Currently, patrol officers dispatched are required to work in pairs, and are assigned individual duties. However, despite these rules, there are still inappropriate combat education centered around dangerous weapons and arresting technique training being taught in the police system. The human rights problems resulting from excessive responses, the damages done to the patrol officers due to insufficient responses, and the judicial issues that many officers who have justly arrested face, reveal the ultimate problem of the decrease in reliability of the police. Considering this problem, there is a need for change in the current training system. Specifically, in the current dispatch rule, assignment of individual duties, and training methods, realistic improvements must be made. Having understood the arrest technique training problem and reviewed case studies of the police training in South Korea and other countries, I plan to analyze the effects of implementing a realistic and professional training system, and propose a systemic solution according to the results. By effectively discussing the various issues of the proposed training and police education, I intend to propose a realistic teamwork training for paired patrol officers, enabling them to work well together in practice and theory, hence increasing the effectiveness in crime situation.

In general, security employees are more vulnerable to the risk of various incidents and accidents due to the specificity of their work, and they are less exposed to job satisfaction due to irregular working hours such as night shifts and physical labor. There is a concern that conflicts over turnover will be intensified. Therefore, companies should pay attention to job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention through effective human resource management of security employees who have influence on company's profit creation, so that companies should strive for competitiveness and development. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of casino security employee's job satisfaction on organizational commitment and turnover intentions in a questionnaire survey of security employees at Grand Korea Leisure Corporation. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 24.0. As a result of this study, it can be concluded that the higher the job satisfaction of the public enterprise security workers, the higher the organizational commitment and the lower the turnover intention. Therefore, if the company has competitiveness through effective human resource management that affects the wage satisfaction, promotion satisfaction, boss satisfaction and turnover intention affecting the organizational commitment, This study can be applied in the sense that it is possible to give.

The primary source of disaster information for victims as well as ordinary people is mass media. In spite of their importance, the media often inaccurately portrays reality, which has stimulated academic debates. In Korea, however, media reporting patters of disaster have been hardly addressed. Therefore, the paper analyzes how newspaper and television news have reported typhoon Rusa between August 29 and October 1 in 2002 by using KINDS(Korean Integrated News Database System). The results show that television news tend to present more soft news stories emphasizing human interest stories than newspaper articles, relying on victims as primary interviewees. It is also pointed out that the Korean media do not play a significant role in providing disaster information to public regarding how to lessen the effects of impact through preparation. Disaster mythology representing wrong beliefs about human behavior in disaster is found in Korean media reporting, too. Unlike their western counterparts, however, Korean media seem to use the dependency image of helpless victims in order to stimulate donations. Analyses of disaster reporting patterns suggest that, in make disaster warning messages associated with behavioral responses, credible and official sources should provide clear and precise warning messages to the media, and the media also need to stress individual responsibilities in protecting his or her own properties not to make victims heavily dependent on public supports, while inducing donations.

The police do their best effort to make all security standards of competence and law enforcement suit the public's expectation, take precedence over the direction of the security policy to what the people want, and realize the Republic of Korea in which the people are happy with a strong police security. On the other hand. The people demand the fairly high level of moral integrity to the police who are in charge of law enforcement at the forefront than any other organization. Suggesting various measures for enhancing the organizational level of police ethics in police ethics awareness of police offices have been working on, yet the prevailing view that still insufficient. In this study, after analyzing the current moral status of the police, I suggest ways to improve as follows: First, strengthening the training and improving the program of police ethics. For this, securing professional teacher and implementation of customized ethics training are necessary. Second, the subject of human nature test should be expanded. The targets are limited to less than a supervisor. It should be expanded to all police officers. Third, the improvement of the organizational culture. For this, introduction of mentoring system and enlightening-oriented inspection is needed. Fourth, reducing the burden of manpower by reinforcing personnel. By defusing lack of police personnel, the police will be able to conduct intensive and effective ethics education. Finally, the provision of the stress relief measures for the police. To this end, the police requires constant efforts of the organization itself.

The damages from security accidents continue to increase as technology leaks from suppliers cause risks to the management of large companies, which are their customers, and their image and reliability to fall. However, the current industrial structure is practically impossible for large companies to form their own businesses and strategic alliances with business partners are essential, but it is changing into an industrial structure where the exchange of information is increased and the dependence of the information system is maximized, as well as legal demands and demands from stakeholders are increasing due to the complexity of the work process and the strengthening of security-related laws. The status of technology protection of small and medium-sized enterprises shows that they are not equipped with a security system due to relatively poor environment and financial difficulties compared to large enterprises, whereas the industrial structure between large and small business partners is indispensable for sharing the IT system, and the security system of large business, which is a customer company, should be improved by considering the fact that it is impossible to maintain security system between large businesses. Thus, the government intends to examine the system for shared growth of small businesses and the model for evaluating the capabilities of various agencies for information protection, and propose measures to introduce the certification system for small business partners.

