Current business environment asks the fundamental changes about business security. The essences of these changes are that the security management of today's global business is important task of managers and the security practitioner is professional who needs very specialized education and training with business thinking. Rapid process of globalization of global village tore down the business limit that was restricted on the geological areas' limitation. Rapid business environments' change that is driving depends on development of science and technology with globalization needs new paradigm to keep business continuity. With the process of globalization, Korea, which importance is gradually increasing in the national economy, has trade dependent economic system, which keeps power of national economy through trade, so Korean economic tendency is accelerating. To keep competitiveness in global market, new strategy that is different with existing domestic business management is necessary. That is, capacity of coping with outside risk in domestic business management is established in some degree, but business activities in foreign countries faces at numerous unexpected risks that differ from country to country such as difference with the custom, changes of corporate governance etc. To cope with these new risks effectively, new paradigm for business risk is necessary. Especially, flexibility of thinking like new paradigm is necessary to cope with new security risk effectively. To cope with security risk that occurs in the new business environment effectively and competes against international company in global market, company management and members' changes of cognition about security and innovative changes in security policy is necessary. In the basement of these changes, there is expansion of business security tasks, improvement of report line, enhancement of professionalism and status of security officers, variation of hands-on workers and increasing of investment to the security etc.
The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of the organizational fairness of court security team on organizational citizenship behavior through the mediating effect of self-leadership. The data for this research were collected from court security officials located in six metropolitan cities including Seoul from April 1 to May 3, 2019. After discarding thirty-eight cases with missing values and outliers, a total of 402 cases were analyzed using SPSS 22 and AMOS 22. The results showed that organizational fairness did not have a direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior. However, it was found that self-leadership affected organizational citizenship behavior positively, and organizational fairness had a positive impact on self-leadership. Therefore, organizational fairness had an indirect positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior through the mediating effect of self-leadership. The results of current research suggest that the supervisors of the court security teams should consider policy changes for improved treatment and working conditions of the security officials as well as educational programs aimed at promoting self-leadership which is shown to increase with organizational fairness and affect organizational citizenship behavior positively.
This study touches upon the challenges of globalization, in which terrorism is one of the most brutal forms of criminal violence targeting innocent people. No country is immune from terrorist attacks, and no person is immune from becoming a victim. Interest in this topic is increasing as terrorism, in all its forms and manifestations, in its scale and intensity, and in its inhumanity and cruelty, is now becoming one of the most acute and pressing problems of global importance. Legal regulations passed in Mongolia in 2004 have established a structure to prevent and detect terrorist threats. However, the country's anti-terrorism policy should be improved with respect to its global counter-terrorism strategy. Because Mongolia is a comparatively safe country in the region, the people do not consider terrorism to be a real threat. This study aims to suggest methods to quickly raise awareness and create a security culture to improve Mongolia's long-term terrorism prevention policy. In particular, the authors review Mongolia's anti-terrorism policy, focusing on legal regulations, and suggest education methods to raise terrorism awareness for the public as a primary preventive measure. The study also presents a comparative analysis and a summary conclusion by examining international legal acts, conventions on new manifestations of terrorism, the foundations of laws and regulations of Mongolia, and related research on terrorism.
Nowadays most nations around the world including Korea have experienced absolute shortages of available urban space. To solve various problems of the city, each nation constantly tends to extend the underground space. However there is a serious problem in making use of the underground space. Especially new terrorism coming into existence after 9.11 terror turns into the so-called ‘soft target’ which has something to do with public transportation facilities available to most people. Good examples are like these: poisonous gas attacks in Tokyo subway in 1995, Daegu subway station fire in 2003, serial bomb blast of London subway in 2005. In spite of being a concern on incidents related to the underground space it is inevitable to utilize the underground space and the tendency is growing. But Korea lags badly behind in foreign countries in this field and so seeking measures is urgently needed. Therefore the aim of this study is to note visible damages stemmed from the domestic and foreign underground space and propose more effective and adequate measures. Safety measures of terrorism are associated to minimize damage out of terrorism and they are as follows. In the first place, preparing protective equipment for saving a life from fire attacks and poisonous gas is needed urgently. In the second place, counterpart management on the spot and systematic security training should be established in order to minimize injury. In the third place, fire escapes must be provided for a rapid evacuation of potential unspecified individuals. In the fourth place, building up a network of related institutions is required for a systematic omnidirectional counterpart. Finally the Korean government ought to take fast and appropriate actions for the injured and bereaved family of the terror incident.
The purpose of this research is to suggest a construction device that can transform a public safety, security service, security system on counter- terrorism device system, from government leading type to private management type. School violence that have occurred recently, showing a tendency to collectivization and diverse types of violence, as well as the quality and increase the damage levels. School violence in the home, school, and social factors, but is caused by the lack of awareness about the violence and the reporting of consciousness due to poor acts of violence indirectly assisted. The only place violence has caused the school to establish the legal and institutional arrangements in order to minimize school violence have no choice but to limit its effectiveness is negligible. The problem of school violence in connection with the problem of juvenile crime prevention and control, and punishment should be made of the complex and layered. It is generally known that the quality of Korean population census results is very high. The completeness of the census has been over 97% since 1960. The age errors are very low and they belong to the lowest group in the world. However, Korean census has several problems to be solved, which are suggested as the followings: 1) Since most Koreans are basically educated, we will be able to adopt the self-reporting survey method for the next census instead of the interview method. Then, we can save a lot of time and cost in a census. 2) We have to simplify, the items of age since the effects of the four age items (Korean ago, zodiac year at birth, birth date in solar or lunar calendar) are not large enough to compare to the investments of manpower and costs. 3) It should be helpful to improve the quality of census data if the post enumeration survey is conducted more successfully and the results evaluated for more items not only age are published. 4) For the reduction of the error rates for the age groups of infants, young children and the young labours who are moving frequently, we need some special items for the compliteness of the population census by age group. 5) We have to prepare and release the 1995 2% sample data file to the public users for the improvement of the usefuleness in time. Furtheremore, it is also very important for the research in the field of social sciences that the back series of 2% sample files from 1985 census data are reconstructed.

The purpose of this study is to derive a plan to improve the standard of survey cost, which is a system for estimating survey cost operated by the National Geographic Information Institute. The current standard has not been revised significantly since the initial enactment. However, in the situation where the survey industry is getting worse, the actualization of the standard is an urgent task for training engineers and industrial development. In this study, in order to break the problems of the standard and to derive improvement plan, we analyzed the outline, basic characteristics, and history of the standard and compared it with similar domestic ones. We collected opinions from the government and the industry through a survey, and verified labor cost and overhead rates. The conclusions are as follows. First, it is necessary to complement standard for production rate that directly affects direct cost, and to compensate for the missing items in the direct cost. Second, when compared with cost standards in foreign countries and cadastre field, the labor cost in survey field was found to be very low and improvement is needed. Third, the overhead rates were assessed to be appropriate, and the problem of improper overhead design should be coped with by strengthening education and promotion. Fourth, it is necessary to consider the introduction of deliberation committee or standard market price system for rapid response to new technologies.
I had an interview with some unemployed career staffs who had retired and worked for more than twenty years in order to research impacting elements on reemployment for l retired special security government officials. Moreover, they would prefer to depend on organization employment support rather than getting a new job by themselves when they don't possess other careers' qualifications. Finally, they know that social networks and personal connections are extremely important in obtaining vocations, but actually have poor social networks and few personal connections. Accordingly, Their organization and related persons need to reflect on analysis results about impacting elements on reemployment for retired special security government officials.
