  • This study proposes the physical properties of the hardened lightweight cement using the polyethylene tube and to make the fundamental data regarding a new lightweight concrete development. The aerated concrete is displaying various effects such as lightweight, insulation characteristic and it is coming to be widely applied the slab layer of apartment as an insulating material but currently the aerated concrete has many problems. Therefore, demonstrating similar property of former aerated concrete and improving the defects, developing new hardened cement is needed. In this study, we predict adopting possibility of hollow core polyethylene tube, as a material to make cement hardening containing a lot of void. So we changed the mixing ratio, a diameter and length of the polyethylene tube and improved the compressive strength and unit capacity weight of the lightweight cement hardening body. From the test results, we judge that the aerated concrete is a developmental possibility.

  • Zero-energy construction is being emphasized due to environmental pollution. However, in the case of external insulation using organic insulation with good insulation performance, there are many studies on inorganic insulation as it shows limitations on fire stability. In addition, as the demand for stone for exterior walls increases, Cellular Light -weight Concrete(CLC) with polymer is used to supplement fire stability and insulation performance, and the construction of stone is complemented by combining organic insulation, inorganic insulation, and stone. In this study, the compressive strength and adhesion in tension of CLC are studied. As a result of the experiment, the compressive strength of 28 days according to the polymer addition rate did not change. The adhesion in tension according to the polymer addition rate tends to increase as the addition rate increases. The target adhesion in tension is 0.8 MPa, but the maximum value of the experiment did not reach the target value, and further research was needed to combine to maintain the density and improve the adhesion in tension.

  • 1930년 스웨덴에서 개발에 성공, 네덜란드에서 더욱 발전시킨 ALC(Autoclaved Light-weignt Concrete의 약칭) 는 가볍고, 견고하고, 그리고 시공이 간편한 경제적인 요건들을 충족시키는 건축자재로 세계적으로 널리 사용되고 있으며 , 국내에서는 불과 수년 전부터 연구 개발되고 있는 실정이다. ALC 란 시멘트와 규사, 생석회등 무기질 원료를 고온,고압으로 증기 양생시킨 경량의 기포 콘크리트 제품을 통칭한 것이다. ALC공정은 bulk ALC를 생산하는 batch공정과 이 bulk ALC에 대한 처리 공정으로 크게 나눌 수가 있으며 여기에서는 bulk ALC 처리 공정을 side shield treatment, anti-corrosion treatment, curing grate transferer, cutting station, curing car transportation, autoclave traveling platform, 및 packing 의 공정으로 세분하여 각 공정개요 소개 및 PLC(Programmable Logic Controller의 약칭)를 이용한 제어 system에 대하여 설명하고자 한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to find ways of recycling a great amount of gypsum as by-product from the manufacture of phosphate fertilizer. For the purpose, this researcher investigated physical properties of light weight Porous material using waste gypsum and a foaming agent, Sodium n-dodecyl Sulfate to utilize it as a interior material of construction. To determine such properties, the study examined pore size distribution and pore rate in accordance with contents of Sodium n-dodecyl Sulfate added. Then expanded vermiculite as light-weight aggregate was also added, when pore size distribution, pore rate and sound absorption rate were surveyed and measured.

  • Although there are many applications with gypsum board because of its economical and construction advantages, four-layer construction technique, (hollow area between two-layer panel sets) is the general case to achieve the insulation, and resistance of horizontally applied force. Since this construction method has many problems such as complicate construction steps and increased cost, it is needed that the two-layer panel for improved construction and economical advantage for lightweight pane: thick panel with favorable performances. Therefore, in this research, based on the ALC panel with 10 to 30mm depth, feasibility of the paper reinforced panel as a lightweight wall material. As a result, favorable performance with increased flexural strength were achieved with paper reinforcement.

So, various actions to reduce greenhouse gas exhaustion and energy consumption have been prepared by world developed countries. The energy consumption by buildings approximately reaches 25% of total korea energy consumption. The greatest part in the buildings of the energy consumption is building facade. but a few research projects on concrete comprising more than 70% of outsider of buildings has been tried.   • 본 연구는 세골재는 사용하지 않고 인공경량조골재로써 팽창점토와 경석을 사용하여 제작된 인공경량골재 콘크리트의 응력-변형율특성을 구명하기 위하여 실시되었으며, 시험을 통하여 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 동탄성계수는 인공경량조골재인 팽창점토와 경석을 사용한 경우 $1.9{\times}10^5kg/cm^2$$2.0{\times}10^5kg/cm^2$으로 나타났으며, 경석을 사용한 경우가 5%정도 크게 나타났다. 2. 정탄성계수는 팽창점토 및 경석을 사용한 경우 $1.8{\times}10^5kg/cm^2$$1.6{\times}10^5kg/cm^2$으로 나타났으며, 정탄성계수는 동탄성계수보다 10~30%정도 작게 나타났다. 3. 사용골재에 따른 하중-이력곡선은 하중이 증가하여 최대하중에서 파괴가 이루어진 후 급격히 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, 특히 기포제를 첨가한 경우는 최대하중에서 파괴된 이후에도 상당시간 내하능력을 유지하는 것으로 나타났다. 4. 응력-변형율곡선은 사용골재의 종류에 관계없이 응력의 증가와 함께 증가하여 최대하중에서 파괴가 된 후 급격히 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, 취성이 크다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 5. 최대응력하에서의 변형율은 팽창점토를 사용한 경우 $1.7{\times}10^{-3}$, 경석을 사용한 경우는 $2.83{\times}10^{-3}$로써, 팽창점토보다 경석을 사용한 경우의 변형율이 66%정도 크게 나타났다.

  • 이 연구는 피치계 탄소섬유 보강 플라이애쉬.시멘트 복합체의 여러 가지 특성을 실험적으로 구명하고, 그 제조방법을 제시한 것이다. 복합체는 조강시멘트, 시리카 분말, 스티렌 부타디엔 러버 라텍스, 기포제와 탄소섬유 및 플라이애쉬를 사용하여 제조하였고, 배합조건별로 그 특성을 검토하였다. 연구결과, 경량 탄소섬유 보강 플라이애쉬.시멘트 복합체의 압축강도, 인장강도, 휨강도, 흡수성 및 특수성 그리고 건조수축과 같은 물리적.역학적 성질은 스티렌 부타디엔 러버 라텍스를 첨가하므로써 현저히 개선되었으며, 아울러 복합체를 제조하는데는 기건양생보다 오토클래브 양생이 유리한 것으로 나타났다. 이결과, 앞으로 경량 탄소섬유 보강 플라이애쉬.시멘트 복합체를 이용한 프리캐스트 제품의 개발에 크게 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