In the common practice of air-photographing measurement aerial-photogrammetric, the location of camera at the time of photographing is identified by performing aerotriangulation. However, installing ground-base station to enable aerotriangulation takes majority portion of a map making cost. Aerial-photogrammetric has shown a great improvement helped by steady upgrading in equipment and development in quantitative study. Aerotriangulation can be replaced by Direct Georeferencing, which uses GPS/INS to identify a camera location and to produce detailed information. An innovative technique replacing aerotriangulation, it has a disadvantage that base station has to be available in the area of photographing. The study intends to suggest a method applying VRS in GPS/INS aerotriangulation. Despite the fact that Direct Georeferencing is the innovated technique which substitutes existing aerotriangulation, it still need to install the ground-base station in GPS/INS aerotriangulation. GPS/INS data was analyzed with 4 different cases in order to accomplish the purpose of this study. In addition, in the thesis, it was approved that VRS can be utilized to make small-scale map as accurate as base station. This study is expected to improve the efficiency of work by showing that VRS can be used not only in base station but also enabling base station in the ground-access challenging area.

The bodyguard is continuously training basic physical training and security art martial to protect the privacy of security target, prepare and deal with external contingencies and threats. Currently, university students majoring in security are required to take a judo class, one of their security art martial, which can use a technology to catch, crush and repress opponent. Therefore, this study identified the effects of systematic training on body composition, Performance fitness, growth hormones, and IGF-1 among male university students through a 10-week judo training program so that it was committed to providing objective data to enhance the value of judo as a security art martial and as a result, we have a conclusion as follows: After 10 weeks of judo training, muscle mass increased significantly, and body fat rate and BMI decreased significantly. The muscular strength and power of Performance fitness were shown to increase significantly, and growth hormones were shown to increase significantly. In total, the above results showed that for judo training university students, overall body composition improved positively, the muscular strength and power of active physical fitness improved, and growth hormones increased. Thus, the increase in muscle strength and growth hormones through judo training will encourage fat breakdown due to the development of the body's muscles and increase bone density in the spine, thereby reducing the risk of fractures and preventing injury to the trainees who are performing a security art martial. It will also greatly help your health by preventing obesity, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, which eventually will enhance your bodyguard function and prolong your life as a bodyguard.

Domestic casino companies strongly demand their employees to provide high quality customer services for improving customer's satisfaction and to minimize customer's complain to achieve organizational objective. This seriously influences the job stress, job satisfaction and turnover of employees. However, ongoing management is necessary for job satisfaction and turnover intention of employees because which are related to organizational effectiveness and factors able to maximize the profit. In this study, we examined the influence and causal relationship of job stress from emotional labor of employees on job satisfaction and turnover intention of employees. As a result, job stress had a full mediating effect in the relationship between emotional labor, job satisfaction and turnover intention. It was confirmed that emotional labor of casino employees could cause job stress and further influence job satisfaction and turnover intention. In order to reduce job stress and improve job satisfaction, we propose the improvement of overall human management structure and company environment of casino companies. Emotional education such as emotional regulation ability, empathy, and interpersonal skills should be strengthened to reduce job stress from emotional labor, and the self-esteem program will be helpful to casino employees to maintain the emotional positiveness and maximize their working abilities.

Purpose: This paper aims to clarify the problems and to examine the improvement methods by investigating the management condition of local-designated cultural property of which management is relatively poor in comparison with state-designated cultural heritage. Method: In order to grasp the management situation of the local-designated cultural heritage, a research on cultural heritage management situation and problems will be carried out with 35 cultual heritages in Goryeong-gun. Also, the improvement methods about the property type vulnerability on the basis of interview with cultual property managers, fire-fighting officers and civil servants, etc. Results: Local cultural heritages were investigated to be very vulnerable to the fire of wooden buildings, the theft of movable cultural heritages, and the effects of wind and water damage. It is because cultural heritages are scattered over wide areas fundamentally. As the result, it has difficulty in the patrols of police officers and fire fighters, and in the situation that it lacks disaster monitoring and CCTV for countermeasures to replace them, electronic security including fire hydrant, sensors, etc and fire extinguishing facilities and so on. It is difficult for local governments managing local-designated cultural heritages to enhance their management systems directly due to their lack of budget and manpower. Conclusion: In order to strengthen disaster and safety management system for the cultural heritages designated by local governments, they have to clarify disaster countermeasure task of fire fighting, police, and cultural heritage managers prepare their manuals, and systematize them through disaster drill mainly in local autonomous governments. Also, so as to establish a surveillance system every day, they have to enhance the community for local cultural heritage manage consisting of local volunteer fire departments, local voluntary disaster prevention organizations, volunteers, etc.

Recently, video-taping equipment such as CCTV have been seeing more use for crime prevention and general safety concerns. Since these video-taping equipment operates all throughout the day, the need for security personnel is lessened, and naturally costs incurred from managing such manpower should also decrease. However, technology currently used predominantly lacks self-sufficiency when given the task of searching for a specific object in the recorded video such as a person, and has to be done manually; current security-based video equipment is insufficient in an environment where real-time information retrieval is required. In this paper, we propose a technology that uses the latest deep-learning technology and OpenCV library to quickly search for a specific person in a video; the search is based on the clothing information that is inputted by the user and transmits the result in real time. We implemented our system to automatically recognize specific human objects in real time by using the YOLO library, whilst deep learning technology is used to classify human clothes into top/bottom clothes. Colors are also detected through the OpenCV library which are then all combined to identify the requested object. The system presented in this paper not only accurately and quickly recognizes a person object with a specific clothing, but also has a potential extensibility that can be used for other types of object recognition in a video surveillance system for various purposes.
