IS 지식에 대한 IS 실무자와 전공 교수 간의 인식 차이 분석

  • IS/IT 분야 실무자가 지니고 있어야 한다고 생각되는 지식과 전문 기술들을 '지식/능력 영역'과 '소프트웨어 전문 기술 영역'으로 구분하여 각각 세부 항목을 명세하였다. 그리고 분류된 두 영역에 대하여 IS/IT 분야 실무자가 생각하는 필요한 지식 및 전문 기술들의 중요도와 IS/IT 전공 교수가 생각하는 IS/IT 실무자에게 필요한 지식 및 전문 기술들의 중요도를 조사하여 두 그룹간의 인식차 비교를 시도하였다. 조사지역은 실무자는 충청지역 및 수도권 지역에 분포하는 SI 업체를 대상으로 이루어 졌다. IS/IT 실무자를 대상으로 한 조사는 실무자 본인의 일장에서 IS/IT 실무자가 갖추어야 된다고 판단되는 지식 및 전문 기술들의 중요도를 측정하였다. 그와 더불어 그들이 수행하는 IS 활동에 대하여 투자한 시간을 기준으로 군집분석을 실시하여 세가지 그룹으로 구분하여 실무자 전체와 세 그룹간의 비교가 가능하도록 조차되었다. 비교 결과, 지식/능력 영역에서는 IS 실무자들이 상대적으로 '하드웨어에 대한 지식', '특정 조직', '운영체제에 대한 지식'에 대해 더 높은 중요도를 부여하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 소프트웨어 전문 기술 영역에서는 실무자보다 전공교수가 생각하는 중요도가 보편적으로 더 높게 나타났다. 전공 교수는 '프리젠테이션 도구', '객체지향 언어(C++, Java 등)'에 4점 대의 높은 점수를 주어 중요한 것이 무엇인가 하는 인지가 있는 것으로 보이나 실무자 그룹에서는 특별히 중요시 여기는 항목이 명확히 드러나지 않고 보편적인 값이 median 값 주변에 위치하고 있다. 이는 현재 실무자들이 빠르게 변화하고 있는 IS/IT 환경에서 본인의 경력경로 (career path)을 위해 무엇이 중요한 갓인지 아직 명확히 하고 있지 못하는 것으로도 해석이 가능하다. 자세한 비교/분석 및 해석은 현재 진행 중이며, 여러 흥미로운 해석이 가능할 것으로 기대 된다.합형 파괴가 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 이상의 결과로, 상아질 접착제의 접착단계/과정이 결합내구성에 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 접착과정의 단순화가 반드시 접착에 효과적이라고 할 수 없다.는 저작 운동 잔에는 2군에서 Heliomolar가 Pyramid보다 변연적합도가 우수하였고 (p < 0.05) 그 외의 군에서는 유의차가 없었으며, 저작 운동 후에는 모든 군에서 재료간 유의차가 없었다. 각 부위별 변연적합도를 비교하면, 저작 운동 전 Pyramid에서는 교합면 변연에서는 4군이 2군에 비해 높은 변연적합도를 보였고 (p < 0.05), 인접면과 치은면에서는 군 간 유의차를 보이지 않았다. Heliomolar에서는 교합면 변연에서 2, 4군이 1군에 비해 높은 변연적합도를 보였고 (p < 0.05), 인접면과 치은면에서는 군간 유의차를 보이지 않았다. 저작 운동 후 Pyramid에서는 교합면 변연에서는 3군이 1, 2군에 비해 높은 변연적합도를 보였고 (p < 0.05), 인접면과 치은면에서는 군간 유의차를 보이지 않았다. Job Selection, Separation, and Wage Level of SME Workers: based on a Follow-up Survey on Recent College Graduates (중소기업 취업자의 직장선택과 이동 그리고 임금 수준 분석)

