Structural Relationship between Mobile Advertisement Characteristics, Personal Characteristics, Purchasing Attitude and Purchasing Behavior -Focus on Youth Consumers- (모바일 광고특성, 개인특성, 구매태도와 구매행동과의 구조적 관계 -청소년 소비자를 중심으로-)

  • As the penetration rate of smart phones has spread and functions have been developed variously, a new advertising medium called mobile advertising has emerged. In addition, various mobile advertisements targeting teenagers, where most of their daily lives are conducted using smartphones, have been activated. Adolescents in the modern society called Generation Z have the longest time to use a smartphone among age groups. Even during the economic downturn, adolescent consumers are an important consumer group that can overcome the economic recession, so mobile advertisements targeting their purchasing power are being created like a flood. Therefore, in this study, the influence of mobile advertisement characteristics and personal characteristics on purchasing attitudes for adolescents using smartphones was identified, and how this was linked to purchasing behavior again. To conduct the research, a survey was conducted on 324 high school students using smartphones, and the results are as follows: First, the higher the recognition of convenience in mobile advertising characteristics and brand preferences, the higher the brand preference. Characteristics and brand trust had a positive effect on acceptance as the awareness of convenience, information, and entertainment increased. Third, the influence of adolescents' personal characteristics on purchasing attitudes had a positive effect on brand preferences by pursuit of fashion, pursuit of personality, and practical pursuit. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the relationship between purchase attitude and purchase behavior, it was verified that brand preference and brand trust among purchase attitude have a positive influence on purchase behavior. This study has significance in that it has grasped the influence of mobile advertising on purchasing behavior among teenagers who are rapidly growing as mobile consumers.

전라남도 풍력테스트베드 및 해상풍력산업

  • 현재 인류가 직면한 에너지 부문의 큰 난제는 화석연료의 한정된 매장이기도 하지만 그 사용에 따른 환경오염으로 인한 피해들이 더 큰 문제로 대두되고 있다. 그중 지구 온난화의 영향으로 최근 세계에 국지적인 홍수, 가뭄, 태풍등의 기후 불안정으로 피해보는 상황이 가속화 되고 있다. 또한, 북극지방의 해빙으로 해수면 상승이 예상되며 머지않은 시간에 해수면 상승의 직접적인 피해가 인류에게 오리라는 보고가 많이 발표되고 있다. 그런데 우리가 더욱 중요한 것은 지구촌83의 관성이 크기 때문에 지구 온난화 와 해수면 상승이 인류에 큰 피해를 미치기 시작할 때는 이미 돌이킬 수 없는 상황에 진입해버린다는 사실을 간과하고 있는다는 것이다. 그러므로 과학적 분석에 근거하여 피해를 축소하기위한 활동을 실천해야할 시기이다. 특히, 우리나라의 경우 에너지의 97% 이상을 해외에서 수입하고 있으며, 세계에너지 소비 10위, 석유 소비 7위의 열악한 에너지 자원 빈국인 만큼, 중장기적인 관점에서 석유의존도를 개선하고 신재생에너지원을 확보하는 등 대책마련이 시급한 실정이다. 신재생에너지원으로 현재까지 가장 큰 역할을 해왔던 것 중의 하나가 풍력발전기인데, 오늘날 세계 풍력에 의한 발전량은 세계 총 발전량의 2% 미만에 불과하이다. 이러한 풍력 시장에 발맞춰 국내에서도 풍력발전기 개발에 많은 힘을 쏟고 있는데, 2002년부터 750 kW급 풍력발전기가 처음 개발되기 시작하였고, 이후 2 MW급 풍력발전기와 3 MW급 풍력발전기가 개발되었으며, 최근에는 5 MW와 7.5 MW급등 초대형 풍력발전기가 대기업 중심으로 개발 진행되고 있었으나, 2008년 세계 금융위기 이후 세계 경기침체의 영향으로 국내 풍력산업도 적지않은 영향으로 구조조정되어 기존 7~8개 풍력발전기 제조사들이 3개사 이하로 축소되고 있다. 이에 정부 및 전라남도는 해상풍력산업을 침체기를 겪는 조선산업의 대체산업으로 육성하기위해, 정부 주도로 부안 앞바다에 2.5 GW 해상풍력발전단지개발을 준비 중에 있으며, 전라남도는 전남 서해안에 4 GW 해상풍력발전단지 개발을 서두드고 있다. 특히, 전라남도는 국내에서 가장 많은 풍력에너지 포텐셜을 가지고 있으며, 바람의 질 또한 우수하여 이를 지역산업 활성화의 모멘텀으로 가져가기위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그 일례로 영광군 백수읍 하사리 바닷가 $4,342m^2$ 부지에 "풍력테스트베드"를 개발하여 국내 풍력발전기 제조사들이 활용하도록 도움을 주고 있다. 종래의 테스트베드는 해외지역을 이용하였는데, 이는 국내에서 개발된 풍력발전기들이 국제인증을 받기위해 바람의 질이 좋은 해외 테스트베드에 설치되어 평가받았으며 고가의 비용이 소모되었다. 제주도에 테스트베드 장소가 있긴 하지만 수용 규모가 작아 풍력발전기 제조사들이 대기할 수 없어 해외로 나가는 실정에 전라남도의 내륙 테스트베드를 개발함으로서 풍력발전기 제조사들에게 큰 도움을 주고 있다. 본 보고에서는 국가 해상풍력 산업발전의 단계별 전략과 전라남도의 해상풍력산업의 방향 그리고 풍력테스트베드의 현황을 소개하고자 한다.

