  • Before 2010, assignments proposed by government caused inconvenience of users(operation institutions & customers) as performing that National research organization suggested requirements from private organizations to special institutes, but now the institution of assignments is improving to reflect opinions from the present users. This is a study on methods for drawing a task of Rolling stock's core parts & enhancing of Urban Railway/Light Railway Transit. The definition of multiple stakeholders(local government, operation institution, research organization, academic world, the industrial world, etc.) related to rolling stock of urban railway/Light railway transit, experts in rolling stock and the application for designing of question items verified and designed through Delphi technique for objectivity, justness and fairness. Also, it is to draw a conclusion of assignments through a study on methods for drawing a task of Rolling stock's core parts & enhancing of Urban Railway/Light Railway Transit as sharing a process of assignments and integrating opinions of each stakeholder of urban railway/light railway transit.

Characteristics of the Load of Small Hard Body Used for Impact Resistance Test of the Lightweight Wall (경량벽체의 내충격성 시험에 사용되는 경질 충격체의 하중 특성)

  • The demand for the lightweight wall has increased as the structure of the multi-unit dwelling has shift to the rahmen structure. The lightweight wall is required to secure certain degree of shock resistance for the structural safety. The study performed the load analysis test for 7 small hard bodies with different masses and shapes and 5 hard materials which applied the impact load on the wall. It was found out from the experiment that different pendulum weight doubled the load maximum even though the shock energy was the same. In addition, the study compared and analyzed the weight of materials and the load of small hard bodies to propose fundamental data for the material design of the lightweight wall.

  • In this study, a lightweight wide impeller for large-area surface treatment was designed and structural stability was confirmed based on finite element(FE) analysis. A lightweight bracket FE model was established through topology optimization, and the optimal FE model was selected after structural analysis. The bending deformation FE analysis was performed, and bending deformation was included in the allowable deformation range. In addition, FE modal analysis was performed, and the range of safe speed(RPM) by rotation was suggested. Ultimately, it was confirmed that this analytical technique is effective for design the lightweight wide impeller.

  • Ecological lightweight aggregates were made in order to recycle the dredged soils from the seaside construction area and the bottom ashes from the power plant. Various physical and chemical analysis were performed on them to identify their possibility for applying lightweight concrete fields. Lightweight aggregates were made of bottom ashes and dredged soils from Yongheung Island which is located 20km west away from Seoul, and all the raw materials were milled before mixing. The physical and chemical properties such as density, absorption rate, stability, alkali latency reaction, heavy metal leaching of the lightweight aggregates were tested and analysed by following the KS standard procedures. From the size analysis, the coarse aggregates showed a suitable fit on standard particle ranges; however, the fine aggregates showed a large deviation from the standard. The absorption rates were increased with decreasing weight of the aggregates. All the aggregates were turned out to be safe by the stability and heavy metal leaching test; however, some of the aggregates were confirmed on the border of harmless and possibly harmful region through the alkali latency reactivity test.

  • The structural integrity of a surface metal coating was evaluated through numerical results to improve the efficiency and reduce the damage caused by cavitation in ships and marine plants. The goal was to ensure structural strength and performance, even if the thickness of the wing is reduced to reduce the weight of the material and surface coating. Analytical methods were used for four models: a non-coating model, one with the same thickness after coating, one with a thickness reduction of 3% after coating, and one with thickness reduction of 5% after coating. With a thickness reduction of 5% after coating, the stress was increased to 12%, and the safety factor was 0.99%, so the structural integrity was insufficient. However, a better material or a thicker coating could allow a sufficient safety factor to be secured. The structural integrity was improved by the coating, and even when the weight was reduced up to 5%, the structural integrity could be sufficiently secured due to the coating effect.

  • 최근 화석연료에 대한 에너지의존도가 높아지면서 철도차량분야에서 대체에너지를 도입하기 위한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 지자체를 중심으로 활발하게 진행되거나 검토되고 있는 경량전철 시스템에 대해 대체에너지로 각광받고 있는 태양광 발전시스템에 대한 도입 타당성 검토를 연구하였다. 경량전철 전력설비 계통에 태양광 발전시스템을 연계하고자 했을 때, 검토되어야 할 기술적인 사항 등에 대한 조사하였으며, 특히 태양전지판을 경량전철 노선 벽면에 설치하였을 때 발전량이 확보할 수 있는지에 대한 선행연구를 하였다.

  • 체계적이고 효율적인 경량전철시스템 건설 및 운영을 위해 시스템엔지니어링(SE) 기술의 적용은 필수적인 활동이 되었다. 이에 따라 사업수행과정에서 다양한 요구사항과 위험요소를 적기에 식별하고 조치하는 시스템엔지니어링 인력의 전문성이 매우 중요하게 고려되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 경량전철 시스템엔지니어링 사업과 관련된 이해관계자들(획득자 및 공급자, 그리고 협력업체 등)을 위한 SE 교육교재를 개발하여 사업수행 전 및 수행과정에서 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 교육교재는 일반(공통)과정, 수행자(실무자)과정, 심화수행자(관리자)과정)으로 구분하여 개발하였다. 이는 경량전철사업의 성공과 우수한 성과 창출을 위해 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.

  • 유비쿼터스 환경의 발달과 함께 내장형 장치에서도 광대역 IP 망을 통한 네트워킹의 중요성이 부각되었다. 내장형 시스템은 데스크탑과 비교할 때 전력, 처리 능력, 메모리 크기 등의 가용 자원이 제한되기 때문에 내장형 시스템의 자원 제약을 고려한 경량화된 네트워크 프로토콜이 연구되어 왔다. 기존의 소프트웨어 기반 경량 IP는 실시간 운영체제를 전제하고 있으며 플랫폼 독립성을 고려하여 설계되었다. 본 논문에서는 운영체제가 없는 내장형 시스템에 최적화된 경량 IP를 제안한다. 또한 이를 LTE 네트워크 계측기에 적용시켜 제안 기법의 성능을 검증하였다.

  • 최근 고층형 주거 시설이 많이 보편화됨에 따라 층고절감과 시공의 효율성 제고 등에 대한 요구가 크게 증가하고 있다. 이에 층고를 절감하면서 동시에 장스팬을 구현할 수 있는 GFRP를 이용한 경량 중공 합성 바닥을 개발하였다. 이 바닥 시스템은 웨브에 개구부를 가지는 비대칭 철골보와 중공 경량체, 콘크리트 그리고 내력 보강 및 내화 성능 증진을 위해 비대칭 철골보 하부에 부착한 GFRP(Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastics)로 구성된다. 본 연구에서는 이 GFRP를 이용한 경량중공 합성 바닥의 진동 특성을 부재 단위 실험체를 제작하여 실험적으로 검토하였으며, 이를 통해 본 개발 합성 바닥의 고유 진동수 및 감쇠율을 측정하였다, 그 결과 기존의 이론에 근접한 진동 특성을 나타내었다.