  • Recently SMEs(small and medium enterprises) in Korea have experienced severe labor shortages. In particular, college graduates avoiding SMEs are widely spotted. According to previous studies, the main causes of the evasion by college graduates are the inferior working environment and low wages. Some studies also state that SME workers experience discrimination. However, most studies have focused only on unemployment issues of the young graduates. In this research, the results of follow-up surveys on the employment status and job conditions of recent college graduates was linked as a panel data, and the performance of the graduates was analyzed. Based on the analysis, we found college graduates who are employed SMEs are likely to have their initial career fixed to the SMEs. Second, the job separation records of the young SME workers does not show positive labor market performances such as upward movements or wage increases, and the process itself turned out to be entailed frequent separation. Third, the inferior wage level at SMEs and the fact that this effect is cumulatively amplified has been a key factor for evading SMEs. Thus, it is difficult to say that the early-stage careers in SMEs are constructive in future career development. On the contrary, the early careers at SMEs result in lower labor market outcomes, and frequent job separation.

Analysis of Job Happiness Types of SW Development Personnel Using Q-sort Methodology (Q-sort 방법론을 활용한 SW 개발인력의 직무행복 유형 분석)

  • This study examines the subjective perception of software developers on happiness at work through the Q-sort methodology. Analysis of 63 respondents revealed four types happiness at work with highly differentiated characteristics: 'stability of work oriented', 'defiant self-driven, technology-oriented', 'realistic professionalism oriented', and 'genuinely technology and task-immersion oriented'. The 'defiant self-driven, technology-oriented' and 'genuinely technology and task-immersion oriented' types are interested in latest ICT and consider recognition of one's professionalism as well as self-realization result in happiness at work. On the other hand, the 'stability of work oriented' and 'realistic professionalism oriented' types did not pay much attention to one's growth of technical career but emphasized salary, welfare benefits and job promotion as the most important factors in happiness at work. Today, extraordinary SW developers are a key factor to acquire industrial competitiveness. Nations and corporations should prepare realistic ways to promote overall happiness at work by accurately understanding the varying characteristics and predisposition of domestic ICT personnel. In Korea, it is found that there is a shortage of 'genuinely technology and task-immersion oriented' SW developers. In order to secure national and industrial competitiveness in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, creation of work ecosystem to promote high levels of happiness at work is required to secure quality software production and pride as an ICT professional.

Improvement of Domestic Construction Re-Education through Status Analysis (국내 건설 재교육 현황 분석을 통한 개선방안)

  • In the past, the domestic construction industry mainly comprised quantitative investment through the supply of labor force, however, there have recently been opinions that there is a need for qualitative investment in the workers in order to obtain competitiveness in construction markets. Accordingly, there are much re-education courses for workers in the construction industry, but there is much negative awareness as to the efficiency of the current re-education course due to many problems. This study aimed to examine the problems o f currently executed re-education courses and proposed an improvement plan for the qualitative enhancement of domestic construction re-education. Thus, a multiple regression analysis was conducted to deduce two core problems an improvement plan. The improvement plan for the problems comprised the NCS/CDP-based integrative education program through an AHP. The contribution of this paper will result in the execution of a more effective construction industry re-education program, and the result of such program to achieve qualitative growth in the workers in the construction industry

The Mediation Effect of Ego-resilience and the Moderated Mediation Effect of Social Support in the Relationship between Art Therapists' Job Stress and Burnout (미술치료사의 직무스트레스와 소진의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과와 사회적 지지의 조절된 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship among job stress, ego-resilience, social support, and burnout of art therapists. This study verified the relationship and the effect by setting a research model with job stress as independent variable, ego-resilience as mediator variable, social support as control variable, and burnout as dependent variable based on the previous studies. In order to do this study, 300 questionnaires were distributed to art therapists and the 233 questionnaires were used finally for empirical analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, only career showed significant correlation among personal environmental factors (education, career, treatment time, income per hour, number of supervision). Second, the relationship between job stress and burnout was partially mediated by ego-resilience. Third, social support showed a regulation effect on the relationship between ego-resilience and burnout. Thus, ego-resilience showed a mediation effect in the path that job stress affects burnout, and this mediation effect varies with the level of social support. So the moderated mediation effect was confirmed.