The Optimal Inventory Modeling and The Cost Sensitivity Analysis with Reducing Inventory Investment (재고투자 감축에 따른 재고모형과 비용 감도 분석)

  • The business cycle during a recession leads to negative effects on raising funds and operations management of company. In particular, the company with many inventories in the recession causes liquidity problem. Which leads to frustration in the competitive strategy management. In this case the company experiencing cash or liquidity problems attempts to reduce its investment in inventory. However, reducing inventory investment makes problems to increase inventory operating costs. This paper presents sensitivity of total cost compared to the size for reducing inventory investment. This will guarantee the relevance of the reducing inventory investment. Optimal Inventory levels also may be required to be less than the optimal levels without reduction on inventory investments.

  • 이 논문은 지난 10년간(1986-1995)의 영국의 사건강보험(private health insurance) 시장의 전반적 추이를 관찰, 국민 의료 써비스(National Health Service)와의 관계 및 역할 변화를 고찰한 것이다. 가장 대표적인 PMI(private medical Insurance)와 PHI(permanent health Insurance), LTCI(long term care insurance)를 집중 연구하였으나 지면관계상 PMI를 중점적으로 다루고 PHI나 LTCI는 간략히 소개하였으며 관련도표는 모두 생략하였다. 영국의 사건강보험 시장은 1990년대 초의 정체기를 거친후 이제 서서히 가시적인 성장을 보이고 있다. 많은 영국 국민들은 정부가 기본적인 복지혜택 외에는 더 이상의 치료와 미래 간호를 보장할 수 없다는 사실을 이해하고 있으나 아직 대부분은 어떤 형태로든 NHS 외의 보호장치를 가지고 있지 못하다. 따라서 영국민의 사건강보험에 대한 관심은 점차 고조되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 사건강보험 시장의 성장은 몇가지 중요한 요소에 좌우된다 첫째, NHS의 capacity이다. 달리 말하면, NHS에 대한 정부의 각종 정책과 태도는 시장에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 경제성장은 상당히 결정적인 요소이다. 1990년대 초의 침체에서 이미 보았듯이 경기후퇴와 그와 동반된 높은 실업은 사적 의료써비스의 구매력을 감소시킨다. 셋째, 시장을 극대하려는 보험회사의 노력 또한 배놓을 수 없는 중요한 요소이다. 새로운 구매자를 위해서 또 시장에서의 치열한 경쟁에서 살아 남기 위해서 보험회사들은 폭넓은 범위의 상품을 개발하고 노동자들을 위한 값이 저렴한 상품들을 소개시켜 왔다. 비록 이런 종류의 저렴한 상품들은 커버하는 범위가 불충분하지만 총 인구의 보험 가입을 증가시킨다. 현 상황에서 PMI는 NHS에 대한 대안이 되지 못하고 단지 부분적 대용책일 뿐이다. 또한 시장을 극대시키려는 정부의 노력에도 불구하고 극소수의 사람들만이 PHI에 커버되고 있다. LTCI는 너무 비싸 지극히 부자들만이 구매할 수 있을 뿐, 평균임금 또는 그 이하의 사람들은 보험료를 감당할 수 없다. 한편. 영국의 사건강보험 시장에 대한 전망 또한 복합적이다. 즉 PMI 부문은 서서히 성장, PHI 부문은 계속적으로 꾸준히 증가, LTCI 부문은 제한적이기는 하나 발전하리라 보는 것이다. 따라서 미래시장을 예견하는 것은 그리 쉽지 아니하다. 결론적으로 영국국민은 질병, 또는 치료가 필요한 경우 전적으로 NHS에 의존하고 있으며 현재의 사건강보험은 다양한 질병위험에 대한 보호를 제공하기보다는 단순히 부가적인 혜택에 지나지 않을 뿐이다.

