발전이 긴요한 과제이므로 동 클러스터는 항공우주 부품 수출중심의 핵심 거점 클러스터로의 조성할 필요성이 높다고 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 클러스터 조성에 따른 경남 항공우주 클러스터의 운영체계는 “항공우주산업 혁신 클러스터 추진단”을 중심으로 입주 업체, 항공우주 수출 지원단, 관련 R&D 기관 및 교육기관 등이 긴밀하게 연계 되어 운영되어야 할 것이다. 이외에도 중앙정부와의 협의 및 관련 단체들과의 연계를 통해 클러스터의 효율성과 경쟁력 제고를 위한 활동을 적극 추진해야 할 것이다.

국내/외 제조업체 또는 유통업체가 경쟁력 있는 제품의 생산/판매를 위해 최적의 부품 및 제품을 최단 시간내, 최저 가격으로 조달하기 위한 Global sourcing체계 구축과 그에 따른 재고부담을 회피하면서 제품을 소비자에게 신속히 전달하려는 공급선관리 (Supply Chain Management : SCM)의 의지가 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라 제조업체나 유통업체가 자체 재고 및 관리부담을 감소시키기 위해 JIT(Just In Time)체계의 업무형태를 도입하고 있고 부품 및 제품을 공급하는 공급자에게 제조업체의 재고를 관리하게 하는 형태인 이른바 공급자 재고관리(Supplier Managed Inventory： SMI)가 공급업체에게 요구되고 있다. 또한 최근 국내 제조업의 생산기반이 급속히 해외이전 됨에 따라 해리 생산거점과 국내본사, 주문자에 이르는 전 과정에 걸친 물류 및 정보전달 체계를 확보해야 하는 상황에서 공급업체는 주문업체로부터 주문한 내용의 진행상황과 자동적인 재고의 판단 및 보충에 이르는 전 과정의 프로세스 관리 및 관련 정보제공을 요구 받고있다. 이와 같은 환경에 대응하기 위해 본 발표에는 공급자 재고관리의 정의 및 Global business 환경에서 EDI를 통한 System의 구축방안 및 고려사항을 제시하고자 한다.

산업자원부 중기거점 사업으로 수행한 "50Mbps급 고속전력선 통신망 기술 개발"사업의 성공적 수행에 맞추어 그 중간 결과물을 소규모 단지 내에서의 적용을 통해서 문제점을 보완하며, 해외 수출 등 국내외에서의 사업 확산에 기여할 목적으로 시범마을을 구축, 운용하게 되었다. 우리나라에서는 본 실증시험망이 최초의 사례로서 시험망을 국내업체에 제공하여 경쟁력 있는 제품 개발을 가능케 함으로서 국내외간의 기술격차를 줄이는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