  • E-learning has become one of the popular educational method in these day. In recognition of the growing e-learning, numerous researchers of S&T have utilized for the training aimed at enhancing competency. In the circumstances, previous studies have yield interesting results regarding certain factors that competency based programs may increase effectiveness of education. Therefore this research described here contributes to design competency modeling and education roadmap for human resource in S&T. The study uses survey, FGI, delphi technique, and expert workshop for selecting the main competencies. In particular, the results are including training roadmap of 5 level in each of two groups as researchers and S&T managers. These findings can be possible to develop customized programs and supported long-term career development path plan for human resource in S&T.

A study on Relationship among Organizational Fairness, Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Intention to stay of Nurses (간호사의 동기부여, 조직공정성, 직무만족, 재직의도와의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to propose and test a path that explains and predicts Korean nurses' intention to stay. A survey using a structured questionnaire was conducted with 217 nurses and six instruments were used in the model. The data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 and Amos 18.0 program. Based on the theoretical model, a significant correlation between all factors and the hygiene factor and motivation factor had a significant direct effect on the job satisfaction of nurses. In addition, factors such as job satisfaction, and distributive fairness directly affected the intention to stay and indirectly affected the hygiene factor and motivation factor. The final modified model yielded ${\chi}^2=2.681$, p=.433), GFI= .98, RMSEA=.001, NFI=.99, CFI=.99, GFI=.97 and good fit indices. This comprehensive model explains the related factors and their relationship with Korean nurses' intention to stay. Findings from this study can be used to design appropriate strategies to further increase Korean nurses' job satisfaction and intention to stay.

  • This study is a survey and research attempted to seek the ways of effective human resource management and improving the quality of nursing - targeting the nurses working for the general hospitals - by analyzing the impact of job satisfaction and job stress factors on exhaustion and turnover intentions, so as to find the nurses' turnover factors and remove those factors in advance. Although we cannot raise job satisfaction to the level we are satisfied by monetary compensation, i.e. salary alone, but as seen in this study, it is worth considering such ways as the subjects with high salaries showed relatively higher job satisfaction. Finally, in order to prevent the turnover of the competent nursing staff at an early stage, active systematic supplements and efforts are required; it is also necessary to provide constant job training, by taking into account of the specificity of nursing units and to secure and place adequate nursing staff, and to establish fair and objective promotion criteria.

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the prerequisites for securing the convergence validity of qualifications and the development of a lifelong education support system for the disabled. The research method consisted of the procedure of collecting and analyzing previous research literature and conducting expert meetings. The content of this study is based on the limitations and reflection of the current promotion of the qualification system for lifelong education professionals for the disabled, establishing the academic foundation and concept system for lifelong education for the disabled, designing a career development path for the professional competency of developing and operating the lifelong education curriculum for the disabled. Also, Restructuring of related institutions based on the curriculum for lifelong education for the disabled, and enhancement of qualification types for nurturing professionals for lifelong education for the disabled were suggested. As a result of the study, it was analyzed that the value and function of qualifications are very important in the comprehensive category of developing a lifelong education support system for persons with disabilities, and conclusively, the viewpoint of university foundation and the application model for nurturing professionals for lifelong education for persons with disabilities should be reviewed.

Analysis of Safety Management Operations of Fire Risk Factors in Small-Scale Construction Sites (소규모 건설현장 화재 위험요인 안전관리 운영실태 분석)

  • By analyzing the operation status of fire safety management of small construction site workers, deriving problems, and suggesting improvement measures, this study was conducted to present practical basic data for their efficient use in the future, and the following conclusions were drawn. First, it was analyzed that small construction site workers are elderly in the age group of construction workers, have short construction skills, most of the jobs are working in the construction industry, and the employment type is non-regular workers. Second, the fire safety management improvement plan of small construction site workers is systematized, fire safety manager is deployed to manage fire risk, fire escape routes and emergency warning facilities are provided to inform all workers at the construction site. In addition, measures to reduce industrial accidents are needed through realistic evacuation training, fire VR training, and interesting educational programs.