  • Recently, due to construction of the recession quantity of unsold houses is increasing and construction company is experiencing financial difficulties. As a result, construction is being ousted, or workout. Accordingly, construction may be devising a method for oneself like salary cuts, layoffs as part of the rationalization of management. But in this way may be increasing employees's perception about job insecurity and payment unsatisfaction. This has the potential to do employees turnover. Turnover has be known that it brings both positive and negative results to the organization. But if new employees leaves early, the positive aspect of the organization will be less likely. In order to solve these problems, new employees turnover intention will be necessary for the thorough management. The purpose of this study is to identity how the perception of job insecurity, payment satisfaction, organizational commitment, excessive workload, competitiveness for employment and job suitability affect new employees turnover intention. As the degrees of impacts of variables affecting turnover intention of new employees might be different between small to medium and large construction companies, this research also compares the differences between these two groups and suggest measures for reducing turnover intention.

  • Due to current economic recessions, interest on entrepreneurship and/or business start-up is getting increased beyond sex and ages. Currently business start-up of university students and retirement to age limit in silver generation are getting increased day by day. As a part of preparation against those phenomenons, this investigation try to show the effect of characteristic factors of entrepreneurs on the will of business establishment In this study, in order to analyse effects on business establishment, survey was conducted for 328 pre and existed entrepreneurs. For collected datas, reliability analysis, factor analysis and correlation analysis were conducted via spss20 statistical program and lastly, through regression analysis, following conclusions were drawn. At first, the will of business establishment was effected by personal characteristic and environmental factor. in second, the mentoring of business establishment was effected by personal characteristic and environmental factor In particular, the will of business establishment was controlled by mentoring of business establishment which was effected by environmental factor.

A Comparison Study of Korean and Japanese Cloud Service Certification Systems (한국과 일본의 클라우드 서비스 인증제도 비교연구)

  • Due to the wide spread of the perception of cloud computing, the usage of cloud computing is increasing globally. Cloud computing is able to converge the various industrial domains based on ICT and it is more and more popular because it has a lot of benefits such as cost savings etc. in global economic recession. However, if cloud computing service is to achieve its potential, it is necessary to clearly understand the critical issues such as service security, performance and availability and so on from the perspectives of the providers and the consumers of the cloud service. In addition, customers focus on how to get and use the safe and reliable cloud service. In order to meet these problems, Korea cloud service certification system and Japanese ASP-SaaS-Cloud certification system were performed in each country. This paper aims at comparing and analyzing between them and describing the difference. Eventually, we propose the improvement strategy of Korea cloud service certification system based on the comparison results between them.

  • In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Korean Government announced the Korean New Deal as a national development strategy to overcome the economic recession from the pandemic crisis and lead the global action aginst sturctural changes. The Green New Deal related with the energy aims to achieve net-zero emissions and accelerates the transition towards a low-carbon and green economy. To this end, the government plans to promete an increased use of renewable energy in the the society at large. This paper introduces a compact-binary power plant using unused thermal energy and a control system based on Neural Network in order to accelerate the transition towards a low-carbon and green economy. It is expected that he compact-binary power plant accelerate introduction of renewable energy along with solar and wind power.

  • A term 'Wolabal' which is an abbreviation of the words, in South Korea means the balance between work and life. The term reflects on people's thoughts to seek for their happiness these days. In fact, they think that the quality of the life is more valuable than any other things on their lives, reflecting on the issues caused by modern societies. 'Wolabal' has emerged as an alternatives to solve the social issues like economic recession, high unemployment rate, aging society, low birth rate and etc. However, in order to establish 'Wolabal' as a culture the comprehensive agreement between an individual and society should be considered first. In society, the system or policies to forster cultural business should be settled while in individual, it is necessary to change the way they think about their work and the qualities of their lives. From this view we have to focus on the relationship between their work and leisure. On the relationship between their work and leisure we should understand that the relationship is not conflicted but co-exists and understanding the real meaning of the relationship is critical in balancing between work and life. The recognition to the labor which has been from the past would give not only the meaning of individual survival but the one of their whole lives. Despite this, modern society has faded away the real meaning of labor because it has focused on the mass manufacturing and sometimes the long-termed economic sluggish has emerged. This trend has made people think about their lives and seek for their lives' real value.

Relationships between the Housing Market and Auction Market before and after Macroeconomic Fluctuations (거시경제변동 전후 주택시장과 경매시장 간의 관계성 분석)

  • It is known that the Real Estate Sales Market and Auction Market are closely interrelated with each other in a variety of respects and the media often mention the real estate auction market as a leading indicator of the real estate market. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationships between the housing market and auction market before and after macroeconomic fluctuations using VECM. The period from January 2002 to December 2008, which was before the financial crisis, was set as Model 1 and the period from January 2009 to November 2015, which was after the financial crisis, was set as Model 2. The results are as follows. First, the housing auction market is less sensitive to changes in the housing market than it is to fluctuations in the auction market. This means that changes in the auction market precede fluctuations in the housing market, which shows that the auction market as a trading market is activated. In this respect, public institutions need to realize the importance of the housing auction market and check trends in the housing contract price in the auction market. Also, investors need to ensure that they have expertise in the auction market.
